I am a handyman by trade and when my customers have plumbing needs I first turn to Black Plumbing. I work in multiple locations including San Angelo and Big Spring Texas. I recently used them in San Angelo on a job to help me resolve multiple issues and they gave me great service. I would like to thank Jebb, Alex, and Noah. Actually, I have them coming today to start a project in San Angelo and I’ll report back on the progress after it’s completed.Okay, reporting back… job well done! Thanks to Bob and Mondo. They arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the day. They did excellent work having to replace most of the plumbing under my house.

Erin came out to repair a leaking pipe. He was very prompt. Once we began I was hesitant to ask too many questions but he reassured and encouraged me to do so. Erin was very professional in all of his duties and he is an incredible asset to the Black Plumbing family. He got us fixed up in less than 2 hours. I will happily ask for his services again in the future.

We had some plumbing issues come up and since weve lived here only 3 years we werent sure who to call. We also havent needed a plumber before so we really didnt know who would be better to call. After looking at reviews for several plumbing companies we decided to call Black Plumbing. And we are so glad we did. Terry and Angel were the ones who came and they did a wonderful job getting the problems fixed. Very courteous and friendly and knew what to do immediately. From start to finish great customer service! Water heater issue called at 8:30 Monday, call back within an hour to schedule the service review at 230 same day. Landon was great setting up the repair by walking through options for the repair on Tuesday at 1:30 for Erin. Erin was a true professional, arrived right in time, disused the repair in detail, answered my questions perfectly and did a 5 star repair! Huge thanks to everyone for a swift and efficient process!

I got home from work one morning to a puddle of water on my bathroom floor. I searched to see if I could find the leak but was unsuccessful. So I got online to find a plumber. I called Black Plumbing and they had technicians out to my house within an hour. They diagnosed the problem, got an estimate of the repairs, I accepted and they got to work. Erin and Angel were efficient and very professional. They got the job done and I am very satisfied with their work. I will definitely use their services again when needed.

I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a home in San Angelo that I had under contract. I called two different plumbing companies and one called me back very quickly. Black Plumbing. I told them I was on a short deadline because there was only a ten day window to cancel the purchase if I did not like the results of the inspections. Black Plumbing set me up an appointment for the next day at 10:30. Due to complications at the job scheduled before mine, they were not able to make it to my site on time. Alex called me 40 minutes before my appointment and ensured I knew to not be waiting for them. He told me he would call when they were on their way and did just that. Alex and Vincent arrived on site and got right to work, showing excellent knowledge and professionalism. Their thoroughness quickly made it clear why Black Plumbing has such a good reputation. After an inspection of all plumbing, including natural gas piping in the house (including a very tight crawl-space) and the garage, not to mention running a camera down the main septic line, they gave me a very good summary. As expected, expert work by experts. I recommend Black Plumbing to anyone needing good work done.

Erin and Angel came out to my son’s house and found the problem for the clogged up mess. These guys were very helpful, friendly, and supportive. They explained how and why. Very patient and professional. Luckily it was in the alley which saved some money due to Black Plumbing being expensive on their part. I would use Erin and Angel again but I think I would have to think about using Black Plumbing and their pricing.

I recently took advantage of Black Plumbings $99 drain cleaning special and couldnt be happier with my decision. Communication was excellent. Erin called when he was on his way. He and his partner Vince diagnosed my problem using expert knowledge and cameras, got me some pictures of the insides of the cast iron pipes under my house and explained why the draining washing machine was causing my kitchen sink to gurgle. They were able to clear some debris from a common pipe and get that waste water from the sink and washing machine moving properly again. Erin had some reasonable suggestions for moving forward and explained the best economical long term bang-for-my-buck solution. I would recommend Black Plumbing for your next drain cleaning/clog need!

Daniel is amazing, Extremely professional and polite. No question I would trust him in my home anytime. We moved into our new house in June and have had some different plumbing issues since then. Black plumbing came out twice that weekend to fix those issues and were truly great ( I hate that I didn’t get those guys names)!Today another issue arouse and Angel and Bob came out, took the time to listen to what I was telling them about water coming out from between the floor and toilet itself and they were able to find a cap IN the line that definitely did not belong there from the initial install during building. It’s been catching waste and paper since move in.So thankful for them being so kind, friendly, quick and efficient!

I didnt like the price at first to replace a gas line outside my house. To be honest it was well worth the money spent and what made it worth it was that the gas company turned my gas off due to an outside leak. I called Black Plumbing and 2 hours later Daniel was here.I only had to wait one day and they came to repair the broken line. Dug up the back yard and did what needed to be done, very clean work and very fast for one days work. Daniel and Santos took great care of us and also the office lady helped a whole lot as well.Well worth the money spent and I will recommend this company to everyone..

Friday night midnight water leak in the den. Saturday morning I called Black Plumbing and spoke with Justin. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Braden came out Saturday .He was awesome, very knowledgeable. Diagnosed a hot water slab leak. Monday am work started. Alex and Brennan , awesome guys. Explained the process of routing the hot water tube in the attic instead of cutting into the slab. I had a million questions and they answered them all. Everything was fixed, but since I was sleep deprived with worry,working evenings and no hot water over the weekend ,needless to say, I was still worried about water leaking. I called Justin and he sent out Bob and Erin to make sure everything was okay, and it was! They were awesome and very knowledgeable. I will be a Black Plumbing customer for life!!!! I will be requesting these guys for all my plumbing issues!!!! Would have given you guys 10 stars if I could!!!!
