It was a seamless process! She took the time to explain the installation process and her expertise was evident as she efficiently navigated the tight space & compartment. The company is very responsive and communicative. I received updates on when my plumber would arrive and who to expect to arrive. Jorge did a great job giving us an estimate of the work to be done and what to expect. Best yet is that they got it in the next day! I recently was referred to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come and inspect a problematic shower faucet and also a kitchen sink faucet which had recently sprung a leak and needed replacement. They sent Neil Young, and I was quickly impressed with his friendly demeanor, very professional, and highly skilled, with attention to detail, explaining the issues and walking me through the solutions making sure I understood every step of the process to take care of the work involved. After agreeing to job rates and work schedule, he promptly arrived on time and proceeded to repair and replace faucets, hoses, & valves with efficiency and committed to complete the job as promised. Both faucets are now working perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a major leakage at my home and did know where it was going on. Iris came out at the appointed time. She checked all places where a leakage could happen, and advised me. We found what was causing the leakage and she gave me options. I am very satisfied. The service fee was very reasonable, and I consider the cost for the options to also be very reasonable.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of League City was amazing!! We came home from an out of state trip at midnight to find water pouring down our driveway. The main pipe going into the house was broken and we had to cut the flow from meter. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of League City first thing in the morning because of their customer ratings and comments. They responded within an hour. The plumber was Iris Castaneda. She was awesome. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, confident and thorough. She identified and fixed our problem in what I felt was fast while still being meticulous about her work. She provided me with video showing that roots had caused the issue. She also thoroughly explained the issue and her fix actions. As a radar, Nav Aids and communication technician with the Air Force and FAA for 27 years and another decade of hiring and managing all types of technicians for the FAA to include plumbing, I was really impressed with her work ethic, her skillset and her detailed writeup of the full event. I highly recommend both this company and Iris Castaneda for any plumbing issue. I also extend my gratitude to them for quickly resolving a stressful issue for us. Thank you!!!

Leaving the area looking better than when they had gotten there. I greatly appreciate this and that I was going through some medical issues that was financially causing a burden on me. Macario came out about an hour and a half after I placed the call to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. It was Sunday evening about 5:40 and I just knew I was doomed to be without water overnight, but Macario was able to piece together the parts of PVC needed to make everything solid! By 8:30, I was able to wash dishes and take a shower! I will definitely call the “punctual plumber” again and ask for Macario! Thank you Benjamin Franklin!

From beginning to end, I was beyond pleased with the service provided. Jeff responded to my inquiry immediately (faster than any other company). I was looking for quotes on replacing a kitchen sink. He was EXTREMELY thorough and even came out during installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Macario did the install and really knew what he was doing. He got everything done correctly and even let my 8 year old help with little tasks like turning the water on and off. They both have amazing customer service and are very thorough and meticulous. They really paid attention to detail and listened to my vision and made it happen. The pricing was VERY competitive, but what sold me on them was customer service. We had a water filtration unit installed under the sink and I could tell the difference in the smell and taste immediately. Jeff also tested the water for me (before and after) and there were very obvious changes. I will actually drink the tap water now! Itll be perfect for decreasing how many disposable water bottles we use, as well. After seeing their work ethic, I will call them directly from now on. I honestly cant recommend them highly enough.

I am not a someone who post a lot of reviews. But I do post reviews when someone goes above and beyond my expectations.Case in point with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Co. Back in April we had our water heater go out and leaked all in our bathroom. Now this all happened as I had just had major knee surgery 3 days prior. I did not know who to call so I googled plumbing companies in my area and Ben Franklin popped up, so I gave them a call. I was so glad I did! They had someone there within the hour and started the process of checking the water heater. It was determined to be bad and had to be replaced. After some difficulties with the first water heater (after it was installed) the vendor did not want to warranty the unit. After several attempts to troubleshoot it was decided that it had to be replaced again. Even though their vendor did not want to exchange the faulty water heater that did stop BF from doing the right thing and replacing it on their dime, they actually gave us a discount due to all the trouble we experienced. Now that is customer service.So we had another plumbing issue so I decided to call them again and just like the first time they were prompt and professional!If you need a great company with a great staff for your plumbing needs I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Neil and Jeff were very helpful AND honest about my plumbing inspection. They are going to fix a couple of current issues and gave me some options about future needs. No pressure!
