For routine service 5 years ago Mark had evaluated our old unit and recommended replacement to include new duct work. The blower finally gave out and Mark and his crew were able to provide an energy efficient unit and ductwork as well as upgraded u/v filtration at a very reasonable price. Very professional service all around and we cannot recommend them any higher for any heating or a/c needs.

A recap of some recent interaction with A+ Air Conditioning & Heating. During July and August I encountered air conditioning systems issues at two seperate addresses.In July I experienced exceptional same-day response time with regard to a service call that was made to the home Ive been renting for the last two years. The A+ tech checked the 22 yr old system thoroughly and described two major issues. The tech and the A+ owner provided informative options with estimates that I forwarded to the home owner. A+ ownership for making contact several times over the next few days to find out what the home owner elected to do.In August my mother encountered an HVAC system failure at her small home in Blanco TX. When I reached out to A+ ownership (after normal business hours) on her behalf, Mark responded very quickly. That same evening within a short time window, he provided a couple of very competitive bids when compared to the estimates she had received from HVAC service providers in her area. Mark also made an offer to schedule and complete the job in as soon as two days from our text message exchanges that evening.Very professional and responsive company, from the field technician to company ownership.

Mark at A+ AC and Heating had always treated us super well! He’s even helped my husband troubleshoot stuff over the phone free of charge 🙂They’ve never told us we needed a service or product when we didn’t and their goal always seems to be making things as low cost as possible without sacrificing quality. When we replaced our AC units through them they mailed us the manufacture rebate paperwork all filled out except for our signature to save us as much time and money as possible. Cannot recommend them more 🙂 and they’re typically really good about getting you in quickly!

I was in the need of a replacement heating unit for my rental property and I called Mark and he jumped right into helping me with my issue. He had a used unit that would work for me to get me thru the winter months. The unit worked flawlessly and was at the right price for everything. I have since, as of yesterday, upgraded my entire system and added AC to the house now and Mark and his crew installed everything and added ducts to the upstairs bedrooms. Mark and his crew got an early start and was able to complete the whole install in just a day....super impressed with his ability to work with me on getting things done and in a timely matter. I will definitely be recommending him and his company to anyone needing work done.

Mark Garcia & his Team provided great work and speedy service. We arranged plans from one day to another (since my A/C had gone out) and our house was up and running early in the evening. Since we added a new room to our home the new A/C upgrade has made a huge difference! Seriously I cannot give these guys enough credit! Our AC went out yesterday afternoon and Mark came out that evening to check it out and give us recommendations on what we needed. We ended up needing a new system and he came out this morning and was finished before noon! I was stressing because the weather is getting warmer but I’m now sitting in my home in comfort! The hustle and customer service is on point with this company!! 10/10 recommend them if you are looking to replace your unit or just need some maintenance.

We purchased a new home not knowing we needed a whole new HVAC system. We called for a price quote and received a quote in less than 24 hours. We had been searching for price quotes around town, and decided to hire this company to render services. We received equal turn around time to discuss a booking install date. When that date came, these very professional gentlemen, greeted and worked professionally throughout their duration of the install. When most other companies provided different options of what to do on our install, this company was very knowledgeable in explaining (in details) the most efficient way to install for our two story home floor plan! Their professionalism and quality of services they provided was exceptional! Truly made our lives (the convenience) easier!
