    By far the best place to call! I have used them several times for different repairs on my AC unit. They come when they say they are! The service tech, Josh, is amazing and knows what hes doing!     They do great business, which I have found increasingly hard to find the past few years. Did the install on the house we are building as well as services the house we currently live in. It was crazy to me how many places I called that did not know what a heat load calculation was (manual j), C&C knew exactly what it was and even did their own to ensure the one to double check equipment needs. Great people, great prices, very responsive, very professional. I will not call anyone else from now on.

    Our A/C went out on a Saturday evening. I called C&C praying that they had an on call technician and ready to pay a weekend service charge. One of the owners answered and told me she would call right back after seeing if the technician was busy. She promptly returned my call and sad she and her husband would be right over. Within 15 mins they were at our door and quickly made repairs and didn’t charge a weekend service fee! C&C you have my business from now on! Thank you for 5 star service!

    When I started having problems with my A/C, I called C&C, and they had a technician out within a couple of hours.They got my system up and running.My A/C finally gave up a week later.The staff at C&C were great getting me a quote, providing me with a couple of window units, and ordering me a new system.A few days later, the install crew came out and set up my new system and added ducting to several new locations, and we have been chilling comfortably ever since.Thank you to the staff at C&C Heating and Air.

    C&C is a great company, had my blower motor go out Sunday night, called Monday morning, they were out a couple hours later, removed the motor. A new Carrier motor was over $1,000, they found me one for $697 took two days to get here, showed up at their shop Wednesday afternoon, they worked late that evening to repair. Their tech Corey a pleasant young man, very courteous and knowledgeable. Two trips to remove and replace $79 service charge

    Went to C&C today and purchased a contactor for an outside condenser and found very friendly people and very friendly price for I am a retired A/C contactor. This was for a friend of mine and I was able to get his a/c going but ot needed some refrigerant. So we call C&C to come out to a service call. They came out that afternoon and found a very knowledgeable tech and friendly to boot. He got the unit charged and at a very reasonable price. I dont live in the Crockett area but if I did I would be referring this company

    We have used C&C over the years trying to keep a very old system running. They always answer the phone and respond as quick as possible. We finally had to upgrade and knew that C&C would have our business. Kandias and Blue, the owners came out on a Sunday to discuss what we would need. They want to give you the best unit for your home and for the best price. The install was quick and professional! Travis and Pop kept us informed as to what they were doing and had everything squared away in no time. Educated us about the new system and did a great job cleaning up inside and out. We are very happy about choosing C&C!

    I have had issues with my a/c units various times through out the years. Each time C & C has immediately answered the phone and have sent service technicians out within a reasonable time-frame for diagnosis and repair during the same day. If it cant be repaired during the same day for unit specific parts not locally available they explain the reason why and close the loop by detailing when parts will be received and repair effected. Technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough in problem diagnosis and repair. They have also tried to maintain a fair pricing policy even during this difficult economic period. Highly recommended for home a/c system repair.

    I first used C&C after I moved in to add refrigerant to the old unit. Cost was reasonable and they gave me a good quote to replace system. A few months later I had the system replace, A/C, furnace, and ductwork. The did a great job in a stubborn old home. System works fine and there have been no problems. I would recommend them to friends. Cost quoted was not the cheapest or most expensive, but you usually get what you pay for.

    Candace in the office was a gem to work with. She was on top of that office and was so pleasant on the phone. Cody the technician that came out to replace the defrost control board late Friday afternoon was amazing. If you need any work dont on your HVAC these are the people you need to call.

    We had our ac stop working mid summer. It was hard to find an Amana dealer in crockett but C&C was!! They came out that day, assessed the issues and had a brand new unit installed the next day for us bc our unit had gone out! Can’t believe it was that fast! Great service and we have had no issues in the last few years since installation. Thank you!!

    C&C heating and air has been one of the absolute most professional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Having multiple properties I have dealt with multiple businesses and trying to get my HVAC systems taken care of. They were very prompt and accurate on when they were going to arrive and sent me multiple text notices so I could coordinate with my tenant. We were able to communicate up to the minute of the visit and what needed to be fixed!. Up to the minute! They sent me an invoice via email and I had it paid within 60 seconds. Outstanding service! Outstanding communication! I could not have asked for anything better. I wish all businesses worked this way. At this time, I would say they said the standard!!

    Moved into my new home has 2 air conditioners. After about an hour one air conditioner started to leak in kitchen. Called went to voicemail they called right back sent out a tech who diagnosed and fixed problem in ten minutes. Great rate and prompt service. Later that night second system stop blowing cold called again left message revived call back right away. Sent out tech in 30 minutes fixed second unit in ten minutes. Now sitting in my nice cool home. They have a customer for life!!!!Google won’t let me leave a second review so I’ll edit this one.Once again C&C to the rescue prompt professional and courteous. Fix two AC’s with overheating compressors in under an hour. Bad power from Oncor caused technician diagnosed and fixed it. Like I said before customer for life!!!!

    We have a baby and our A/C went out last night. I called at 0830 and they were here by 0930 and every was fixed by 1015! If I could give 100 starts I would. They didn’t try and over sell me on anything, they fixed what was wrong in a timely manner. If I hadn’t gone with them, I know I would’ve paid 10x what they charged me. We have DEFINITELY found our A/C people here in Crockett! Thank you

    I called C&C on Saturday morning which was The 4th of July because I realized my AC wasnt cooling efficiently thinking Id just leave a message and they would get back with me after the holiday. That however was not the case. Kandias (she and her husband Blue are the owners) answered the phone and answered all of my questions and asked if we needed service at that time!! I was like wow, thats really awesome! I was very thankful for their dedication to their customers and told her that I felt it could wait until the holiday weekend was over. I then asked about replacing my system as it is pretty old and she said she would have Blue come out to take a look at things. Blue and Kandias came out the very next day, not after the Holiday weekend but the very next day! That folks is great customer service!!! A new AC unit was decided on and will be installed soon! Great people that I cant be more pleased with! I cant wait until the new unit is in with the top of the line smart touch screen thermostat! Thank you C&C for your true dedication to your customers!     Service doesn’t get any better than this! Our central air stopped cooling early Wednesday evening, after close of business. Mind you, in 2 days I have 10 family members coming here from 3 different states staying for the next 10 days - I was FREAKING! My husband & I were worried how long we would be without air. This is Texas - it isn’t going to cool off until November! I called C&C and left a message, expecting a call Thursday morning. Candice returned my call a short time later! She asked that I call the office @ 8:15am so an appointment could be “put on the books” for me. I called promptly Thursday morning and the scheduler told me “the guys wouldn’t be there first thing” due to other appointments, but that I’d receive a call when they were on their way. At 2:30 my phone rang and the technicians were on their way!Josh & Connor were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and FAST! First Josh checked the thermostat & inside unit, then went outside. I cut the power, he opened the unit panel and had the problem pinpointed immediately (explaining everything he did along the way to Connor, who’s in training). Josh had the replacement part in his truck, Connor retrieved it, Josh installed it and told me “turn the power back on.” Our central air was diagnosed, repaired, up & running in under 30 minutes! I’m sitting here, comfortably writing this review thanks the C & C Heating & AIR.Josh let me know your call will be received 24/7, and they perform service 7 days a week - and DO NOT up charge for evenings or weekends. Not many businesses operate at such a high standard any more - call C&C! They’re the BEST in Houston County!Thank you, Candice, Josh & Connor!

    We moved to Crockett in 2007 and needed an A/C repair right away. After leaving several messages with another A/C company in town without any return calls we asked our Realtor for a repair number, she gave us C&C Heating & Air. We have been VERY satisfied customers ever since.When our old unit went out in the middle of summer 9yrs ago Blue brought us a window unit to cool our bedroom so we could at least be comfortable at night until our new Amana was installed.Fast forward to last week...9 yrs and three months into our 10 yr warranty and our coil system goes out. Blue came personally to look into our unit, & REMINDS US it’s still under warranty. His sweet wife orders the new coil system and the crew installed it today!In today’s world of dog-eat-dog it’s wonderful to know there are still honorable men helping out their customers!We are very pleased we called C&C in 2007 and have stayed with them ever since.     Called C&C on Monday and set an appointment up for Thursday. Technician Josh came found the leak in the freon line on the mini split system. He repaired the leak recharged the system and all is well. Great customer service. I would highly recommend using for any HVAC issues. Josh even went over routine maintenance on the unit to keep it at is best efficiency.

    I have had my HVAC unit serviced by C&C several times and have been very satisfied with the results each time. Recently my unit was freezing up and wouldnt cool.
