Lorrie and her team deserve 10 stars! She was quick to reply, flexible and best of all, she was willing to get items to me all the way in Chicago from her sale in Dallas, so, so many estate sale managers are not that flexible or helpful. She followed up, was prompt to get my items to the shipper and ensured that my experience was a great one. I shop estate sales just about every weekend and Lorrie is one of the best! You should go to her sales!

I love going to Semler Estate sales! Everything is organized and priced to sell! The one held last weekend had wonderful quality furnishings and impressive wall art.I appreciate the friendly and professional staff. I will be back!

My spouse and I came to the estate sale on July 20 to check out the dining table. Lorrie was extremely helpful, and removed all of the china from the table so we could inspect it. The table was exactly what we were looking for, and a great bargain for a table with two leaves, a pad, and 6 chairs. Weve been to her estate sales before and always had a great experience with everything we have purchased.

The Estate Sale was very well attended and well done. Prices were fair and the people were so nice to work with and any and all questions were answered with the best knowledge. Lorrie does an excellent job of estate sales. Looking forward to the next estate sale.

I have found every estate sale Ive attended by this company to be very thorough and organized. All the items are grouped together in a very thoughtful way. Everyone Ive dealt with has been professional and respectful. Im a frequent shopper at her sales and have found great buys!

As an Antique Dealer in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area, I deal with a large number of Estate Liquidators. Some are not so easy to work with. While Lorrie is certainly not a pushover and can be tough when she needs to be, I find her to be easy to work with. I particularly like her level of knowledge, her direct and thorough method of communication as to her expectations and her fairness to all concerned. She is very adept at maneuvering that middle ground between Seller and Buyer, which is a rare talent in and of itself. She is an honest hard worker that I would certainly feel comfortable recommending to anyone.
