Great place for a weekend or longer getaway. Amazing swimming pool, fantastic fishing, beautiful boardwalk and great people. Bring the entire family or just your friends. A great escape either way.

Beautiful views of the bay with gorgeous homes! Very nice neighborhood with friendly people. Perfect place to relax and enjoy spoiling yourself when on vacation. The rental homes are well maintained and super clean! Its like home away from home.

This place is incredible the views the scenery all of the surrounding is beautiful wild exoctic birds. sea alligators.indangered birds.The bay is incredible at night and on the day time the homes are imaculate imaculate imaculate gorgeous homes if I were you Id buy one or two

As a new owner of a custom home lot in the Reserve it is hard to imagine that you could go through the purchase process and not be aware of the Lamar Improvement District. Not only is it disclosed by the sales staff it is touted for its unique ability to protect the property value of the development. The municipality is responsible for the water, sewer, and drainage as well as the navigation channels and bulkheads. I would encourage you to visit other communities on the coast with man made channels specifically Key Allegra and look a the state of bulks as a result of individual property owners being responsible for their care. Additionally, each Purchaser signs a separate disclosure document titled LID Notice to Purchaser at closing so there is no miscommunication. I am also thankful for a strong HOA and Architectural Review Board to further protect the value of my investment. Again, look at any local communities without an HOA and compare. I am looking forward to construction of my new home as soon as possible to enjoy the most amazing location on the Texas Gulf Coast. Fish on!

Wow! What a hidden gem! This place is incredible--private and gated, beautiful homes and an amazing feel on the water. 100% waterfront! Just cool.
