My A/C wasnt cooling as it should and C&N Mechanical LLC was able to schedule a same day appointment! They had my A/C fixed within an hour and my house was noticeably cooler before they left. They were very customer service oriented and knowledgeable and even gave me tips on maintaining my A/C unit. I would definitely recommend C&N Mechanical LLC if youre wanting the work done right and quickly.

Thank you, Leonel! Our system is now cooling as we expected it should have been before you replaced a sensor. I had a couple other contractors here who had very different opinions of what to do. Two companies were sent by our home warranty company. I am happy they called you for my 3rd diagnosis. Your solution is working and Im sure less expensive than $3500.00 and more than someone who told me theres not much to do about the system. Anyway, Im grateful for the work you and Jacinda did here!

Our home warranty company initially had Sears scheduled to come work on our air-conditioner. Took a week for the appointment, then they cancelled last minute. C&N Mechanical was called after 6 pm and they could see us the next day. Called us right away to confirm the appointment, texted when they were on the way in the window of time the said they would. Quickly found the problem, had all the parts to fix the problems. Great work, great people!

I was having issues with a zone system that has been repaired many times by other less than reliable companies. Cinch Home Services called in Sears at first, I was told by the Sears Tech that they don’t do zones, Cinch called in C&N Mechanical and Leonel promptly called and set up an appointment for as soon as he could work us in. Once he arrived he diagnosed the issues and left to get the parts he needed. I was expecting a return visit at another time, as most companies do, and was surprised when he came back that same evening with the parts and stayed until he finished the entire job. He left about 9:15 pm.To say that this company is prompt, efficient, and cares for their customers is a simple statement that doesn’t capture the true professionalism of this company! I would heartily recommend and endorse this company to anyone needing their expertise! Thank you Leonel!

I had multiple AC units with different problems this summer, and Leonil fixed them all. He showed up at the agreed time and fixed each problem promptly. He figured out that several parts were still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. He was thorough and clearly explained the problems and solutions.Im very satisfied and will continue to use him for any future AC problems.

Mr. Garcia and his crew did an excellent job replacing my a/c unit especially since most of the work was in the attic. With temperatures way above 120 in the attic, it couldn’t have been fun. They were very positive and even with a part being defective, they took it off and came back with a replacement. I would strongly recommend his company to all my friends and family.

These guys are great! Our A/C quit blowing cold air, and it was really starting to get warm in the house. I called these guys and they get to my house in Cedar Park from Taylor in under 45 min. I couldn’t believe how fast they were. They figured it out, and fixed it quick. I don’t know anything about air conditioners. The guy could’ve charged me anything in this heat, but he told me not to worry about it, and to just give them a nice review online, so here it is. There’s a lot of people in this business that don’t have a conscience, and will take advantage of people. These guys are the opposite. They would rather do a good job, and keep building on their good reputation. These guys are saved in my phone. I’ll never call another A/C repair company. Thanks C&N!

After using a different vendor (as dispatched by our home warranty company) repeatedly for 4 months and having no real relief, I finally was able to ask for a different vendor to come out. I knew nothing about C&N Mechanical aside from they weren’t the same company who had come to my house 6 times only for our HVAC system to still not be functioning as expected.Leonel was quick to respond to the call, and essentially proved everything the previous vendor had told me to be wrong. I felt scammed!Leonel was thorough, informative and clearly very honest. I’m so disappointed I wasted so much time (and sleepless nights in a hot, muggy house!) with the previous vendor when I could have had instant relief with a more knowledgeable technician. We will certainly request him should we have issues moving forward, and/or have him upgrade us to a smart HVAC system that the previous vendor said I would need a $10k rewire in order to install.It’s been over 2 months since he fixed our system and we have had ZERO issues, even in the peak heat of the summer. Huge thank you to C&N Mechanical!!PS- if an HVAC vendor tells you it’s “normal” to have 70% humidity levels inside your house, they’re wrong.

My sister and I are senior citizens with health conditions, and a young child living with us. We were going to have to wait until Monday for another service our air conditioner, which had stopped working. After 2 days with temperature in the triple digits, we demanded another provider. I had problems with my A/C a couple of months ago and on short notice he came out and thoroughly inspected the outside and attic units. He explained all the problems with great detail, and recommended replacing the units. Some new appliances were ordered and as soon as they came in he scheduled with me to install the new systems. He arrived with a marked work van and another tech and within maybe four hours they were done. He went over the work that was done, showed me the unit in operation and answered all my questions. The business number is text-capable so he texted status updates which was great. I texted back later with some questions and he graciously answered them all. Very professional, thorough and timely. Very patient with all my questions, and he provides lots of good detail and tips about A/C systems. Great job and recommend!!
