    EMS did a great job - fast install with a very courteous crew - the new Trane XV 20i Variable Speed units have lowered our electrical bill by 15 -20% already. Steady temp on the inside (even with the summer Texas heat). Quiet on the outside. Thanks Bill!

    Stopped on of your employees at HEB because my car battery was dead. I was parked in the back and already had my toddler buckled into his car seat, so I couldnt walk around to find somebody. One of your employees stopped and jumped my car for me, he was very nice and professional. You have quality employees with good character!
