I was given a reference to use Affordable AC. Let me start off by saying this company is my go-to now. Marshall came out and replaced my thermostat with one that I acquired new. He explained to me what he would do to get the install done, and he did it in a very timely manner. He is very thorough and professional. We are very pleased with Affordable Air Conditioning Installation Services. They regularly inspect our AC/heating at our business and have been prompt at responding to our calls for repairs to our home unit. In the height of this summers heat they did what they could to fix our AC but when cooler temps came and the heating system gave us problems, we realized that we needed to replace our unit. Nick discussed different units that were available and answered all our questions honestly with no pressure. The work was done quickly and everything is working well. We are very pleased.

Very professional, knowledgeable and great service. Josh and his helper showed up on time and did a great job installing my new condenser and evaporator coil. My unit sits on a platform that needed to be replaced and Nick came out a couple of days in advance, disconnected the existing unit and removed it from the platform at no additional cost. Jaycee completed my warranty paperwork and sent me copies. Best customer service I have experienced with any company. Would highly recommend them for any type of ac work.

I called them today, May 31st 2023, at 3:48pm, and Nick had us set up with a replacement part and expectations on how long our 10+ year old compressor would continue to last by 5:45pm. Jaycee was amazing with her communication, Nick was extremely friendly and fairly priced his service and parts. They have an A+ rating with BBB for GOOD REASON! Cannot recommend them enough. When we need a new unit, we will be calling them. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

The young lady in the office, JayCee was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took quick care of me. The young man that was sent out to our home, Marshall, was right on time, very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and was very efficient! That being said, the pricing was very fair, and reasonable, considering todays prices! So, if you’re looking for an air conditioning repair company, look no further! Absolutely the best customer service experience Ive ever had. After 4 days of waiting for our Home Warranty Company to find a technician, we called Affordable Air Conditioning Services. They came out the very next morning. Their young technician Josh took good care of us. He was very patient with my questions and very respectful. Within 30 minutes he figured out the problem and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. He even talked to our Home Warranty Insurance on the phone for me to help us get reimbursed for the cost of the repairs. Absolutely wonderful company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought our house a year ago and have had AC issues since we moved in. Nick, who was working for a different company at the time, is the one who came out to service our unit. He was super helpful and always tried to accommodate us immediately. When our AC went out this summer, we called that company requesting him and they informed us that he branched off on his own so that’s how we ended up getting a new unit from Affordable Air Conditioning Installation Services. The unit went out in the hottest part of the Texas summer and he made sure we didn’t have to go long without AC. He gave us suggestions and recommendations on new units along with prices and allowed us to do research to figure out the best fit for our house. He even stuck with us when we made a last minute change and choose a completely different unit and one that he had yet to install himself. Him and his assistant did a fantastic job! We couldn’t have asked for better service and in a timely matter. He quoted us a week to get the unit in and being able to install it but he ended up getting it in earlier and knocked the whole thing out within a couple days. I would highly recommend this company with any HVAC needs. His prices seemed to be better than other companies in the area along not to mention his quality of service.

These guys are simply the best. I purchased my house in 2016 and ever since I purchased the house I had issues with ac dripping water in my house. ( 10 gallons a day). I had to place buckets in closet to caught water. Other companys come out multiple times to fix it and never did. They came out the first time and fixed. Never did it drip again. Well this past fall I the ac went out again. These guys replaced the whole thing. My house has never been this cool. They really are great ppl. Id recommend to anyone
