Bill is reliable and arrived as scheduled. Performed preventative maintenance on both inside and outside units. Cleaned units, checked refrigerant, and offered ways to help preserve units. Service charge is reasonable for all he did. Would recommend him anytime. He was referred by a neighbor and am pleased to have him work in my equipment. Trust him completely. -
