Excellent company! I needed to have a 50 amp circuit put in quickly for my motorhome and Faithco did an amazing job. Same day I called Keith was able to come out and give me an estimate and the very next day, Cesar came out and did the work on our property. I cannot recommend Faithco enough!While remodeling an older home we realized our unit and furnice needed to be replaced. Normally that would be a nightmare to have pop up during remodel.But Stephen made the entire process as easy as can be. He was honest, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure we were taken care of. He offered us multiple options and helped us find the right fit for our family. We are so grateful for his time and effort in ensuring we were happy. He was prompt in returning calls and answering any questions we had. I can say we feel completely at ease and satisfied with how the entire process went.The crew that came out to install was great and did not leave a huge mess behind. Faithco has shown to be a reliable conpany to deal with. Easy to get someone out for a estimate( Thomas) and the office kept me informed about scheduling. Estimate was better than other two companies by a fair bit. Cant say enough good things about the crew ( Chad & William) that came to our home to do water and gas line work. Showed up on time, did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly and safely. Thanks to these guys, we now have heat after going a month without and I have no doubt we will be trouble free for many years to come. Thanks again Chad & William, well done !

They installed our new aerobic septic system, and did an above and beyond job! JR came out and got the ball rolling...he walked the property, obtained all the paperwork for permits and got us the things we needed for our HOA to approve! Once that was all done, Justin and William came out and got to work! They were here for 3-4 days working so hard on our project! It took more than just running some lines. They re-routed things that were routed to incorrect places from our home; they reinstalled a french drain that was buried under our old septic lines; they put in the new septic, ran the sprinkler lines and came back to smooth things over since it was raining so much the last day they were here. We have been more than pleased with everyone at Faithco and appreciate All of you! We can tell that it is a company that prides itself on customer service! I had an emergency water leak and had to turn off our water. I had trouble getting in touch with other plumbing companies I guess because of the holidays. I called Faithco and they answered on the first call and scheduled me for a service call that evening. Justin showed up quickly and was super nice and knowledgeable. In about an hour he had the leak fixed and we were good to go! I highly recommend them!

Yes, Faithco does have all of the parts, we just made the selection prior to having the work completed. Had an unusual loss of a single electrical circut (that included our refrigerator). We were blessed with good timing as the Faithco tech was just finishing another job nearby and was here in 45 minutes. It proved a head scratcher as it took 3 techs, 2 days to diagnose and repair. Three great guys who persisted until fully repaired. All three were totally respectful of us and our property. They repaired our underpinning where they had to make entry and helped to empty and move the refrigerator and then put it all back once repaired. They left everything in a clean and orderly fashion. Conveying our appreciation and respect to Jordan, Bobby and Aaron... and to the entire Faithco team.

The key word in the previous sentence is “Had.” As always, Bobby correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.“Let there be light!” Thanks to Bobby, my wife no longer needs a flashlight in the laundry room. He installed two bright lights that look fantastic! See picture attached.Bobby is a remarkable man! The job he did diagnosing my electrical problem and then solving it was wonderful! His knowledge, attitude, and professionalism are top-notch. I’ll be calling Faithco again and again.Will did an outstanding job! Both of my kitchen sinks were clogged. I am appreciative that my issue was addressed so quickly and I felt confident that I was in good hands with my technician.

First available appointment time was a little further our than I would have liked, and the price was a little more any I was expecting. Steven Greer came out to replace my water cut off valve, and replace the broken toilet flange, clear our the roots that broke it, install a new flange and wax seal, and reseated the toilet. For some reason the new flange and seal made the toilet sit a little higher than before, so I will need to fill/seal around the base, He did shim it for me, so it is stable. Overall, I am happy with the work that was done, and though Steve was a professional and nice guy.

My grinder and I managed to grind into the copper or hot water line. We turned off the water and I did a repair until I could get someone to fix it. A neighbor of ours had his company truck parked at his house just down the street and I took the information. We had used a plumber before and he did the job correctly but I wanted to try Faithco. They communicated through the entire process by sending texts the day before, gave a 3 hour window, not 1/2 day as some do. Told us when they were on their way and showed up early. The area was kept clean and tidy considering a toilet was involved and sewer lines. They did not up sell one item to us, and even gave suggestions on how to acquire a better product (new toilet) versus a local chain box store.Our problem is resolved without breaking the bank and Faithco will be added to my home repair book for all future work! 😀

They responded quickly, came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem. From call to plumber leaving, 2 hr 15 min. Thats very good from my perspective.2020 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had some pretty extensive rewiring done on the house I just purchased. I also had them run wire from the new panel in the house to my out-building.
