The first time I called them I had waited a month with someone else for a part like some kind of expensive board that they couldnt get during winter no heat for a month at all except fireplace.A friend of mine called Mack he had a guy come out that morning it was just the valve it wasnt opening up to the ignite switch. Not the expensive board we waited on a month, just a simple little valve. Fixed in 30 minutes and heat again and on a Saturday.I will always call Mack from now on. Thanks for your service.
