The technician was friendly and responsive. She delivered and installed a refrigerator water filter. After she left, the water filter popped out. I left a message on the maintenance portal to that effect, and she returned some minutes later to fix the problem. She also spent some time fixing the spring on the dishwasher.

Ive been living at Villas at Kings Harbor for almost 8 months now and we love it! Ellen went above and beyond in getting us moved in on very short notice and she has been providing excellent customer service ever since! Not only that, she is also a very sweet and kind person. I plan to renew my lease when the time comes! I recommend you lease here! I drive my golf cart next door to many fine restaurants and bars and my daughter takes it across the street to practice at Clubs of Kingwood golf courses. Very convenient, affordable, and brand new construction! Thanks Ellen!

We recently relocated to this community. Ellen showed us several Wan Bridges properties. She was very knowledgeable about these properties and the Houston area. She always responded to my emails and texts. She made a stressful situation so easy when moving from one state to another. I recommend her for your leasing agent and the Villas at King Harbor to live.

This community makes it very welcoming by doing family friendly events! Currently they are doing a grinch movie night outside! Everyone has been super welcoming!
