Recently, my spouse and I moved into a new house with a warranty. Just a few weeks later, our air conditioning unit started to freeze. Working with the warranty company was a disaster. They dispatched two separate HVAC specialists, but neither could accurately diagnose or repair our issue. We had to endure 10 days without AC, suffering in the summer heat. Thankfully, we decided to contact an AC repair company next (I wish they had been our first call). They recognized the urgency and promptly sent Harold, a technician, on a Wednesday evening. It took a few hours to identify the issue, but he got it right the first time. It turned out that a defective control board on the unit was emitting low voltage, damaging anything connected to it, including our new, high-quality Nest thermostat. If left unchecked, it would have ruined our external unit. Harold stayed late into the evening to fully understand what he would need to fix the unit first thing Thursday morning. By 10 am the next day, our AC unit was correctly diagnosed and started blowing cool air again. I cannot express enough gratitude for their swift, timely, and effective service. If I could, I would rate them 10 stars. Theyve earned my loyalty as a customer for life. Give them a call first. Dont waste time with others.

They kept me updated throughout the entire heater repair process and assembled the duct components outside my home in Brownsville, allowing me to observe the excellent quality of their work. Without any prompting, they took care to wear protective booties inside the building and always informed me about their departure and return times. The work was completed within the estimated cost and agreed-upon timeframe. They also showed me pictures of the finished job, and I can already feel the difference in temperature control. In addition, they gave me useful advice on adjusting the dampers to optimize airflow between different levels of my home during winter and summer. I couldnt have asked for a better service!

We were in the middle of moving to our new home in Brownsville, with a tight schedule for cleaning services and other necessities, leaving us with a narrow timeframe for our furnace repair. Arthur appreciated our predicament and adjusted his plans accordingly. Damon and Manuel were the proficient pair who arrived (right on time!) to carry out the work. Damon, who was in charge, was patient and took the time to explain the process in an understandable way, even when I asked numerous questions. There was a minor oversight where they missed two vents, which I partly attribute to myself. I reached out to Arthur with this feedback, and he was extremely apologetic and eager to rectify the situation. He immediately dispatched Damon and Manuel to make the corrections once they finished with their ongoing job! I must say, there are numerous questionable businesses in this industry that employ fear tactics to coerce you into unnecessary spending. Not this team! I have the work agreement where I get HVAC and plumbing services a couple times a year or so for a monthly fee. I had my first work today for an inspection. Griffin was professional and nice and I barely knew he was there while I was working. He gave me a superb rundown on my system, and let me know my furnace filters were way too restrictive, which is nice so I dont have to spend as much money. He let me know what was wrong, what should be restored soon, and didnt push me for a whole new system. We will probably do the repair a little later. So far this is good value for the monthly fee, and my furnace checkup is already scheduled. Im pleased so far!
