AC went out about 6:00 pm yesterday. Called about 8 different repair shops and no one answered. Bay Area did answer and had someone out about an hour later. Jose was very professional. He explained the issue along with the cost to repair. Jose also had the parts with him to do the repair. He also check the system over all and had everything back up and running within the hour. Great job.

100% recommend. I had read a great review on NextDoor app about Cody & Bay Area AC, Heating, & Plumbing back in Dec 22 & saved it for future reference. Fast forward to July & I realized my 2010 AC unit was really starting to struggle. Called Bay Area on July 26th & made an appt the following day for new system bid which was $49 (note this is not applied as credit to future unit). Jose bid the system with the different estimates I had requested & sent them the very next day. I had a few questions to which owner Cody was SO detailed & helpful to answer. Cody nor Jose ever tried to upsell me on a certain ton or seer. Just a few days later I came home from work at 9 pm & my AC unit was completely out! I texted Jose & immediately got a response. He spoke to Cody & they were able to get a full system install done THE VERY NEXT DAY! Talk about service & being blessed! The install went great with the whole team paying close attention to detail & ensuring everything was perfectly installed. Could not be happier with the service I received from this company. I had a question regarding the unit a few days later & once again, Cody happily & thoroughly explained. 10/10 recommend. Cody & his team will no doubt take care of you & will actually be there to answer all your questions. It is hard to find good service like this these days!

I highly recommend the team at Bay Area AC and Plumbing. We moved into our home last September and had AC issues from the start. The AC unit was close to 15 years old and needed replacement soon. Jeremy and Jose have both come out on separate occasions and pumped extra life into the unit, long enough to get us through most of the hot summer. They were both very professional and personable. They gave me solid advice on how to keep the unit going until time for replacement.We were so impressed with their service that we called them to repair a leak we had in the front yard. Jose, who apparently can handle any task big or small, came out and fix us up.When it was time to replace the AC, it was a no brainer, we called our friends at Bay Area AC. Guess who showed up, Jose! We received a very reasonable quote and jumped on it. Jose and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and even finished an hour before they projected it would take. Jose walked me through all the work that was done and showed me some maintenance tips on keeping the new unit running efficiently.Long story short, if you need AC or plumbing work done you only need to make one call; Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing!

This company has been amazing! We moved into our house almost 7 years ago and had issues with the ac. They have come out all hours even on weekends and holidays to fix our system. About 6 months ago we had to replace the entire system and they are hands down the best around and most professional! All the employees are always friendly and professional. I recommend them for all of your heating or cooling needs along with plumbing!!

We had an issue with roots growing into our plumbing. I contacted 5 companies to get quotes. 2 of those 5 never bothered to call back. Bay Area called back within minutes. They were very easy to work with, very polite, and worked very quickly to give me a very fair quote. I felt this company was trustworthy and did excellent work. The weather that weekend was horrible but they worked to get the job done quickly. They had to remove a gigantic myrtle tree and hauled away all the debris. When they were about to head out, Cody heard a sound coming from where they had been working. They dug it up and found a broken aeration line that went to our septic system. It was fixed within minutes. Great company, great crew, highly recommended.

When we bought our house we knew wed have to replace the ac soon and thanks to the storm last Friday that day came sooner than we were prepared for. Cody came out for a second time on short notice, recommended our best option and in LESS than 24 hours we have a cool house again! Cody just goes above and beyond each time! Highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services!on a side note we had John Moore do our water heater before find finding Bay Area ac and after having Cody do our ac Im really kicking myself for not doing a Google search sooner. His professionalism, courtesy and price far exceed other companies. And Cody did EVERYTHING he promised... I cant say that about his competitor. Not to mention how quick he gets things done. John Moore had us waiting a week taking cold showers while Cody had our house cool again in less than a day! During the busy season on top of that! Super impressed! I wish I could give more than five stars.The heater is kinda old in our house and were definitely calling him when the time comes to replace it and for any other needs we may have.

We just bought a Townhome in clear lake. Been in the house for 7 days and our original water heater sprung a leak. Our home warranty company gave us the run around. I will continue to use him for all my A/C, heating and plumbing needs.He called me 30 minutes-1 hour before arriving to inform me when he would be here (which was at our original scheduled time). Being on-time is important to me so I really appreciated his punctuality.Him and the other man with him were very respectful and always wore show covers when in the house. Because I have two dogs who ensure the house is a constant mess, I didnt care whether they wore them or not but they always wore them.Scheduling the appointment and getting in contact with Cody was very easy. He was quick to respond to emails I sent and was easily contacted via the phone.

Cody is probably the one of the most professional service provider I have ever met. He is very punctual, shows up on time and completes the work on time. He is very honest and his work is simply A+++I had my unit checked by two other providers first, and got two estimates which were rather unreasonable. After Cody checked the unit, we found out that those two estimates were not only ridiculous but also required parts to be replaced even though there was nothing wrong with them. So do I think that Cody is a honest person? Yes, absolutely!!!Honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, and a friendly service provider who is on time -- That is what this gentleman is all about. And yes, I would use him again and again, and would recommend him to others... again and again.

Not only did they replace my entire HVAC, ductwork and water heater but they went above and beyond the work of what other companies were going to provide, did so at an excellent price and also were personable and easy to work with. The water coming from my kitchen faucet was coming out boiling hot, so I called Cody and explained what was going on. He walked me through how to turn off the gas to the hot water heater and had a new one installed for me the following day. His two employees showed up on time and were very professional. They even put down drop cloths to avoid damaging the carpet when removing the old hot water heater. I would highly recommend Bay Area AC Heating & Plumbing.

We were looking for an a/c company to replace our HVAC system, which was very old and in need of updating. I asked neighbors, and made some calls and was not impressed by the companies I found that way, then I took to the internet to do some research. I was discouraged because I found so many companies with either bad reviews, or no reviews at all, then I ran across Bay Area A/C, Heating and Plumbing. I was amazed to not only find a lot of reviews for them but, every review was 5 stars, so I called and found out why. Cody and one of his A/C guys came out and spent an hour looking in the attic and around the house trying to find the best solution for a new HVAC system for us, which wasnt easy because the house is old and small, so size of equipment was a challenge. He asked me about what I wanted and and went to his truck and put together some quotes for me, right then and there. I picked the option I wanted and we scheduled the for the next week to do the installation. They did a fantastic job, the system is beautiful and worth every penny!Cody is very knowledgeable, nice, and genuine, he went out of his way to make sure everything was just right and that we were happy. He even hooked us up with a good electrician to help us with having some electrical work done. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and we will definitely call on them again, should we have a need.

Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing understands Customer Service. Cody listens to what you are looking to achieve. We replaced 2 HVAC systems in our home. During his initial visit to look at what we had, he took time to listen and ask questions for what we were looking to change. He suggested a new and not as popular solution. The solution is not popular because it doesnt work, but is not popular because it take someone that embraces change to put in the extra effort to understand how it can make a difference. His pricing is very competitive but more important his understanding of his industry is top shelf. During the install he and his crew were nothing less than blue chip standard for professionalism and attention to detail. They performed like a NASCAR team. Drove up, unpacked, got to work and at the end of the day packed back up and were done. They left the site like they arrived or maybe in better order. Cody has followed up within a few days to make sure everything is working as expected. I have to say it has exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what he promised. I know this might be a bit lengthy but if you are looking to make a change, I thought you might want to know where to go to get it done right.

I live in Florida and have a house in Santa Fe that is currently being rented. I got one of the dreaded phone calls that anyone who is renting out a home hates to get, something is broken or not working etc. This time, the water heater was not working one Thursday morning, so I scramble and try to find someone I could trust to take a look at it since I am halfway across the country. I did what nearly everyone does these days and hopped on this here google machine and started reading reviews. Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing popped up and was local (which I feel is important) and had nothing but stellar reviews. I called around and asked if anyone had any experience with them and was told that a friend of theirs did and was positive....super vague, but good enough for me.After calling the company, a technician was scheduled for the same day to take a look at it and reassured me that they would troubleshoot it first instead of jumping straight into wanting to replace it. Unfortunately, the water heater partied too hard and wasnt going to make it and had to be replaced after 16 years of service. Kyle provided me with a quote and detailed explanation of the scope of the work and asked if I wanted to have a new one installed. The price quote was thankfully below the average cost and he said it could be done that afternoon.From start to finish, everything was completed on the same day that I called and he had a new water heater installed for the family of 5 that I did not want to have to take cold showers for the weekend. The tenant called and thanked me and said he watched all of the work being done and the technicians were great sports with their 2 year old who wanted to help the whole time and bring them tools.If you are reading this because you are sifting through all of the companies out there trying to find one that you can trust, give these guys a shot. I sure as hell dont like forking out my hard earned money for unexpected emergencies like this, but its a much easier pill to swallow when you walk away feeling confident that you werent taken advantage of. I have a detailed invoice that isnt just a bunch of chicken scratch on a balled up napkin and know that this company cares about the quality of their work as well. They will have my business again when the time comes, I just hope the time comes much later on.

This is actually my first review Ive ever written but Cody was so helpful that I felt like I was talking to a technician not a sales person which is what you get from a lot of these other places. He answered all my questions and didnt seem annoyed by them! Cody found my problem was a leaking coil but it wasnt bad enough to spend the money on a replacement but offered me the option. We determined just recharging was the way to go and ride this coil another 2-3 years. Do yourself a favor and call this man. Thanks Cody, Ill be calling you back when the time comes.

This Dynamic Duo was FANTASTIC! Three other companies had come out, 2 of which would not attempt to complete task due to the lack of accessibility. Jeremy was ABSOLUTELY awesome. He arrived after hours and managed to repair the drain line in less than 2 hours as well as recommend solutions to prevent additional sheet rock damage in the future. Both Jeremy and Kyle returned the following morning to replace the secondary pan. Price was fair and quality of work was great. Thanks guys ! I definitely recommend Bay Area Plumbing. I came home and my the temp in my house was 84 degrees. My regular repair guys didnt answer, so I Googled repair places. I called around 3pm and was informed that someone would be here between 3pm and 5pm. Jose (my apologies if I got your name wrong), the technician, called and said he would arrive in 30 mins. He arrived around 3:30pm, and was done and walking out the door around 4pm. I spent less than $300, and we are breathing a sigh of relief! I will be calling them again if needed in the future.

Cody is a guy that really wants to prove to you that he cares about doing a good and honest job for you at a great price. Hes easy to talk to, but hes not a businessman that runs a fleet of roaming salesman (who happen to be able to fix AC systems). He really wants to be on the ground to gain your continued business by showing you hes got your best interests at heart. Combine that with a lean business model so he can keep his prices very competitive, great technical skills, and work ethic, he cant be beat. I knew instantly I didnt need to shop around for a new AC system after speaking with him.It was raining very hard that day and it was muddy, but that didnt bother him. The rain had the potential to cause some delays (checking pressure at the connectors, etc), and if it did, he would come back ASAP to finish things. In the end, he didnt need to and got me squared away that day. He also noticed a couple of things wrong with my water heater connections. He didnt take that as an opportunity to push a sale; just mentioned it would later develop into a problem and to call him when it does. Ill definitely call him again.

My A/C started to go out on a Saturday. Called Cody at 7am on a Sunday morning. He called me back within the hour and was at the house 9:30am going over my options. By 4pm the next day, I had a new A/C, heater and rerouted duct work. I told him my sons room had always been warmer than the rest of the house so he added a return air and second vent to his room. His crew showed up at the exact time they said and worked through lunch to get the job done. Rare to see efficiency and quality of that level any more.

Called up Bay Area that morning and Cody came out and showed up when he said hed be there. He told me not to worry because he would have me back to work on time. Less than 30 minutes after he arrived, he had it running with a new capacitor. I even had time to eat lunch before going back to work. Highly recommend.

Kyle came out today to fix a stopped up kitchen drain. He took care of the extra water so it didn’t go everywhere, moved all my items from under the sink, cleared the drain, cleaned my sink, fixed a loose drain, made sure my dishwasher would drain properly, put everything back & then checked to make sure it was all working properly several times. Extremely kind young man!!! Fantastic job, you can truly tell he takes tremendous pride in his work! Thank you Kyle!

We researched 4 other companies (2 other mid-size, been around 30-40yrs, 1 Big box, and 1 local). We ended up going with Bay Area, primarily because of Codys thoroughness and relational professionalism- From the first visit, Cody was upfront and showed pictures of exactly what they would do. This took a lot of guesswork out of the process. Cody Haley at Bay Area AC Heating & Plumbing is my hero! He rescued my family from our worst nightmares: middle of August, temperature was 97F, and the AC quit. I called him at 6:30pm and he had everything diagnosed and repaired within an hour. He didnt waste any time and didnt charge me outrageously either.My old unit failed about eight years ago. Cody installed it while working for Haleys Plumbing and Heating. Other than todays little hiccup with a circuit breaker switch, it hasnt required any servicing since.10/10, will absolutely call again.
