D & R Heating & Air were very professional. They put air conditioning and heating into a small house we built on our property. They did a great job of getting us the right AC units without costing too much. They were very willing to work with us to meet our need. They did the work in a timely way. And they cleaned up the work area completely. We are very happy with the results, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service. -

I have used D and R heating and cooling for many years now. They have always been knowledgeable and professional. Called this morning because my thermostat went out. He came out. He checked the whole unit. Explained to me what was wrong and it is now working. -

Met Josh, and jeramaia today. Polite, friendly and respectful. They quickly got me restored back to normal without any fluff or games and only charged me about $80 to assess and repair my ac. When everyone else was trying to up charge me 500% and sell me parts I didn’t even need. They showed me how to maintain my own unit and even explained how things worked so nobody could use me like thier competitors were doing. -

Hands down the best heating and air specialist in Lawton and the surrounding areas!! You will not find better downhome customer service. Raymond and his crew went completely out of the norm to help us keep cool during the triple digit heat this year, while waiting to get the new complete HVAC system installed. I cant thank them enough for stopping by and checking in on us. When he installed our new complete system, it was done professionally and you can tell by just looking it was done neat, orderly, complete and most of all, DONE RIGHT! Ive been around Lawton for a half century and Im telling you D & R Heating & Air is leap years ahead of the TV star HVAC guys. The best of the best!! -

Wow, I must say I am absolutely blown away right now at the level of service and quality work these guys did for me! They came right out, diagnosed within 5 minutes, shut the system down so it would cool off, got parts, fixed the next a.m. heck he came back just to check on it later to make sure it was cooling down, out of his way! Then the next morning these guys spent about 5 hours changing that nightmare of a fan out. The way the AC system is my house made it very difficult but these guys did it and they did it good! They did their best to keep the price down as low as possible so they weren’t charging me for every other little thing, just what was needed. As much time as they spent putting that super hard to reach fan in, I can’t believe they didn’t charge me more! It looked like a nightmare, but they got it done. I am so happy! AC is now cranking at a pleasant 70°! Thank you so much guys! Great work & good job! They will be the only AC company I ever use again! -

I initially called D&R because my air conditioner stopped working in 100+ degree heat. They came out immediately and got my 20 year old system up and running. After talking with Raymond I decided it was time to get a new system. I asked him what he used at his house and thats what I got. I also told him my bedroom was the hottest in the summer and coldest in the winter. They moved the thermostat to a more central location and replaced the duct work to ensure the air and heat were more balanced throughout the house. I now leave my air at a higher setting as the system is extremely efficient and also has a dehumidifying feature that works wonders on high humidity days. They were fast and efficient installing and Raymond followed up in person and with a phone call (after a weekend of high heat) to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. I am very pleased I went with D&R Heating & Air and would recommend this company to anyone. -
