    Excellent work!! Best compliments to Dwight!!!We have two heater and two A/C independent systems. Air Assist installed a Media Filter and an UV light on each system plus performed a complete duct cleaning. They have completed a full check on the two heaters as well.Dwight has done a great job at a fair price.We are extremely pleased with the air quality. It is an unbelievable improvement. I would highly recommend it, especially when you have kids, but I would say its good for everybody regardless the age.We have got a maintenance plan with them, so soon they will come back to perform a complete check on the A/C system as well.

    These folks are great, and Dwight is the best tech there is. He contracted to replace my outside condenser and inside evaporator 4 years ago, and that Ruud system, although a bit pricier than I would have liked, has been outstanding - very quiet, efficient, and trouble-free.Ive repeatedly come back to them to perform routine maintenance, the last two times to clear a clogged primary drain line. Each time, Dwight has been prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Service prices seem to be in line with most AC contractors, less than some, so I have ZERO complaints.Use these guys with confidence!!

    Air Assist has forever won my loyalty.Their technician Dwight was dispatched to get our AC back up and running in June of 16. He quickly determined that there was an electrical issue with my circuit board. I was hot, frustrated, and I have to admit, even a little rude.But following his advice, I called an electrician out to confirm Dwights analysis. Not only was Dwight accurate with his troubleshooting, he potentially saved my entire house from being burned to the ground. Turns out that the circuit had been pretty severely arching, and had actually fused the breaker to the rod. I ended up needing 3 of those breakers replaced!Dwight returned in July, after we resolved the electrical issue, and found 3 or 4 other issues with the aging unit, most of which was covered by the warranty.I am an IT Consultant, and a master of my craft. It was a pleasure to have my repairs in Dwights capable hands...he is truly a master of his craft as well!And shout-outs to Donna, for putting up with the numerous calls of concern she received from us! She remained kind and professional throughout our unfortunate ordeal.I will now insist on Air Assist!

    I did my homework before our home warranty sent out a company to check our AC unit. I specifically asked for Air assist as they were the only one with spectacular reviews and they did not dissapoint! Thank you Dwight our tech, explained things thoroughly was honest and great to work with as well as Donna for being prompt to respond and schedule us in as quickly as possible.

    Superb response time! I submitted an AC service request and within 15 minutes I get a very courteous and professional call from Donna. She quickly had me set up for a 3 pm to 5 pm window the following day. The next day came, and while I was on my way home from work, (around 2:30) Donna calls to let me know that Dwight can make it out a little earlier than 3:00. I was happy to hear that and I let her know that I would be home within 10 minutes. Dwight showed up not too long after I got home and quickly got started on checking out the unit. In no time, he found the issue causing the cooling problem. He was very thorough in explaining what the issue was and made it very easy to understand on a technical level as well. After the repairs were made I noticed the house began cooling down quickly. Dwight even brought in the faulty part to show me what went bad and explained how it was effecting other parts of the unit. His honesty and integrity is comforting and a fresh reminder that there are still good, honest people, and good businesses in the world. Many thanks to Dwight and the lovely Donna!

    My home warranty company assigned them to my case and I was pleasantly surprised. They scheduled me within a reasonable amount of time, actually came out before they were scheduled (Donna called me first), and fixed my issue on the spot. Dwight diagnosed the issue down to a small capacitor for the fan motor and didnt try to rack up the charges like some companies I have dealt with in the past. I already knew it was a fan motor issue but waited to see what he said to make sure honesty was part of their service even though we are using a warranty. He was very nice and professional and answered my numerous questions. Would definitely prefer for them to come out again for maintenance or future issues.

    I used Air Assist to inspect the HVAC on a property I was under contract on. Dwight did an excellent job. He was very thorough and let me know exactly what I needed to know to make an informed decision. I was notified when he was heading to the property and when he was finished. The report quickly followed. I highly recommend Air Assist.

    I have used AIR ASSIST for about 10 years. They are amazing...very professional, knowledgeable, they don’t waste time and they take care of business. I can honestly say I have NEVER had and issue with them.They are also detailed and make sure you understand exactly what the issue is and the options and recommendations for getting the repairs done. As a recurrent customer they also try to get me taken care of ASAP, which is much appreciated with this Texas heat. Dwight is an excellent technician.     Dwight is awesome. I first met him when he was dispatched by my home warranty company to fix my A/C. I was skeptical at first, as the companies that service home warranty customers are often sketchy at best and usually treat those customers as second or even third class citizens. He didnt have the part he needed to fix my A/C, so he left with a promise that hed get back with me. Of course, my first reaction was, Yeah, right... Later that same day, he called back, said he had the part and asked if he could come install it. That was totally unexpected. Air Assist is the only A/C and heating company would ever recommend. If you need help, call Dwight.

    On day 2 of the winter storm of 2021, BOTH of my furnaces went out! I called several companies and due to the severe weather no one could come out until Friday. This was Tuesday night. I kept searching and finally Dwight answered the phone. He thought he knew what might be wrong and patiently guided me through a process of trying to reset the system. Unfortunately it didn’t work so he came out first thing the next day. He discovered I needed two different parts. Many of the supply stores were closed. Dwight kept trying and found the part for my downstairs unit. I had heat! Dwight didn’t let the deep freeze stand in his way. It took several days until he found the other part but I was so happy to be warm I didn’t care. He just finished his job. Dwight is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. I am so grateful he was available when I really needed help. I am so impressed with his service, I plan on having him service my a/c systems in the spring.

    I cannot say enough about how great of an experience we had with Air Assist. Professional, prompt and installers are super clean! They did some work for us in May 2015 and came out again to put in a new unit July of this year. Not only did they send out the same technician, Dwight (highly recommended) we had in 2015, they provided us with 2 window units, followed up throughout the whole process (house visits and phone calls) and Dwight came out and checked out the work a couple days after it was completed to make sure we were 100% satisfied. You bet Ive referred others! Thank you again Dwight, Donna and Crystal!

    Dwight and his team are true professionals. My cooling unit was not working. After investigation, Dwight took the time to explain the issue to me, together with the options and even helped me pick the best solution that fit my need and budget. His installed new cooling and heating units at my house and not only they were very detail-oriented during the entire process but they taught me a few tricks on the HVAC maintenance that I didnt know before. We need more professionals like Dwight and his team. Highly recommended!

    I strongly feel AirAssist air and heating company is one of the best if not the best company you could have for selling you air/heating unit. They do stand 100 % behind their service. Mr. Dwight Blackburn as service manager is very cordial, professional, and competent, who you really can depend on.     Perfect company!!!! I read the reviews and I am always kind of skeptical. It only had 2 reviews but both reviews were very good. My gosh!!! The guys that posted the reviews were right about them. Donna is a super nice lady. She is the one that answer the calls and makes the appointments. I called this morning and she gave me a time frame: Dwight will be there between 2pm - 4pm, she said. Dwight showed up at my door at 2:10pm. Dwight is an extremely polite person who started working right away. He found the problem in 5 mins and installed the part right away. He was a total of 30 mins in my house. EXCELLENT PRICE!!!!! It is so nice and refreshing to see that not all the companies are out there to rip you off.I just want to update this review. The service provided was already six years ago. I had a different issue yesterday and the same professionalism, work ethic, punctuality, everything that you expect from a great company. Dwight is so good at what he does! If you ever have any issue with your AC please do not hesitate. This is the company to call. HANDS DOWN!

    My home appliance warranty company arranged for this company to fix my AC, so I wasnt sure what I was going to get. I was pleasantly surprised at the good service. Every time I called the company or the company called me, the same woman (Donna) was on the phone and was friendly and helpful. The tech who come out originally to diagnose and then later to fix my AC once the parts came in was so good that I wrote his name down to ask for him next time (Dwight). They even called 1 week after the service call to make sure everything was good. ADDENDUM---- I just read the one other google review and noticed that the person mentioned Dwight also 3 years ago. He really was a nice guy!

    Smart technician (Dwight), prompt service and friendly scheduling. After service, they always call to check on whether my unit is cooling properly. And when another company told me that I needed a new compressor, Air Assist fixed ours for about $400. Ill go with these folks anytime. Theyre honest, dependable and reasonable.

    Donna and Dwight were great to work with. We called them for a last minute move out cleaning job. They were both willing to work with me and come in the next day. Not only that, but they did a great job cleaning the place. They went above and beyond. The baseboards, oven and stove looked like new. I appreciated that they made sure to think of things we hadnt even considered.

    I had a recent checkup on my AC unit and was told that my capacitor was about to go out and that I needed a hard start compressor assist added. I called Air Assist and they came right out to check it out. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all about the needs of my ac. I stood with him and asked may questions as he worked on my ac. In the end I learned about my ac unit and saved a lot of money. I recommend this company.

    Called my home warrantly company - American Home Shield and they sent out Air Assist. The visit was set up by a very nice lady named Donna working remotely from Houston. The local technician was named Dwight and he has been doing A/C and Heating work since 1983! He very quickly determined that there was no malfunction - the source of my initial call, but did perform the pre-season system checks quickly and completely. He encouraged me to continue the regular maintenance things that I do and then did my neighbors house too. All for about $150 - a real bargain here in Texas to know that our units are ready for what will be a hot summer. Although this was a little confusing with the Houston/Fort Worth relays - this is the 21st Century and this type of operation will become the norm. It worked well in this case due to the very nice, courteous and professional people involved. Thanks for a job well done!

    Dwight has serviced our HVAC for probably 10-12 years. He is honest and fair. He is very informative and has pointed out things to us that we need to address (non-HVAC related) that we may not have otherwise seen or known about. Wouldnt think of using anyone else to service our HVAC needs.

    Air Assist came out for a repair of our AC covered by the Home Warranty after the first vendor came out and tried to rip us off and failed to fix the issue. Air Assist diagnosed the problem (bad AC fan motor) and went out of their way to find the part immediately and fix it all within a 2 hour period. Cannot recommend Air Assist enough. Thank You for making our nightmare end.
