I used Duncans AC for all HVAC maintenance and repairs since and they are very knowledgeable and professional. Other companies wrote off the request or said it couldnt be done because it was too difficult to get a new unit on the roof, but Duncans AC reps were knowledgeable and replaced the unit without hassle, and removed the old one.
