We had Robert with Anwoth come out to do an A/C inspection before buying our home. While that experience was great, it only got better. After purchasing our home we had him return to complete the recommended fixes, his phone calls and scheduling were prompt, very respectful & easy! Once he came out to make the repairs he did a PERFECT job on every fix he made. My husband kept telling me, “wow I am impressed” during his entire visit. Overall, he will be our A/C guy moving forward & I would recommend him to anyone I know.

If I could give ten stars I would. Robert is very competent, thorough and fair. He is honest and considerate. Ive used his services for many years in many rental properties. After my own neighborhood flooded he came and got my air conditioners going the first day then went around helping other people in the neighborhood for free out of the kindness of his heart. I only wish I could have found him about ten years earlier.

I just want to say Robert is such a stand up guy! He’s out here to help you make an educated decision about your AC equipment. After having multiple company’s tell me I needed a complete new system, Robert came out with intentions to replace evrything but before doing so, he wants to confirm the other workers discover. After digging into it himself, he was able to find no restriction anywhere in the lines and only a minor leak in the condensor coils. He gave me a few different options that would best suite me. He could have easily replaced everything just as the others were trying to do but instead, he gave me options that would keep me cool throughout the hottest parts of the year. Throughout the entire process Robert made sure I understand everything he was explaining to me and made it his priority to ensure I felt taken care of. If you’re concerned about AC companies and them taking advantage, then you’re in luck and in great hands. 100000% recommend!! Thanks again Robert.

If I could give him 10 stars I would!Update:Keeping with Robert’s incredible service, he just installed a new AC upstairs. He started alone, taking out the old AC, which is not a one man job. His demo and prep got him ready for when his helpers arrived. He went into manager mode and had everyone working. They all did a fantastic job and the upstairs AC is wonderful! Robert w/MDR, a personal acquaintance, came in behind 2 home warranty(HW) service reps to repair an AC leak (mid-summer 15). A previous rep, working for same HW, put a band-aid (replacing Freon) on it a year earlier, until Freon ran out and we had no cooling. The new HW rep, while adequately diagnosing the coil leak, gave a $$$ quote that seemingly exceeded by what needed to be done. They indicated that all the other seemingly exhorbitant priced services on the quote (totally $1,000) were required by the HW to bring the system up to date and were not covered by HW (i.e. they would be out-of-pocket). Robert conveniently worked us into his schedule, w/only one night hotel stay-over by us (picked up by the home-warranty company - per their contract), as a new coil had to be ordered. He did everything that the HW service claimed we needed and for much less. Not only has it worked like a charm, its worked very efficiently - running at almost half $$$ of what it was. Not bad for a 5 year old external compressor and 13 y.o. internal unit that he said looked to be in great shape, justifying the repair rather than a replacement. Id highly recommend Robert to anyone needing AC/Heating repair.
