We have a very sophisticated technology for water reclamation which is patented now globally. It is first of its kind, for sure. The Engineering Department at CB Service dug into it and gave great support to our company. They very quickly understood our unique process and assisted in developing the much-needed manufacturing drawings which even included improvements to the original design, thereby saving costs in manufacturing and providing serviceability for the product. Very knowledgeable people to work with. -

I am the Facility Mainteance Manager at Brasscraft Manufacturing Company. Our Gas Combustion Linkage failed at 4pm yesterday. I called and got he on call center. I was called back in about 30min by the oncall boiler service tech. He already had the data plate information on our boiler and went to his local shop found the part and was at our plant in 1 hour. He had our boiler back in service by 8:30pm. Great Company, Great Service Tech, and a Great Experience. -
