I moved out a year ago and wish I never did Thankful to be back. Work orders beginning completed on time. Someone always available during business hours. Gloria the manager has always been good to me Just have to communicate. Closed mouths don’t get fed. I know i won’t move again. I was spoiled and didn’t know it. -

The staff is very pleasant. They strive to accommodate your needs and make you feel part of the community.The property is undergoing a well-deserved upgrade and face lift. The ownership is excited about the great plans that are in place. Even the City of Dallas has recognized the work and effort the staff at GHP are doing.The Maintenance Staff are busy helping residents transition from summer to winter weather, so they are checking heaters, filters, and thermostat settings.Residents should know, its your responsibility to install new batteries in smoke detectors and CO2 devices. However, the Maintenance staff are super cool and really do want to help when you ask for assistance. If you ask nicely, they may even provide the batteries. 😊If you have an issue, submit an email through your portal. -

Ive been living here about 3 months or so, and I like the community. The property is under renovation, and it looks very nice. I havent had any issues. Maintenance is very efficient, and respond in a timely manner. The office staff is very nice. Upon my first entrance to my new place, they had a few items in there, potholders, towels, body wash, etc. Very nice touch indeed! -

I am approaching a month and I am happy to call The Glen my home. You cannot not beat the location - quick access to 635 and 75. The DART Station is around the corner. I am 20 minutes away from Downtown, Lovefield, and Far North Dallas. Misty is a great host and was helpful with finding the right place for me. My unit was not cleaned on moving in as I expected, but I did a deep cleaning and it looks great. I was in the process of getting covered parking and was told to bring a few spaces that I saw empty. I did pick a spot and provided the numbers. I did park in the spot I liked and my car was towed during the night. The cost to get your car out is $170! But I am happy with the staff, love the location, my floorplan, and most of all the rental cost! -

I’ve had the best experience with this apartment complex. There is a great team of employees who are trying to make things work in favor of the best residential living experience you could ever imagine. There are many of new changes they’re implementing. The manager was very attentive to my needs, there is always an open line of communication, very understanding, and you can tell they have compassion in what they do. I never feel like I’m being an annoyance when I have to speak with them. I’m excited about all the new updates. So far, so good… I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to live… highly recommended! -

I moved here at the end of 2019. I can say I was not a big fan of the construction going on in the complex which is still going on but I understood it because we did go into a pandemic for almost 2 yrs. I wont speak on the previous resident managers but the current ones are very helpful and went above and beyond to get my son apartment in the system and him moved in. I have not had any serious issues with my apartment thus far. If I had to state a concern it would be the Gate issues and I would love to move into one of the upgraded apartment. Everywhere you live there will be some type of problem its just how the property manager handles it that determines if its worth your money and your emotions. Tania and Gloria are awesome! -

My name is Janice Black and I have been living in The Falls for about a month. It is nice, quiet, and my apartment is clean with no bugs and I have not seen any bugs yet. No loud noise and the parking is OK. I called maintenance twice for a water leak on the washer and they came that night and fixed it. I love my apartment no one is fighting outside. I have to say if you love peace and quiet this is the place to move -

Well since Im moving here been a change of lifestyle for me . I moved here 6 months ago and let me tell you all the staff in the office are very friendly and sweet and so kind they really get to the point and get the job done🤗 what I need of taking care of when I try to register my car to the VIP one lady in the office she helped me to the end until I got a right . And I will never forget about the maintenance guy dont know his name but it start with (MW) he always take care of whatever I need that need to be fixed in my apartment -

7/2018 Maintenance will not come to fix your ac your AC unit. I was told when I moved in it worked. I went in later to ask them to put in a request, they lied and didnt as I found out the next day when I went in again and they fill it out for the first time. Went in again and they lied that they were coming to fix it right away. 3 hours later still no word from them. They sent me a fake website via text though1/26/2019 Updating from a 1 to a 4. The maintenance staff has improved, the office staff is very nice and seem to be on top of things. However, placing a maintenance request is confusing; why are there multiple places to do this? The link from the main page doesnt work. But, if you call in the staff is very friendly and seem genuinely concerned with whatever you issue is and I feel they act very quickly to resolve! Unfortunately there is sometimes a lot of trash in the parking lot and roads near the trash bins, even if they are not full. Id blame that on the lazy residents more so than the staff. I wish there were more dog waste stations around. Overall its very quiet, the immediate neighborhood is nice, easy to get to the train stop or Greenville. I would recommend this place -

Ive been living here 4 years now and the management has been rocky and changing but finally for the better! Natalie in the office is very kind and understanding, as well as Gracie. The maintenance staff is faster now which I can definitely appreciate, and the office has made big strides with community involvement. Theres always a community event going on which is what Ive wanted but would have had to move to more expensive properties to get! The upgrades to the apartment complex are nice and on point and inexpensive for us to upgrade to receive. Nick has also been a big help! He makes sure that my work orders are expeditious and fulfilled. The staff is just awesome in general. -

I moved in here 2/16/2018 and had some complaints but the Management of the apartment acted promptly to all my complaints and within two days they had everything fixed. This is very impressive and they left a bottle of wine and a welcome card in my apartment. This was so amazing.Special thanks to Liz who followed through to make sure everything was on point to my satisfaction. -

I would like to say that I LOVE MY apartment. I have no issues with the staff, other tenants or the matanence staff. I dont even call I put my request in online and never had to wait more than 48 hours. I have no issues with bugs and never had. I love these apartments. They are conveniently not far from my school and work. I am sorry for all the other tenants that are posting bad reviews but I have to say this is a lovely place. Yours truly Janice Black -

The management was changed back in october of 2011. I moved in back in july. They now have an active courtesy patrol, along with an armed guard during the evenings. There used to never be enough parking, but that has changed dramatically! They are cracking down on parking enforcement. The laundry rooms are being renovated and fitted with new appliances. The changes just keep coming, it took a few months but the holidays always interrupt normal business, everything here is just going full steam ahead. All the office staff are courteous, and helpful. Everything has just gotten %1000 better after the change in management companies. -

I have lived here a little over a year now and I love it. Work orders are completed in a timely manner, the office team is amazing, and I love all of the resident events that the office plans. On top of all that the apartments are in a great location! I dont have to travel far from home for anything. -

We have lived here for 16 years and are preparing to move to another area because of a change in employment and a desire to move closer to our place of work. With any apartment community there are things that come up from time to time, but the maintenance team at The Glen have been absolutely wonderful to make any repairs we needed.I have to say a special thank you to Edion in the leasing office because she has been so kind and helpful. Any time my husband or I have come to the office she is there with a smile and friendly greeting, ready to assist us. Thank you, Glenn at HighPoint, for being our home for the past 16 years.
