Coolmatics is great.We had problems during the Hurricane Harvey last year and problems with our Maintenance company, about fixing the unit, I called Mario for a 2nd opinion and Mario was able to diagnose the problem and was able to repair our system in a short time. He came referred to me and I am paying it forward and I would recommend him to anyone who needs expert service at a fair price.

My house was 58ºF during this cold blast. I called Coolmatics on late night on the weekend. Mario attended my call right away. He listened to me, gave me some quick troubleshooting advice to try at home. When that failed, he came soon after to checkout the system.He was very professional. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He checked out the system, informed me about my options. He was awesome!I highly recommend Coolmatics because they are prompt, honest, and highly professional.

I cant say enough how appreciative we are to Mario and Coolmatics for helping us out in a bind. We are an apartment complex and our a/c went out during business hours, temps in our office reached 90 degrees. Mario saved us with a temporary solution so we are all working comfortably while the new unit is installed!! Thanks Coolmatics :) Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company. They installed a new AC system in my home in Katy. The price was very fair and they explained all aspects of my new system. They gave me options and recommendations that were spot on. Their knowledge and professionalism reduced my electric bill and the units have my house cold, cold, cold!!! Ive recommended them to friends and family, and everyone who has used them called to thank me. They are honest and highly trained with years of experience. Mario was responsive to my email and came out the next day! (I had called him pretty late) He had everything fixed and cooling under an hour and he was very nice. He even taught me how to avoid some of the problems I had for the future! I plan on getting my family to use him immediately!

So Called ARS ,30 minutes before they were to come they say oh soo sorry your are to far. This is after i scheduled the day before. Called Mario in desperation. I have an older mother this summer heat is bad for heart conditions. He comes out on his day off. Never anyone again but Mario. He is honest, very decent. Do not trust anyone but Mario!!@
