They replaced my old leaking hot water heater. They are professional and clean. They put the vent through the roof. It ended up leaking. They came back that day that I called and put more sealant. They came back 3 hours later and poured water on it to make sure there werent any leaks. They did a great job! Im very satisfied. Thank you

Darrell did a great job today. Replaced all guts in 2 upstairs toilets as both were running and wasting water. Not any more, Darrell when and bought the parts and completed all the service within two hours. We just moved into this house so he checked all toilets and faucets and gave me some good advice on other issues. Very honest and reliable, I Highly recommend this company.

5M Plumbing responded quickly to my initial call, removed the old water heater right away, and scheduled the installation based on my schedule. (I first had to deal with some drywall repair before the water heater could be installed.) On the day of the installation, they arrived when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. The final price was reasonable and just what they initially quoted. Based on my experience 5M is a very dependable company and I highly recommend them.

5M is the trusted plumber of our HOA. When another plumbing company was called in to repair what should have been a simple blockage, and they ended up busting a main pipe, the father and son team from 5M who came in to repair the damage and clean up the mess the other plumbers caused were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Even under the grossest circumstances (time to travel with more than two changes of clothes!) they kept a positive attitude. I will definitely be calling them first the next time I have any plumbing issues!

I called Darrell and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes and was at my home when he said he would be the same day. He was kind and professional and reasonable. There is nothing I could say that could match how awesome he was! I would highly recommend this company!

Darrell showed up at my mother-in-law’s home to repair her shower. He didn’t have the exact part to fix it, so he took a part from one of his tools and temporarily fixed it until the part came in. Great customer service. I highly recommend 5M.
