Overall, I would definitely recommend CoolMark AC. He and his crew know what they’re doing and communicated with me the entire time. They were all respectful of the home and left no mess.

Mark and his crew were absolutely amazing to deal with. They installed a complete 2 stage system for me, and came in thousands less that the big name guys you see advertised on TV. They could have repaired my old system, but just like everyone else, he was also hampered by parts on backorder (for up to 2 weeks), so we went with a new system. Plus, they were much quicker than those big guys too. I would definitely recommend CoolMark if you need anything done with your AC/Heat. Very professional install team, and they didnt mind me hanging around asking questions...or at least they didnt give the impression they minded...

I have a three year old AC that stopped working. CINCH sent out Cool Mark Heating and Air. Technicians Ricky and Elieso were polite and explained what they were doing as they checked the unit. They replaced a capacitor after 20 minutes and things were up and running again. I could not ask for better service. Now I just wait till my 90 degree office cools down. … thanks again.

They have gone over and above to help us out when our AC unit died, and even after the installation to ensure everything is working correctly. I felt bad bugging them when our new unit wasnt working right but they kept coming out until they discovered the problem, even coming out twice in the same day! Ricky and Alan from Coolmark Heating & Air were very professional and thorough. My HVAC system had stopped working because of a clogged drain line. They checked the entire HVAC system and explained everything they were doing. They made sure the drain line was clear and used a vacuum to empty the drip pan. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This is the second time that I have used Mark. Both times the service and professionalism has been 1st class. I came home 2 days ago to a warm house & no AC. Mark came out later that day. My compressor was out on a 13 year old unit that never did work that well. Mark recommended an upgrade to my AC unit And replacing my ducts that were 44 years old. Less than 48 hours later, my house has never been cooler. I joked with Mark that he would have to take it out because it was too cold. Both times Mark’s professionalism, value, and crew were top notch. Working with Mark is easy, stress free and a blessing!

Online the price range for capacitors was a little cheaper then what we paid but adding a tune up for two units and getting the AC back on promptly was worth it.
