Dimas and his team showed up at the scheduled time. The issue with my dryer/outlet was diagnosed quickly. Dimas explained the problem and solution in understandable terms. They were very respectful, professional and neat, leaving no mess for me to clean up. Very pleasant to deal with. The price for the job was also reasonable. I will definitely call them for all of my electrical needs. Highly recommend this company.

We were losing power at the front part of my house for more than a week. My husband would switch the breaker box on every morning from the garage, and the power would return for about half of the day. By dark, the front bathroom and hall lights would not work again. Our aquarium would also lose power and were afraid our fish would die. An electrician came by and we thought it was fixed, but the power still went out after a day. Luckily my husband met someone who recommended Star Quality Electrical. Dimas with Star Quality came to our home. After a brief explanation of our ongoing problem, it was fixed in less than an hour. The power has remained on. Now we know to save our time and money, call a master electrician like Dimas at the start of the problem.

I had a breaker and external outlet installed for a portable generator. Dimas was very professional and was always concerned with my best interest and making sure everything was done correctly and safely. His quote was accurate, he always communicated well, and the work was done very professionally. He took great care to make sure he provided me with the instructions to hookup and start the generator and which breakers to flip first to avoid injury and damage and walked through the process before leaving. Definitely recommend for all electrical work!

Called Star Quality to quote and install a generator interlock and surge protector. The guys came over promptly and installed both devices within a few hours. They took the time to explain how the generator works and proper startup procedures for the interlock. Now our family won’t go without power in the next big Texas storm! Ive never dealt with a more professional, attentive to every detail electric company than the gentlemen who came to troubleshoot and fix a problem at our home. They took the time to go over every possible issue to finally identify the problem. They explained everything they did, how the problem was resolved and called the next day to see if everything was still all right. They will definitely be first on our list if we ever run into trouble again. I even asked for business cards to pass out to my friends.
