    This is the second time we have used Bolton, formerly Supreme. Jacob came out the first time and was awesome. We had a quote from another company and wanted a second opinion and were very happy we did that. The first company’s quote had an expensive item listed that we actually already had in place, we were so glad we got the second quote with Bolton, we felt they were very honest. Today was our second time having Bolton out and had an equally great experience, our tech was polite, knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly! I would definitely recommend Bolton!

    We highly recommend Bolton Air. We use Bolton on all our properties. Our latest project was a total new install. We went with the Bryant Evolution High Efficiency system We did spend alot more money upfront but highly encourage everyone to do so. It is worth it and will pay for itself over time. Bolton Air sells the top brands but we chose this brand because it met all our needs. Use these guys for quality services. Looking foward to our next project.

    Jacob, Sam and crew did a great job installing our new Trane two stage heat pump system on May 7, 2024. Their quote was significant savings as compared to other Air Conditioning companies estimates. (Always get at least three estimates for any home repair work... Sorry, Im an old dad) In addition, Superior offered a reasonable quote for additional 16 inches of attic insulation since our original insulation wasnt much above the ceiling boards. Heat pump installed in one day and attic insulation the next. Superior is a local company in Forney. Please let them be one of your estimates. I think you will be satisfied with Superior Air conditioning & Heat LLC.Thanks to all who posted their reviews on Google about this company.

    I will be recommending Superior Air Conditioning & Heat to all my friends and family!!! I was very impressed with Jacobs professionalism and communication as well as Samuels (my tech) knowledge and honesty about the situation. He was great in explaining things to me and what was best from a cost perspective. I didnt feel like I was ever being sold on things I didnt need (which is often how these things go). Even receiving the quote and then the payment invoice to my phone made review and payment so easy. It was really just an all around great experience. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

    Jacob is a great technician. In depth knowledge and proactive in identifying the issue with our A/C unit. Were with no A/C for almost 4 days. And other company thought compressor and coil were not working and need to replace the entire unit. Jacob checked the unit and identified the root cause. Issue was with Capacitor, he replaced it and Unit started working. We appreciate his work and I recommend him for A/C related services. Thanks Jacob!

    Called Superior to get a full check of our 2 heating/AC systems. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and at a much better price than numerous big companies - most of who would not even do AC system checks due to the time of year or if they could would not be able to come out for 2 months. Superior got our systems checked within a week and at a far more reasonable cost. Jacob and Eric were friendly, courteous, and professional - thoroughly checking our systems and recommending replacement of parts that were likely to cause future issues without any pressure. They took the time to explain the reasons for replacing the parts and even showed me the physical defects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking for great service in the Heath/Forney/Rockwall area

    Unfortunately I was having to replace two complete HVAC systems at once. I did quite a bit of research and got several quotes. Superior and Jacob were recommended by a friend. Superior gave me the best price for systems I wanted and did a wonderful job on the installation. They certainly did quality work and installed high quality equipment.     So, Im out of town for work and get a call from my wife saying the AC unit for our upstairs quit working. (It lasted 17 Texas summers). I told her to call Jacob Bolton at Superior Air to have him look at it. He came out and diagnosed my unit had a bad compressor. I discussed the issues Ive had with my upstairs staying cool in the middle of summer and what we could do to make it better. He performed an inspection of how the the system installed and made several recommendations to help make it better. I agreed and he submitted quotes for several different AC manufactures. I agreed to the quote, which was very good for what we were having done. Jacob and his team showed up Monday morning. Before starting any work, they put down a protective blanket from my front door, to the attic stairs. They had the old system out and new new system installed and up and running within 6 hours of arriving. His team did a great job of cleaning up before they left. After his team left, I did a thorough inspection of the install and all I can say is, it was outstanding! The best part is, now my upstairs stays cool when it is 100 degrees outside. If you are having issues with your air conditioning system, I would highly recommend having Superior Air take a look at it for you. Thanks Jacob!

    I have used Superior several times with flawless service each time. Last summer they fixed my A/C unit for a very reasonable fee. Recently, my heat went out and I contacted Jacob who was able to get to my house extremely quick and fix the issue. We then discussed options to get a full HVAC system replacement because my unit was nearly 20 years old and rapidly approaching the end of its lifespan. I chose to go with Superior without any hesitation because I trust Jacob and Jeremy to do the job properly and are honest and trustworthy guys. I should also add that they went above and beyond with the way they mounted the furnace and were able to add an extra return vent in one of my rooms so we are more comfortable.They did an excellent job and highly recommend superior for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

    We had Superior perform a preventative maintenance service on our A/C System. It was the first time for our new home, being less than a year old. Set it up with Jacob. He was great. The tech was punctual, knowledgeable and informative. I was at work and my wife was working from home. He did so well with giving her information that she had no problems relaying it to me. He even had good advice to help take care of the system for the long term. This will be the only company I call going forward. They were amazing.

    I just cant say enough great things about Superior Air conditioning & Heat. I had a new 2 1/2 ton split unit installed and it works way beyond my expectations. Starting from Jacob providing the quote to startup of the A/C unit, all the employees of Superior were on time, very responsive, professional, clean, well trained and performed a fantastic job. Jacob worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and went through the installation process prior to the installers arriving so I knew exactly what to expect. They had an inside/outside install and had to cut throught the wall/exterior brick to connect the unit including the 220v electrical connection. They started in the morning and finished on the same day in the early afternoon. I found the cost of the A/C unit and installation to be extremely fair for what they installed. I would highly recommend Superior Air conditioning & Heat and would give them 10 stars if I could! They will be 1st on my list to contact for any future repair or service work.

    I was referred to Superior after having received quotes to replace my whole system from other companies. Superior was extremely prompt in coming out to evaluate my needs, I got a quote within maybe an hour or two of them leaving my home (which was not my experience with the other companies). The owner, Jacob, is very hands on. When his associate was at my house the 1st time, he was on the phone with him to make sure everything was covered. I was a bit apprehensive (due to it being such an investment) and had additional questions. Jacob was more than patient with me, even came out a 2nd time personally with some of his crew to do another evaluation to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Anytime I had a follow up question he responded very quickly and he did everything he possibly could to make me comfortable with my decision. On install day they were here on time and worked very quickly. They were always professional and respectful of my home/property. The guys that had to crawl all through my itty bitty attic crawlspace never complained either (and its small!). Even after all was said and done, Jacob continued to follow up to confirm I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for maintenance needs, etc. Good service is so hard to find these days, and these guys give it!

    We have a unit that is 20+ years old and being that we just bought this house about 8 months ago, buying or financing a new A/C wasn’t in the cards for us at the moment. After 5-6 other A/C companies came out charging a service for each one, no one would even discuss repairing or determining what the true issue was. After calling Superior, Jacob was understanding to the situation and even discussed the issue further with me over the phone vs charging me a service fee, which I truly appreciate.     Long overdue leaving this review- Jake and his guys came out a month ago to repair my ac that had frozen up the previous day. My home is almost 5 years old and not only did they immediately address the issue to get cold air blowing again but identified the culprit of the problem and researched the part and original installation to find the part (interior unit coil) was actually covered under warranty. They were out the next day part in hand changing it out. While they were in my home they addressed a long time issue we’d had with one room staying way hotter than the rest. We’d had this issue addressed before by someone else who made it a bit better but Jake knew right away the perfect solution that not only made that room cool like the rest but I feel the entire home is blowing way cooler air or maybe more of it🤷‍♀️ At this point I’m more often raising the temp on the thermostat to shut the unit off because it’s so cold instead of lowering it like before. I’m happy to report these guys really know what they’re doing!

    I was out of town when my house sitter told me there was a problem with my air conditioning. I got a hold of Jacob Bolton and he quickly went over to take a look. My problem was more serious than initially thought and it was determined that I needed equipment replaced. Justin provided me with three estimates. He was very responsive and patient to all of my questions. Once I made my decision he got me on the company work schedule. Justin and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and the unit was replaced. He also completed the warrant paperwork on my behalf.I can’t say enough about Justin’s professionalism. I am especially appreciative of his response time.     My AC had been out for several days, leaving the temperature inside the house at 90+ degrees. My home warranty company set up a service appointment for between 3 to 8 pm. Glen called early in the 3 oclock hour to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue promptly and submitted a claim to my home warranty company for the part needed. By 4:30 the AC was fixed, the house was cooling down and I was only out the service fee. I will definitely use Superior Air again.
