We got home tonight at 7:30 to no A/C. We called Brian, he was here in probably 10 minutes or less. Found the issue and got our A/C back up and running. It’s 8:36 now and he’s been gone for probably 15 minutes. That’s extremely fast service. We are new to the area and he’ll be our go to for all our heat and air needs. Thanks for your help Brian!

Great people to work with, had a non-emergency issue with the AC in our guest home, turns out it was a Freon leak. Someone came out the same day but needed extra work Brian came out and had it all fixed up at a very very reasonable price, I can’t stress the price enough. Brian’s Heat and Air will for now on be my go-to company!!! Friendly easy to work with and outstanding customer service.

We have used Brian for many years. We did maintenance on our old unit, when it finally came time to replace it. He gave us a good deal on a new unit, a few days later they came by and replaced both units. Haven’t had any issues with in 6 years of owning the unit. We had our A/C unit stop working over the weekend. He came by on a Sunday morning to work on our unit, thankfully it was quick repair, needed a capacitor replaced, we were running again. He’s always here on time and very professional.

Excellent. Rare to get honest and straightforward talk from someone with the opportunity to take advantage. Brian came and helped me on a Sunday in the middle of summer and was worth every penny. I have called him again for help with my HVAC unit, and again, he did not disappoint. Will use him every time in the future.
