Were at least a 45 minute drive from their offices, and this most recent repair they had our issue taken care of within a few hours of my initial call. Immediate attention to our needs, swift remedy, very professional & courteous, and thorough. Excellent service with quality & integrity! My air conditioner went out last night. I contacted my home warranty company, they gave the contract to C. Davis whom I never heard of. They called me first thing this morning to set up a time to come out. He called me back a few minutes later to apologize that he had mistakenly given me the wrong time and scheduled another one. Although that one came and went, when I called them because I had a meeting he immediately got his guys over here. Unfortunately I could not be there to meet with them, my daughter said they were very professional and fixed the problem right away. I just want to thank you so much for fixing my air conditioner today and Ill definitely pass the word along to anyone looking for an a/c repairman. Thank you and may God continue to bless you.
