Spoke with Jay and we immediately set an appointment for the next day that would work with my schedule. Being that I lived 30 miles away he called me about 10 mins out before he arrived. He quickly got to work and had my unit back up and running within 30 mins. Once it came to the bill it was well within my budget and he also worked with my mileage. I highly recommend these Jay and his staff.

I had a less than stellar experience on the phone some years back, bad enough that I chose to leave a less than stellar review - 1 star. Fortunately, since then, things have changed. Later, I called called them in to help with a $90k home remodel. Their products and services were first rate. They did what they said theyd do when they said they would do it. Jeys professionalism is a big reason I changed my opinion. He grew up here. He knows and loves our community and, as the new owner, is absolutely committed to great service.

Called Bob Jays after dealing with others who couldnt help us with are A/C unit or give us any options. Jey cameto the house 30 min later, explained the problem thoroughly and gave us the options we had to replace the system and payment options. They had our A/C unit installed and running by early Monday afternoon. Jey and his crew are very polite, efficient and awesome at their jobs. Their prices are very reasonable, they did a great job and cleaned everything up whch most companies dont do these days. We are very happy with the service we recieved and highly recommend their company for any and all heating, air and plumbing needs! Thanks Bob Jays!

Highly recommend Bob Jays. Alicia and Jey were both so very helpful at getting our old outdated AC back up and running. So grateful that they were patient with us while we tried to troubleshoot and see if it was something we could fix ourselves 😁 Thank you Jey and Alicia
