    Bohannon did a great job in working with me. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and were able to provide a fair one over the phone. They quickly scheduled my appointment for the next day and the technician showed up on time. I like the app they use because it allows you to check when the technician will arrive. The technicians were very polite and professional. The pricing ended up being exactly what they quoted. I will be reaching out to them again when I have HVAC needs.

    The quick response to my request was reassuring. Their ability to come the next morning was fantastic. Derrick was awesome! He was on time, communicated well, friendly, flexible with dealing with the quirks of my house and dogs. And he knew what do to! He fixed the problem and upgraded/improved the bad/old parts of our HVAC. He also kindly told me that he noticed our air filter should be changed to help it work better.     Worked with Derrick and Chris for a rather complex home HVAC home addition project. A/C and furnace had to be moved as they were located where the new addition was going. While the addition was being built, we stayed in the home so the system had to work despite not being fully hooked up with the addition under construction.Derrick talked with me on the phone at length and visited the job site before the project started. What stood out was how Derrick wanted to approach the product turning my current supplies into returns and running new ducts for the new dual-fual heat pump system. No other HVAC company came up with this idea and this allowed me to keep my old ducting (no drywall work), have a return in every room, and a more even heating/cooling across the home.The team showed up when they were supposed to, did the work timely, and cleaned up well. Its important to have an experienced HVAC technician as the technician is more important than the unit. I would hire Bohannon Service Company LLC again.

    This company again taking care of our home! This time we had to replace the entire old system- I thought it was going to way out of my league expensive. Very reasonable price for an equal American Standard system by Trane! The 3 gentlemen were able to get the new system up into the attic( dont understand how they did that!) and running- all men working well together. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service providers. Sooo appreciate this company, AGAIN.

    Just got our upstairs HVAC replaced. They are one of the few HVAC companies who wont scam you into buying unnecessary accessories and services and quote you an exorbitant amount. Unlike other salesman, Derrick is very knowledgeable and doesnt beat around the bush with useless sales presentations.Their quote is reasonable and they did the entire job in just 5 hours which usually takes other companies 2 days.

    Derrick set us up with a great HVAC system at a reasonable price (while also helping to relocate its location in the attic to help create more storage space.) He and his team are professional, friendly, and are far more honest than other HVAC companies we’ve hired and received quotes from.Definitely would hire Bohannon Service Company again!

    Very professional and punctual with everything. Thanks to Derrick he helped me out to get my AC up and running again. Central heat and air unit was blowing warm air and needed to be fix asap and their response time was quick and on time. Came out the same day of reporting the issue time what needed to be done. Next, morning new unit was installed. I would definitely recommend this company and would like to say Thank you all, so much. This summer is going to be a hot one and I hit them up right on time.

    They took such good care of us. They delivered everything they promised on time and at a lower rate than other quotes we received. They stayed in constant communication and there was never a question of what we were paying for. Other companies said the same job would require 10 hours of labor (at a huge cost per hour), Bohannon did the same job in 5 hours and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are customers for life!!

    Two AC companies had come by previously and could not get my older Trane heat pump up and running even after determining it was an electrical issue. Bohannon Service came out traced the wiring short and now the unit is cooling without issue. Very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.

    Derrick was transparent, easy to work with and had the best pricing I could find. A few text, phone calls and I had a new AC unit installed within a week. His team was very professional and quick working, they cleaned up and put everything back together. After talking with Derrick I became aware they do many other home repair and improvements and will certainly use him for most of my other service needs.

    My A/C went out right as it was getting hot. I reached out to Derrick and he was able to come out the next day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went over all of my options. I ended replacing my unit. I was able to get a much more energy efficient unit and better brand than my old one. The price was fair. Good parts and labor warranty. The work was completed quickly. Derrick and his entire staff were nice and professional.

    Had an amazing experience here. This company did so many things right I’m really lost for words. Highly recommend!Our A/C went out Friday at midnight and we were panicking as we have a 5 month old. Saturday morning I called Derrick (hope I spelled that right sir) and not only did he respond timely, he was able to get my A/C running until we could install the new unit. Most companies quoted us 5-6 days but Derrick was able to get his guys out the next day for a complete install. No delays in their timeliness as both days he showed up when he said they would. Lastly, when we had a hiccup a month ago, we had two companies come to put a bandaid on our system and quote us for a new system. Both were in the range of $15-$20K. When I shared my fear of paying all of this upfront with Derrick, he laughed and said no way he’s charging that much. Not that much? It wasn’t even half of that!Can’t stress enough, good honest person here and I will be passing his information along to all friends/family. Thank you again, Derrick!

    Bohannon service company is one of the best if not the best out there, Derrick was professional to work with and provided a quick quote that was at lower than others yet the quality of work was above and beyond, Tony and his friend (Technicians) showed up the following morning with their parts, everything on hand to complete the job, within a few hours they replaced the Condenser and Evapcoil in the attic, their quality of work is exceptional ensuring nothing is missed, cleanup after their work, every pits and pieces were cleanup, it shows how respectful the guys were of your place,Definitely recommend.

    So I had a technician with another company come out and fix a leak twice and clean the system. I was still having trouble so I gave Bohannon a call and the same day Derrick came out and looked at the system gave me options to fix or replace and the pros and cons of the choices. I ended up replacing my R22 for a 410A system, but instead of letting us sit in the heat until the install he made sure we had A/C in the middle of July with days all in the 100s. His guys showed up on the dot for the install or they may have been camping out in the front yard. They had a new system and lines installed within 4 hours and the system back up and running.

    I reached out to Derrick Friday night at around 10pm which he responded right away. He was able to come out the following day and diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Our ac unit had gone out Friday night when we noticed our temperature in the house was not cooling. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Would hire again!
