I was referred to LGI Homes by a friend from college and even though I had just graduated with a degree, I still didnt know what I wanted to do with my life. All I knew is that I wanted to find a company that had a good culture and that supported growth and development. When I started working for LGI Homes I thought it was too good to be true. LGIs six core values- exceptional customer service, integrity, ethical behavior, loyalty, efficient use of time and resources, and profitability- are in full support of what I was looking for. It didnt take long for me to realize that the company is an energetic, positive, people-focused company.

UPDATE: VP of Construction came out to look at driveway and promised to address the issue. I am changing to 5 stars since they stepped up and did the right thing.purchased home and driveway was defective, instead of replacing it which is the right thing to do, they attempted twice to put a coating on top that looks terrible. I complained and they said they took care of the problem and consider the matter closed. I am now left with a new home that has a driveway that looks like no other driveway I have ever seen in my entire life. They also failed to address issues with my lawn.
