    We had a heating issue and called Avalos Heating & Air and they were out looking over our system that afternoon. Gave us an estimate and when we gave the go ahead and they said they’d be out the next morning at 9 am. 9 am came and they were at our front door ready to go. The guys were friendly, informative and just overall great workers. They even took the time to speak with our kiddos and answer all their questions. There were so many questions lol.     These guys always come in clutch! They have saved me so many times. This evening for example, Francisco came and fixed a clogged drain on the unit in my attic that had flooded our back porch. He arrived, joked with the kids who are little and very curious, cleaned up the water, fixed the drain, and never quit smiling. Possibly the kindest man I’ve ever known. Thanks for always providing the best service and excellent work!

    Our AC stopped cooling sufficiently recently. Angel was quick to schedule someone to respond and check the HVAC issue and follow up with communications. Spencer diagnosed the problem and offered several options for repair. Andrew and Ybaldo installed the new fan coil unit the next day and later Logan came to assist in starting up the system. Upon completion, I was requested to look over the installation and asked if I had any questions. I requested they change the electrical connections. Angel called early the next morning to inform me Andrew would be at my residence in a few minutes to correct the issue. Andrew came back the next morning and performed the change satisfactorily. Angel, Spencer, Andrew, Ybaldo, Logan and Mr. Avalos are all very knowledgeable about the systems. Everyone who works for Avalos is enjoyable and professional. Would highly recommend Avalos.

    Avalos has come through several times now for us. Our recent call was to replace a thermostat after a power outage. Spencer was excellent in his communication and problem solving, making sure it was the thermostat that was causing our issues.

    Avalos came to install new HVAC system along with new ductwork. They were efficient, polite and did a wonderful job. Logan. Andrew. Ybaldo, Jake and Spencer are all very knowledgeable about the systems. Would highly recommend them to anyone. At the end of the day they rolled up the drop cloths and vacuumed. They walked me through the system and my new WiFi thermostat and were so kind!

    Had to make an after hours call, the person who answered the phone was really attentive and got all my info and issue real quick, within minutes I received a call stating the tech could be at our church in 15 minutes, the young man that came out was named Jake, he was knowledgeable and thorough, but most of all his professionalism and customer service were top notch.     Avalos is THE BEST in Amarillo, and the only HVAC company we will use! Jake and Logan are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and have been crucial in helping us keep our older unit happy! This last weekend, in 100+ degree heat, our unit was on the Fritz. Avalos had a tech to the house in an hour, diagnosed, fixed and cooling the house again in record time.     When our HVAC tanked, we wanted a new one that was more efficient. Francisco gave us a thorough consultation of the pros/cons of adding a mini-split to a new HVAC system to cool the the attic bedroom in our 100-yr-old home. The mini-split has handled the extremes in our spring weather better than we hoped. Before the install, techs did a walk through to make sure of placements & planning. They were then flexible in scheduling installation around our recent snowstorms. Coy and Spencer were friendly and efficient, even when faced with the particular surprises that an old house can sometimes present. They were responsive and professional, explaining all procedures carefully. I highly recommend the team at Avalos for all of these reasons, but mostly because they truly understand and practice customer care and service.

    Start to finish Avalos Heating and Air did an outstanding job. I called during the noon hour and Mr. Avalos answered the phone and had Spencer out within an hour to diagnose our system and give us a requested quote on a new system. There was no high pressure sale and an option of repair or a new system was given to us. We chose to get the new Silver System after considering the options for a few days.     Our 20 year old AC unit stopped working Saturday afternoon. I called Angel at Avalos on Monday morning, and we had a new unit Tuesday.     Yesterday I called Avalos Heating & Air to see if they could come service my furnace since It was not putting out any heat. I was told they would be right over and within 15 minutes Jake the Technician arrived & began checking out my furnace . He found out that the capacitor was not working and therefore he needed to call around to see if he could locate one for my 40 year old furnace. Jake was able to replace my capacitor. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explain everything to me about what was going on with my furnace. I appreciate Jake for getting my heater fixed & having heat again!!     I got my AC system replaced after the previous one failed in July 2023. Angie was always very kind and helpful anytime I called, both while getting a quote for replacement and with any questions that arose after the system was installed. Spencer and his team did an awesome job removing the old system, installing the new one, and replacing any damaged ductwork. Additionally, everyone Ive spoke to at Avalos have been happy to answer any questions that Ive had, and have been quick to try and solve any issues that have arose.

    ***1-Year Update:It has been 13 months since Avalos Heating and Air installed both of my HVAC units and both are still working perfectly. The reason for the update is because I recently called about a warranty issue (one of the compressors was acting up). Angel Galley took the call and was as pleasant as always. She arranged for Francisco Avalos (the owner), Jake and Spencer to come out and help me resolve the issue. They had the problem resolved quickly and upheld the warranty they gave me when they installed the units. I am still highly recommending this company if anyone need some A/C work done at their house or business.***Original Review:The Avalos team replaced both HVAC units at my house back in April of this year. The service, instillation, and quality of the Carrier units sold to us were all phenomenal!     The heater in my shop wasnt working and I have a bathroom in there. We have some very cold weather forecast for the week and I didnt want my plumbing to freeze. I searched Heating and Air companies and found Avalos to have great reviews. So I contacted them and scheduled a service call. Best decision I could have made. From the scheduling phone call to the service everything was great. Jake was able to figure out what was wrong with my heater and show me so I would understand.     We had a mess in our attic with the piping to our HVAC unit from whoever installed it when the house was built. We called Avalos to come out and look at it and Jake was so professional and explained to us what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. Gave us a reasonable quote we liked and began working on fixing the issue. We are so pleased with Avalos and the service they provided. I appreciate the lady I spoke with on the phone, she was professional, listened to the issue, and worked to get us in the same day.     My heater/AC was 31 years old and bit the dust. Avalos gave me a bid $4,000 less than my old HVAC company for Carrier replacements. The team was at my house within two days and completed the work same day. They were professional, skilled, and more than polite - genuinely nice people. My previous HVAC company told me too that I would need new ductwork shortly; I saw photos from my attic from Avalos who said my ductwork is fine. Ask for Jake; he gets it done - straight shooter and honest.

    A friend recommended Avalos after another company let us high and dry. The technician came out Christmas Eve to unblock a drainage line that was causing water to overflow and drip from the ceiling. They discovered the drain was not installed correctly and fixed that issue. Appreciated their communication and attention to detail.

    From the first phone call with Mrs. Avalos, I felt like this is place I need to use. Very attentive to my needs (no heat on Sat AM and 20 degrees outside). Before Mr. Avalos could make it to my home, my heater just came on all of a sudden. I called them back to inform them. Her answer was not I will cancel. Instead it was, We would still like to come out and see why it stopped working, in case it decides to stop working again. To me, that was impressive!! Especially since it was a Saturday. He arrived, very professional, polite and clean (nice van also). He recommended us cleaning a part and it has been working great since. We will continue to call them when the need arises.

    I had them come out and replace my whole AC & Heating system duct work and all replaced after the old system from the 80s caught fire they are very nice and honest people they answered all my questions they were in and out fast they cleaned up everything.
