    Really appreciate the customer service experience from Duncan Plumbing. They were quick to get me on the calendar, sent a picture of the licensed plumber who would be working on our problem and they arrived when scheduled. Dylan and Adam took care of the problem and checked for any additional issues with no pressure to have those issues remedied. They documented our system and told us to call anytime we needed help. We are glad Duncan Plumbing was recommended to us.

    When we contacted Duncan Plumbing the receptionist was polite and knowledgeable and reassuring. My septic line was broken, so he replaced the pipe leading to my tank. After testing my water pressure, which was way too high, he installed a pressure reducing valve. In addition, Jon did a thorough inspection of all my plumbing; he is a valuable asset to your company.     I originally called this place because my spigot stem had broken in my wall. They werent going to be able to get to me right away, so I made an appointment, then later, a neighbor was able to free it up for me. Both times he was, not only professional, but went above and beyond in explaining every part of what needed to be done and all the options available.     Our Church experienced a drain backup in the kitchen. Since we have been having some aerobic septic system issues, I thought our backup might be related to that. I called Duncan plumbing and set up a service call to have the problem evaluated. Mike came out and after I explained what the issues were, walked completely around the Church checking all of the drains to the septic tank. he said they all looked good and thought that perhaps the drain line in the kitchen was blocked. This was indeed the problem and after using his roto rooter device the blockage was gone and the drain worked perfectly. He also checked the drain with a drain camera to insure there was nothing else blocking the drain. He was very professional and cleaned up the work area when done. I’ll definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues.

    What an Amazing company! We had a problem with the heating mechanism in one of our tankless water heaters. I researched and had many plumbing companies come out to give us estimates since the water heaters are in our attic. Almost all of them wanted to cut through our roof for the new vent pipe and make a lot of new adjustments in our attic. Some didnt feel comfortable installing tankless water heaters. Then, our other tankless went out and I had to find a plumber ASAP. I Googled specialist near Waxahachie for tankless water heaters and Duncan came up over and over. I called them at 11:30pm and Someone Answered (24 hour service)! The next morning Brian came out and in 15 minutes, after assessing my attic, could install 2 new tankless water heaters without messing with our roof and using what was already there at an amazing price. Michael installed the units beautifully and Brian came by to make sure we were happy with the work. A+ Work and Customer Service!     I have used Duncan Plumbing on a couple of jobs now. First was when I did an entire home remodel and Duncan came in and replaced all the plumbing for all sinks, toilets, washing machine, installed a bath tub, shower fixtures, faucets and all exterior faucets as well.Seems pretty straight forward but I for sure found out installing a bathtub can either be done by an amateur or a professional. The tub had to have leveling under it and my guess is that all plumbers don’t do this the right way because it can be time consuming. Duncan did it right and for about a year and a half now their work still is holding well and feel confident it will be that way for years to come.The only item I didn’t update in the remodel was the water heater and it is 17 years old. Still was working fine but appeared to be aging and decided before I had an issue to go ahead and replace it.The Duncan crew came out again and nailed it.     Michael Grubbs of Duncan Plumbing came out with his new apprentice, Hunter yesterday. I was having some strange noises off and on coming from my water heater and because it is an older water heater that really will need to be replaced soon, I called Duncan.When they arrived, Michael checked everything out with my heater and said there was nothing wrong with the system itself and it was totally safe, even though there were a few things that would not pass inspection if I sold the house and I needed to get those items taken care of as soon as I could do that, but he went into detail explaining about calcium deposits and the way they work with the water etc....and it was a common thing....the noises I heard from time to time.I want to say this Michaels brilliance, thorough explanations, and offers to do a complete assessment as far as a quote for what it would take to get everything done or even have my older tank changed out. He was so kind, not pushy AT ALL, and he discussed with me even some great financing plans Duncan uses if I would need to finance it.I learned SO MUCH FROM HIM AND THIS CONSULTATION!Since I was a previous banker working with execs in downtown Dallas before I became an RN....I know what great customer service skills look like and also leadership skills....and he has ALL OF THAT AND MORE!     This was the second time I used Duncan Plumbing. The first time was last year for a leak at my water meter. This time, I contacted them because of an incredibly high water bill. Mike came out first to see what was going on. After discussing, I was given three very detailed estimates, depending on where the leak was. They were able to schedule me for repair very quickly. Steve then came out and started working on the issue. The leak was located and it required rerouting lines. This could have resulted in holes being cut in my interior walls, which would have later required cosmetic repairs. Because of his diligence, all cutouts were performed in the garage and behind appliances, rather than in visible parts of the walls. It was an all-day job and it was performed with skill, professionalism and diligence. I would highly recommend Duncan Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing service - everyone I dealt with, from office to repairs, were great to interact with.

    Except for the plumbing issue, my experience with DPS was very positive. I was able to schedule the work for when it was convenient for me. Paul called 20 minutes before the scheduled time and arrived right when he promised. He gave me a quote within 10 minutes and had the job done in about 2 hours. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. So much so that I will specifically request him for any future plumbing needs at the house. A little pricey, but I feel the quality and service were worth the dollars.

    Have used Duncan Plumbing several times and always been pleasedRecently hired them to repair or replace gas valves on two fireplaces.Without going into details, we did not get the expected result.Contacted Mike Duncan, the owner who asked for time so he could inspect and form his own conclusions.In short he and his brother responded by working for 2 days to redo the work and perform significnat other other work way beyond the original scope all at no charge. Mike even refused my offer to pay a portion of the costs.One can have an issue with any service provider. They all say they stand behind thier work. In this case Duncan Plumbing really did with no hassle and at significant expense to them.This is a family owned business in the true sense of the phrase. They care.Highly recommend

    We have used Duncan Plumbing a few times and we will only use them! Erica is always very responsive to all my questions and concerns! She is very professional and treats me like I’m one of the family! Paul is the tech who came out to fix our disposal and he was very thorough in explaining every step of the job and showing me what work he was performing.     Update - July 1, 2022Again, awesome service. They worked me in on a Friday of a holiday weekend because I had a leak on outside faucet. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!March, 2018 - Awesome service! I needed a lot of plumbing work - replacment of old sink and faucet, as well as a new line created for a dishwasher. (I have any old home, and there wasnt a place for a dishwasher, much less existing plumbing.) During installment of dishwasher, Mike discovered that the electrical outlet needed to be moved, and had an electrician there in a matter of minutes. The winter storm froze most of our pipes when things started to thaw out a pipe behind our shower burst, leaving us with no water at all.
