Aaron is a very professional and super knowledgeable to all aspects of roof installation.He spent hours at our house starting inside and then the attic and then the roof.We are shocked to see some very serious issues that need to be fixed.I highly recommend spending the money for a 3rd party certified roof inspection

Please consider using No1 Certified Roof to inspect your roof before you get a new roof installed. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and does a thorough inspection with an excellent report and photos. I wish I had hired Aaron to inspect my house and supervise the installation of my new roof before my reroof. He is independent and will give you an honest evaluation of your roof. In the roofing industry in Texas, there is no license required; and I was told so many different things by various roofers. Most of these companies will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business and will subcontract the work without someone supervising the job. Roofers rely on the customer to have no knowledge (like me) of roofing materials, roofing systems, and best practices, so you can easily be taken advantage of. The sales person does not show up except to get you to sign the agreement and collect payment. Aaron has helped me so much, and I recommend him without reservation.

Such a great company, had a leak in my roof and Aaron came out on the same day to do an inspection on the roof. He tried to fix it himself but the damage was more severe than a roof patch. He was quick and honest with his work and outsourced to a reputable company that got the job done. Total process took 3 days from start to finish and Aaron stayed on top of keeping me updated with the process while it was happening. I would recommend him and the company for any of your inspections and roofing needs.

We recently had an excellent experience with No.1 Certified Roof at our home in Fort Worth, TX.We asked Aaron to do an inspection on the roof because we had concerns about damage from storms. Aaron completed a thorough inspection of everything. He even went into the attic where he alerted us to a problem with the HVAC system. That alone saved us thousands!The roof inspection was very detailed and we are pleased with the results.His inspection led to our insurance company approving the roof for full replacement.We would recommend Aaron’s expertise to anyone in need.

I cant say enough good things about Aaron. He was thorough, patient, dedicated and most importantly I felt he was honest. I bought an older home that had developed a small leak right below the turbine. So my realtor recommended Aaron for the job. I was expecting a quick visual assessment and dreading a big bill, but i was pleasantly surprised by the service. Aaron didnt just look at the turbine and the immediate surrounding area around it, he did a thorough over an hour long inspection of the whole roofing system starting from outside the house, then inside the house, then the attic and finally the roof. Turns out he found the the leak was in fact by the turbine itself but he said its not a major concern, he did some manitenenace and put some sealant and said that should be good enough and should hold up for a year or two but eventually I should fix this issue permanently which would require replacing the turbine. In addition he went over the whole roof system of the house as a whole and gave me a rundown of all the things i should look out for and have fixed in the future, but our roof is fine for now, and then he gave me the quote for getting all the recommended work to be done in the future, which we will get done once i settle in the house. We havent had any more leaks since then and he didnt even charge me anything for his work. This is going to be my first house flip, so Aaron got all my future business. I cant recommend him enough.

Had a new roof installed and had several issues with the roofing contractor. I contacted Aaron @ No.1 certified roof inspector .The inspection from Aaron is very detailed and meticulously done, he spent 5 hrs doing the inspection. This report gave me the upper hand to ask contractor to do the repairs needed. There was a few issues with the installation and Aaron explained everything in detail and how important proper attic ventilation is , something that the contractor will not take the time to communicate with homeowner about. I highly recommend No.1 certified roof inspector without Aaron I would have had leaks and poor ventilation issues. With this report the contractor didn’t even dispute the inspection and did the repairs. Thank you Aaron !!

My experience with Aaron who performed roof inspection on my home in Fort Worth was awesome. I asked for a routine roof inspection as we are ready to sale our home and Aaron performed an in-depth inspection with pictures and detail info on my roof which gave me the confidence and knowledge that my roof was in good condition as well as a detail report I can add to my home disclosure for buyers to see and certify my roof giving me a peace of mind going forward in the sale of my home. If and when I buy another house I will definitely call upon Aaron to inspect the roof of that future home purchase. Awesome service

Not only did he find the leak, but he gave us some information about how much it should cost to fix it, what we need to do and what to watch out for.
