    Art is a master(piece) plumber! My sprinkler pipe froze and broke during the most recent freeze, and Art promptly fixed it. He identified the problem, the sprinkler company didnt put the pipes below the freeze line, and gave a detailed report with pictures to show the sprinkler company. He even answered a question of mine way past working hours. I would definitely recommend Art for all your plumbing needs!

I thought I had a leak because I received a large water bill and he came out and showed me my meter and that nothing was leaking. Ive never had a plumber that helpful without a large bill.     Art was absolutely the best! We had some leakage after the freeze a few days ago, and couldnt identify a reason why. We called Essential Plumbing for the same day service, and despite Art had a schedule filled up, he understood our needs, worked around his tight schedule and came to visit our house just within 4 hours. He carefully went around to look into pipes, sinks, etc and shared tips on how to do maintenance, and ended up charging us zero cost! He could have charged all the professional charges like other vendors do, but was kind enough to share all the advice for us who are the first home owners. I would highly recommend Art and the business to my neighboring friends. We are so glad that we found an honest, modest and kind professional in town. We will definitely call for help again from Art when we need help.

    Essential Plumbing came to my rescue when I needed it. They repaired the broken pipe leading to the city sewer that was causing sewage backup which had made toilets and showers unusable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and fixed it right away. Although due to the nature of the problem it took a few hours but they worked nonstop in a span of 2 days to put the system back to normal. I am so glad I found them because a good plumber is really essential and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Art and your crew.

    Had a very deteriorated toilet flange that needed to be replaced along with some of the pvc pipe that had also gone rotten. Art did a tremendous job replacing it. New flange is sturdy and secure will definitely use their service for any future plumbing needs

    Art is amazing, he is so honest. He came to look at a broken valve and recommended I try to fix it by myself by purchasing a piece online without paying him extra labor costs.     I was very happy with the service I received from Art today. I called late in the day hoping for a next day appointment but to my surprise he came right away, diagnosed the issue, checked moisture levels around areas the leak affected, purchased a new kitchen faucet, and installed it all before dinnertime. I doubt that this level of service would have been acquired by another company so quickly and with such professionalism.     Woke up the other morning to a flooded driveway and side yard. My main water line from the meter to the house broke. I wasn’t sure exactly how to turn off the water at the meter. Luckily Art and his son put his other calls off until he could handle this emergency for me. They did a great job and at a reasonable price.     We had recently moved into our new home that the previous owner replaced the water heater before moving out. Fast forward 7 months later, water heater goes out. After trying to contact the manufacturer for help knowing it’s was still under warranty I was fed up with long hold times and several calls to them. I was ready to replace the water heater with a new one out of pocket. I call Essential Plumbing because a friend of mine recommended them. Art showed up to my home on time and determined all I needed was to replace my gas chamber control unit. We ordered the part and when it arrived he came by the following day to install it.
