Adair has done repairs for me for over 20 years. Sam and team has installed a complete Trane system in my home and installed from the ground up a complete system in my family’s 125 year old colonial home in February of this year (see attached photos). They also did repairs and installed two new systems for my church. If you want a courtesy, professional and highly skilled HVAC company, look to AdAir to be your team for all your HVAC needs.

Sam was referred to me a few years ago by someone with extensive experience in the HVAC industry. This person wanted me to have the most honest and trustworthy person and that’s exactly who Sam is. Not only is he someone who you can feel comfortable with in your home, he’s also someone you can feel comfortable with his diagnosis and estimates. If it can be fixed, he will always offer the fix first. His pricing is so fair and honest that my home warranty company reimbursed me 100% when he replaced my furnace. No questions asked.I’m in the insurance industry and I refer him to all of my customers with 100% confidence. I even go to him for referrals for plumbers and foundation repair, etc. I trust who he trusts. There truly is no one better!!!

We used Sam when the fan on our less than 4 year old AC stopped working. It was still under warranty so initially we went to the company that installed it. Their estimate was $600 for changing various parts and labor on top of what would be covered under warranty. Sam fixed the blown capacitor for much much less.

If you are in need of a reliable, experienced, and fair HVAC Company Sam at Adair is your guy. I have been using him for the past 3 years and wish I would have found Adair sooner.One notable experience that sold me on Adair was about two days before the terrible 2021 winter storm that crippled the power grid in Texas. It was a weekend morning and my heat had gone out. The weather was in freezing temperatures with sleet. My wife and I called over 10 HVAC companies and Adair was the only one that could come out that day. Sam showed up a few hours later, diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve, and then completed the repair. He charged a fair price too even given the situation and road conditions.All in all I have been more than impressed with Adair and couldn’t recommend them enough.
