    Chrome came out to my house yesterday to work on clogged pipes with my AC. There was an issue that I noticed in one of my bathrooms after the men had left. I called and notified Chrome about the issue. Michael Crawford is the representative that worked with me, and he did a fantastic job resolving my issues. I really appreciated his customer service. He made sure to call and text me throughout this ordeal.We will continue to use Chrome, and I would recommend Chrome to any of my family, friends and neighbors.

    Had a few small issues that required service work (new gas valve on furnace & fuse replacement). Chrome was very receptive and prompt to my service call.     The technician sent to our home, Eddie Perez, was friendly and knowledgable. He did his best to explain the situation and our options. He dealt with our home warranty company and cared about our satisfaction. Additionally, he arrived during the time slot specified. I have no complaints with our technician or Chrome.

    I recently installed a new thermostat and we’ve had problems with it since the installation. I called Chrome and Alex was able to schedule service for the following morning. George and Corey showed up and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were gone within 15 minutes. They took the time to look at the other unit and made sure it was functioning properly.     Chrome saved the day! We had one AC unit go out in the midst of the hot Texas summer and they quoted me a fair price for replacement, and got the work done quickly. I was very happy I found them online and decided to give them a call.When our 2nd AC unit went out a month later, I did not hesitate to call Chrome again. And again, they did not disappoint - quoting me a fair price (compared to other companies) and they got the job done quickly. I am happy I found Chrome and their service staff for my AC needs and future needs!     I had my complete AC unit replaced on 6/2016. The unit has quit working 3 times since installation. The original installer came out 3 times and told me it was something different every time. The unit quit again and the original installer quit answering my calls/ messages. So Jorge from Chrome came out immediately, found the problem, and fixed the unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He took time to answer my questions, show me the problem, and explain the repair. Great job.

    Mike was professional, informative, detailed, efficient, thorough. He explained until I understood; did a break down that was especially helpful for me to see the most needed repair to the least, etc. I had a lot of work done and had I done it four years ago when I used this company and only one part was recommended to be replaced - Id have had a better deal and been spared the added two parts, this time. Hoping its a lesson learned. They offer a yearly plan with a substantial savings for peace of mind and regular maintenance for a piece of equipment that is not only quite expensive but an essential to Texas summers and comfort in the winter (; Im pleased and recommend this company without hesitation.

    Two weeks after a service call I discovered an electrical issue that I thought was related to the work they performed. They came right out and found it was an unrelated issue but coincided with their repair work. Fixed it anyway for no charge. Extrordinary... and they just earned a customer for life.
