    Bryce and Angel arrived at our home soon after the morning traffic rush and performed a full installation of our new central HVAC installation, including having to diagnose and replace a multi-wire signal cable in the attic that had been chewed through by squirrels, which cost considerable additional unforeseen time to resolve. However, the team eventually got the system fully installed and tested for proper operation. Kudos to both of them for their very thorough and professional installation of my new system! Job well done!

Thanks Bryce. David and Cheryl, Lake Highlands - Dallas, TXSo, we decided to go with Atlas. Their costs were very fair, and Bryce, Fred, and Angle did a great job installing and checking out the system. The entire Atlas gang (Nathan, Pete and more) worked to find us the system we wanted. We purchased an Infinity 4-ton heat pump with gas heat as a backup. All is well after a month with the system. Will post more later after the winter really hits (78 in Dallas on 12/30, sheesh) and the summer heats up. Thanks Atlas, glad we found you folks. Cheryl and I recommend Atlas air (and their YouTube videos!).

    Bryce and Angel installed a 3 ton Carrier ac (comfort series) and also did some duct work for me. I am more than happy with their work. I was able to see the quality of the work when I checked what they have done. They are true professionals and I highly recommend these techs and the company they work for(Atlas AC)

    I called Atlas for an estimate on a new condenser after having a terrible experience with another local AC company. Bryce was the technician who came to the house. He was very thorough and he took his time to evaluate my system. He took measurements, ran some numbers and provided me with a clear understanding of my system. All the questions I asked, Bryce took the time to answer them. I had a very good experience with Atlas AC and specifically, Bryce. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an estimate or a complete system.

    Man I dont even have my new AC yet and I have to give them 5 stars. Pete was extremely helpful, answered all my questions or found someone who could, and wooo did I ask a lot. Even with all my questions he was very polite and had a great attitude. I cant speak for the install yet but as far as pre sales go, 10/10. Not to mention their YouTube channel was very insightful as well.I also loved how transparent they are. Atlas is the only company who lists their pricing online. All my other quotes sent out a salesman who proposed a much higher price than Atlas, or pressured to sign on the spot. Milestone was nice too but had that Buy now its out only one left! approach.Seriously felt like I was being taken care of with Atlas and would defiantly recommend asking for a bid if you are in the market for a new AC unit.

    2024 Fall checkup with Bryce went great. We appreciate his expertise and professionalism!!I had Atlas replace my failing upstairs unit with a new Carrier 2-stage system. I appreciated their price transparency and the ease of pre-planning the new system. There were a few bumps along the way, some of which I attribute to their installers maybe moving a bit faster to get the job done at the expense of safety and thoroughness.Despite these issues, Atlas was always in communication to understand my concerns and worked steadily and prompty to get them fixed. This included replacing the first condenser unit because it was damaged, as well as coming back out to check the original install. Bryce and Angel did a great job tying up the loose ends, as well as installing two new closet runs. Bryce was very kind and generous in installing a new breaker unit for the outside condenser unit, free of charge.There are still a few issues to fix...namely some wall damage and a recheck on an attic ladder they had to partially remove, but this is pending and Im confident those issues will be solved as well. This long-winded review is just to say they made sure the job was done as agreed and they regained my trust and confidence for the future. Ive had experience with nearly a dozen different HVAC companies since Ive lived in this house, mostly for periodic maintenance checks. With all these companies I either experienced sloppy, incomplete work, or they were always trying to sell me products and services I didnt need. I feel like with Atlas Ive finally found a company that is transparent about pricing and will stand behind their work once its complete. Ill be using Atlas for my periodic maintenance checks and when my downstairs unit needs to be replaced, Ill likely use them again.

    We had our 1 year Change Out Follow-up done on our HVAC system we purchased from Atlas AC Repair. Scheduling was a breeze and fit well with our schedule. Bryce, the technician arrived on time as scheduled and preformed all items on the list provided that he was going to check/inspect/adjust. Upon his completion, Bryce reviewed all results in detail of where the system was at and what to expect in the future and if there were any reasons of concern to call. Bryce was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade and his level of communication was exceptional. I highly recommend Bryce and will request his services in the future.

    Atlas AC put my new unit in for thousands less than other bids. The company I had used for years came in six thousand more than Atlas for the exact same unit.     Great knowledge and their use of technicians instead of salesmen is great! Got real feedback based on the reality of the problem rather than the bottom line. Bryce was brill, of the 5 companies that came to quote for a full system replacement Atlas was the only one to look fully at the system and offer alternatives based on the equipment present rather than the equipment on the quote sheet.

    I contacted Atlas AC because I saw some YouTube videos, and what I liked about them was their honesty talking about the HVAC industry in general. So after getting few quotes and checking reviews on Google and BBB, I had no questions on my mind that Atlas AC was my best option. Well, today Ricardo and I believe Mario (His partner) just finished installing my new Carrier 2 stage heat pump. They did an amazing job! I couldnt be happier with their professionalism.     Bryce was on-time and totally professional in working up a bid to replace my 16 year old AC system. No high pressure. Just the facts. Made my decision pretty easy. The install included the new Carrier system plus improvements to duct work and additional attic insulation. Total cost was about the same as what other contractors wanted for the system alone. With Angel supervising, the job was completed in one day. AC working great! Thanks Atlas.

Very professional.4/18/24 Had a new Goodman heat pump installed Bryce and Angel were very professional, hard working, soft spoken and courteous. They were on time and worked until job was completed. I am very pleased with their knowledge and the service they provided me today. Everyone iv had contact with have been so professional and pleasant. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. So glad I stumbled across their video’s on YouTube.

    The importance of trusting your gut.The whole process of dealing with a failing HVAC had been pretty stressful, considering the potential cost of repair or replacement. But mostly, its that nagging fear that were going to get screwed by unscrupulous individuals who only seek to line their pockets with your hard-earned dollars. Atlas AC was actually the 4th company that I contracted to come out and inspect the unit, but I knew when I found them that that they would ultimately be the ones to perform the work. Why? I call it discernment and it is a gift from the Holy Spirit. You can disagree, but if youve been paying attention then you cant deny the odd prescience of those gut feelings regarding people. Bottom line is that the Atlas AC Team lays it all out for you and provides a great service for a competitive price.     I recommend Atlas AC repair to anyone looking for a great company, transparent pricing and amazing customer service. Gotta give kuddos to Pete who has been very patient answering all my questions and calls back when he says he would. He is a great asset for Atlas. Junior the installer was great as well, very friendly, great communication and very efficient, so was Bryce. ATLAS gave me the best price of any company that gave me estimates, and I have had 5 different ones much higher and a lower quality than Carier. I Recommend Atlas to anyone needing HVAC work in DFW. I Discovered Atlas randomly through youtube and im glad I did.

    Bryce and Angel were awesome! They had me up and going in 1 day with a new high efficiency HVAC unit! Did a lot of research and this company is very upfront on pricing! They even offer pricing on their website unlike other companies! They dont overcharge you! Decided to go with them after they did My father-in-laws last year and were recommended! They also have useful videos on YouTube. Changing my review to 3 stars due to the thermostat app they installed and and recommended over my Nest! They recommended. The Honeywell TCC appover without real knowledge of it! terrible and not as user friendly as Google Nest! After 2 days of using it,I get error messages and its not nearly as user friendly as the nest app. The nest app shows usages history and you can set scheduling easier. The only reason installed is it was part of a bundle package and I am not happy about it. I cant even log in now to control my thermostat remotely after 2 days! All Honeywell ever says on the Play store for help is to call a number or email them the same thing over and over and over without no resolution! Down with Honeywell! Update! Atlas reached out to me and offered to reinstall my Nest thermostat! I have to say great company with great service! Completed thanks guys!

    Atlas is new to the DFW area but I decided to give them a try, based on their reviews and after talking to their sales rep Pete. They were the 3rd lowest bid from 4 companies that gave me estimates. Their installer Bryce did a great job installing my Carrier single stage 3 ton unit. I went from an old 13 SEER Trane to a new 15.2 SEER system, should be a big improvement this summer. I’m happy so far!

    Contacted Atlas by email to assess my furnace which was not heating. They were very responsive in setting up an appointment immediately for the next day.Technician Sam Hamons, came out the house ahead of the appointment time and quickly was able to determine the issue.He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Went out to get a part for the repair and we had our system up and running in quickly.I had a very pleasant experience with Atlas and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for reputable company to work on your HVAC.Will definitely contact them for any HVAC needs in the future.
