Gabriel and his team are outstanding! I experienced water damage due to a drain back-up and had to replace or repair drywall, baseboards, etc. in several rooms as well as handling painting and some plumbing issues. The Cisneros Construction team was able to handle all of this—competently, professionally and quickly. They know their stuff and show real pride in their work. Gabriel oversaw the project and he was a true pleasure to work with. Fees were fair and work was done quickly with a high degree of expertise. I highly recommend Gabriel and his team!

Gabriel and his contractors did a wonderful job in remodeling our master bathroom. He was always patient and helpful with the inevitable on-the-spot or last-minute decisions or changes. His tile, plumbing, and electrical crews were all top-notch, and dealt with unexpected problems in a tireless and professional manner. Our bathroom went from a run-of-the-mill room to feeling like we were in a 4-star hotel suite. Gabriel offered up some really nice suggestions for our mirror and cabinets that resulted in a pretty good bang for the buck. Hes a busy guy, and the accounting was a bit slow in terms of getting invoices and such, but everything was accurate to the penny, and did not really detract from the job, with which were 99.999% satisfied...!Here are a few things we learned from this remodeling experience:* Have as much detail as possible prior to starting the job, not just with tile, etc., selection, but also accessories, mounting locations, paint color, drain locations, and the like.* If there is any demolition occurring, prepare for an incredible amount of dust to settle in the room under construction AND adjoining rooms. Gabriel and his crew did a pretty decent job of covering our bedroom items with plastic and trying to seal the closet door opening prior to demo, but we still had a real load of dust everywhere. Think about moving your closet, cabinet, and linen closet items completely out of the area under construction.* Examine new grout and other joins carefully, to ensure consistency. This stuff dries or can be applied inconsistently, and Gabriels folks good about coming back and ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. The final product was really, REALLY nice.* Our cabinets came out beautifully, but the primer used for them had a really strong smell, to the point of toxicity! Be prepared for that, and be ready to use exhaust fans or open windows for a few days to dissipate the smell.Again, these are just learning points from our experience, but Gabriel and his folks were really very good. We have no hesitation in recommending them for any size job, and will likely contact him in the future for other work.

Do yourself a favor and hire Cisneros Construction Crew. We had a custom built entertainment center with an electric fireplace, custom shelving, lighting with switch install, and painting of our custom carpentry done. From the moment Gabriel stepped into our house and we showed him our inspiration picture of what we wanted, he was already going to work envisioning and explaining to us how everything was going to be with confidence. We knew he was our guy from that point on. We basically are gone most of the time for work so we entrusted Cisneros Construction Crew with full time access to our house. We had absolutely no issues as our house was always left as clean as it could be during a construction process (of course you will expect dust), and we felt our house was always respected. Gabriel was always on point with his communication with us and his responses were always prompt whether it would be a simple text or call. We definitely appreciated his honest input on things when asked about what he would think. Gabriel basically built the whole thing by himself, including installing our electric fireplace and tv with sound bar. We also were indecisive at times and Gabriel pivots really well with changes we made during the process of being built. He was really mindful of our requests whether we wanted a tile measured approximately, things placed specifically, etc. One big thing for us was to hide all our electronics attached to the tv as well as have all the wires hidden. Gabriel built this hidden cubby shelf on the side to have our PS5, Apple TV, and Internet Modem. And yes, the signals from our PS5 and Apple TV remote go through the tiled wall. I can go on and on about the praise of this company but the attached pictures are really what do the talking. We get jaw dropping non-stop compliments from our guests of how amazing our custom built looks as soon as they walk into our living room. We look forward to working with Gabriel and Cisneros Construction Crew in the future for our construction needs. Thanks again!

We hired Gabriel and his team for reconstruction in the wake of unexpected water damage to our home. Due to the stressful nature of the situation, we wanted a contractor who was reliable and communicative. Not only does Gabriel do great work (custom cabinetry, drywall repair, tile work, electrical, exterior repairs and paint) but his professionalism, care and communication are unmatched. We were never left wondering when someone would arrive at the house, we received regular updates on timelines and cost and the end product surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Cisneros Construction Crew.

Gabriel has done about eight projects for us over the last several years. These have included installation of crown molding, total master bathroom remodel, installation of entry door, bedroom flooring, formal living/dining room flooring as well as several small jobs at our house as well as at our vacation house. Gabriel always does a great job and is very easy to work with. He truly cares about the quality of his work, is very dependable and very trustworthy. Several of our friends have used him for various projects upon our recommendation. Their experiences with Gabriel have been just as positive as ours. I wholeheartedly recommend Gabriel to anyone in search of a contractor for any home repair or remodeling project.

Gabriel and his team did an excellent job repairing our home that was damaged by a broken water pipe. He remodeled the entire first floor including new flooring, drywall, paint, tile, plumbing and cabinetry. The master bathroom was completely remodeled and Gabriel provided great consulting on trends, colors and materials.We made the decision to remove the tub from the master bathroom and replace the existing shower with a6 X 10 walk-in shower. Gabriel’s knowledge helped make our idea into a porcelain and glass dream that we alone could not come up with.We didn’t have high expectations for the cabinetry due to budget but Gabriel delivered excellent quality cabinets the were custom made with high quality hardware.The trades were always friendly, on time and very cognizant that they were in a persons home who had been displaced while the work was going on. The team would usually work until 7:00 -8:00 every day to get the job completed on time. Gabriel asked how long his people could work and we choose the later option to finish ASAP.We have more projects that we would like start down the road and Cisneros Construction Crew will be our first phone call.

They provide fair, accurate estimates for the job, perform exceptional work, and they take pride in doing the job the “right way”. We hired Gabriel and his team to fix a few “failings” from another contractor, as well as a smaller projects around the house. We had a couple of pipes leak that soaked through the Drywall. One was a small area behind the refrigerator, and another was a much larger area in the ceiling in the master bedroom. They did a great job repairing both areas. They were able to match the texture perfectly, and very closely matched the 15-year old paint. I highly recommend them.

Gabriel has completed several projects on our home over the past few years and this month replaced an old shower door enclosure with beautiful frameless glass walls. Every project including the most recent one was completed in a timely manner and has never gone over budget. Sometimes an extra day or two has been added to a project, but it was always because he and his team were ensuring every detail was just right in the end. Gabriel is a good communicator and always calls or texts before arrival and ensures that the job was done right. Each person that has worked with him on projects around our home has been similarly professional. When there has been a choice to be made where there are pros and cons, Gabriel has involved us to explain what are choices are, what his recommendation is, and allowed us to make decisions to ensure we are happy with the results.Types of projects we have completed:* Adding French doors on an open-arched sitting room to turn it into a private office.* Installing a through-wall, weather-proof dog door through a brick wall.* Enclosing an upstairs game room to provide some sound insulation from the noisy kids* Replacing outdated shower enclosure with (semi) frameless glass (most recent work)

Fast. On time. Quality work. Great pricing.Thats the bottom line up front. We had a leaking window in our front office. Not the easy one on the floor, no, the one up top for accenting. He checked it out and identified the immediate problem but also how my construction company screwed up and created a lasting problem. And he did this and the fix at times that were convenient for us, not him. I hope I dont need to call anyone again, but if I do, Cisneros will be the first call.
