Jay and his crew were amazing. Jay was able to get my new AC units installed with very little notice (next day!) and they were 100% professional and made sure they left my home very clean after the work they did. They checked their work very thoroughly before they left and I would recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. Great job!

Jose and Jay from AC Executives came to install my new nest thermostats at my home in Fort Worth. These guys are knowledgeable professionals that will give you the best advice on your system without any pressure. I was educated as to why my air was not distributed properly and all the short cuts that were taken by others that previously work on my units. I am so impress with their performance that this is the only company I will use going forward. If you want your systems installed, maintained or repair correctly the first time call AC Executives.Thanks guys.

Jay responded promptly to my Saturday morning email requesting Saturday service to troubleshoot our AC system. He was equally prompt arriving that same morning to troubleshoot our system. He thoroughly checked the outdoor unit, indoor air handler and thermostat. After finding the issue and remedying the problem, he took the time to explain to us what he found to be the problem and the remedy to fix it. An overall great service experience. BTW - Jay and his team also did a full indoor/outdoor unit install for our other system with an equally high level of quality, technician capability and on short notice.

I have been using AC Executives for service and preventive maintenance for several years. We recently decided to purchase a new AC system for both upstairs and downstairs.I worked with Patrick discussing options for a new system and he was very knowledgeable and courteous.A team of AC Executives employees showed on the agreed upon time and date and finished the very big job in one day. All were very professional. AC Executives will continue to be my AC go to company.Highly recommend.

Outstanding service! My A/C went out this summer while I was out of town. My wife and daughter were home to deal with the heat. I called AC Executives on a referral from a neighbor and have been beyond impressed with their work, service and professionalism. When I called and explained my situation, they dispatched Patrick, who arrived quickly. They checked everything out and got it all back and working again. I couldnt be more pleased with how it all turned out. I even referred them to my in-laws when they replaced their A/C a few months later. They were also very pleased with the work and service.

I noticed that my air wasnt cooling, and I called AC Execs and they responded immediately. They checked out the unit and ran a few checks...and realized that the coil was damaged and leaking. They were able to get a new one, and install immediately. I am thankful for their prompt response and action. Highly recommend their services to all . Thank you again, AC Execs! You rock!!!

A/C executives team was great, especially Jay. He came out on Saturday and spent four hours with us trying to resolve the issue and working with our property management team (even working after his shift). He was polite, friendly and super knowledgeable. Also showed us what he was working on. He came back on Monday to finalize everything on now it’s working great. Thanks Jay and A/C executive team.

Amazing Service and PricesWeve had the pleasure, and I mean that sincerely of working with AC Executives twice. Both times, they came out right away and resolved our problems for a fraction of what others were quoting. This last visit by Patrick is one that will make me a customer for life. Patrick called before showing up, offered to show up earlier than scheduled, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing and had done. AC Executives is a knowledgeable and professional company. We use this company for all of our HVAC needs and they have never let us down. They are always on time and their pricing is right on target. Jay came out two hours after I called and was so patient and showed me everything he was doing and testing. He was very thorough. The prices are very fair and reasonable. Nice to know I have a company I can call that I trust. Its too hot in Fort Worth to not have a good AC company.

Our HVAC system went out and we called our home warranty company. They sent out a company that insisted that we needed a new system. We called AC Executives for a second opinion. Patrick did a thorough check and found the problem was a fuse. They saved us money and had the system up and running!!! We will be using them for our maintenance and all of our HVAC needs!
