You can literally walk five steps to fish at the pier and sit by the bay. Kitchen had everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Gorgeous sunsets. Central location with great restaurants in walking distance. A short jaunt to the beach. They even provided a beach chair and umbrella!

Simply the Best!!I absolutely loved this home! It’s a perfect place that accommodates a family who loves to fish. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Pots and pans were in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and I loved that it has a washer and dryer. The best part of the property was having the owner next door. She was a doll!!! Not only did she make us feel at home, but she also allowed my son and niece over to her side of the property to fish the main channel. We enjoyed our stay and want to rent this property again next summer.

Excellent condo to stay at south padre island. Extremely clean, organized and completely equipped with everything needed to feel at home away from home. All you need is your suitcase and groceries, everything else is there. They even supplied seasoning, oil, coffe, sugar and everything else needed to make any meal. I was extremely happy with our stay, the ease and location. Lets not forget the heated pool. Our place to stay again in the future. No doubt!

AmazingThe condo was extremely beautiful everything was in great condition, the view was fantastic. My son lost his wallet and he didn’t even know that he had lost until one of your security guards knocked on our door and asked if we had lost wallet and all the money was still . Thank you!!! We will be back next year and want this condo!!

Great location.We love this place. Its right across the street from the beach...And a less crowded part of it. The bedroom balcony has a view of the ocean. The pool is clean and not usually crowded...Theres only 8 units here. We decided to extend our stay one more day on the last day we were there and they were able to accommodate us.

Wonderful family friendly beachfront condoWe loved the location and convenient access to the pool and the beach. Ground floor accessibility is a plus. Tennis courts were fun as well. The condo was well maintained and very comfortable for our group of 6. It was acutally brighter and more cheerful in person than from the photos. This was our first time in south padre (we usually go to port a) and we thought the beach was much nicer and the will be back next year to this same unit. Really great bang for the buck on the price as well.

My family and I loved everything about this home away from home. From the fishing right off the dock to seeing the dolphins pass by in the evenings and mornings.. so relaxing and cozy, definitely coming back.

Photos tend to make lodgings look nicer than they are. Not this time. We stepped foot into this place and gasped with delight. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful, and theres room to breathe. Its so close to the water, it took the stress out of a beach trip. I plan to stay here again. What a delight. If that wasnt enough, check in and check out was a snap and stress free, which is how you want to begin and end a vacation. Bravo.

Very beautiful and comfortable.Loved being able to walk to the beach every day. So close to everything. The air-conditioner and the water heater work great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were no roaches which is pretty amazing for being so close to the beach. The pool was very clean and it even has a shower next to the pool to rinse off with hot or cold water. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again.

My Family and i went for a whole weekend from thrusday night to Sunday morning and we had a good time it sure feels like home 🏡 you can cook , it has a washing machine and dryer to bring your clothes clean from the trip , a pool and its near a beach access so you can go walking at anytime its peaceful and quiet will 100% come again 😁✨️👍🏻

Amazing stay!!!! Vacasa has a few areas of improvement.The location is great, the property/condo were amazing, and housekeeping before arriving did a great job! Two things to note: the curtains in the room with the two twin beds are a bit sheer and anyone outside can see inside, so guests staying in that room couldn’t change in there. The guest bathroom had toilet issues that we reported to Vacasa but in being allowed to go back a few hours after check out for a forgotten item, the next guests (who happened to be the owner and was very nice) seemed to not have been made aware yet. There is also no point of contact given for any local agent from vacasa until they are calling or texting from a random number to provide information requested from the online chat or service line. I think the contact info to a local agent should be given with confirmation of your stay. However those are small details we encountered during our long weekend stay and were nothing to overshadow how great it all was. I would book again and will recommend to others!

We absolutely loved being right on the beach! The condo had two patio doors that open to a nice sized balcony. The unit is on the small size, yet plenty of room for two plus our small dogs. There is no pantry, but we rearranged some dishes to open up cupboard space. I saw a previous review that mentioned the noise of the building ac right across the hall. The first day we thought it was loud and worried it would keep us awake. By the end of the month, we laughed because we barely noticed it. With the patio doors open all you hear is the ocean. The unit is just as pictured, clean and comfy. We had three minor issues with a lamp, the trash door and the door lock. Vacasa and building maintenance were impressively responsive. Both elevators were down one day, but quickly repaired. Overall, we loved staying there and would book again.

Very nice to have a home instead of a hotel room. Was close to the beach; perfect walkway past Cafe on the Beach. Everything we needed was available: dishes, ice maker, etc, even boogie boards. Three large beds in the two bedrooms and two full baths. Huge deck toward the beach with a great observation deck too! Loved it!

Wonderful beach vacationWe loved our time at the beach! The condo is just down the street from the beach, shopping, and gravity park. We loved that it’s on the second and third floors so there was no one above us to make noise. Will book it again for our next trip

Nice place - would stay again.Great place for the money. Location to beach was optimal, about a 4-5 minute leisurely walk to the water. It was clean and insect free. Everything worked well, beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure.

Perfect!My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights at Inverness #304. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness, and let me tell you, every nook and cranny was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff! It was great to walk into a fresh, smelling, clean room. Next time, we will be staying here longer than 2 nights. The bed and pillows did not disappoint. We slept better here than at our own home, lol!! The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. I cant thank you enough for such a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Well be back, most definitely!

Brooklyn on the Rocks unit A in South Padre Island is the best. Second time staying at this location and we love it! It’s super close to the beach, cute and cozy! I will always want to stay at this location when we visit😊 it’s clean and has everything you need. It’s perfect❤️

Our condo at Suntide II was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The balcony has a great view of the beach. And the beach is literally steps! I would recommend this condo to all, and would stay there again if we ever venture back to South Padre Island!

The location is prime. It was quiet and very clean. The front lock is a bit tricky and its code is way too long for comfort, but worked well. Water pressure ok, hot water ok, but the shower faucet is, again, a bit tricky, might need renovation. Great wifi, modern televisions. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and dishwasher.

Spring mini-vacationLoved the place! Very spacious, balcony was large and views were awesome! Everything was very comfortable. Very easy check in with no waiting, went straight to our room. Great for our group of eight. The only real issue that we had was the refrigerator in the kitchen didnt work very well and the freezer was really cold and temperature wouldnt adjust. The condo has a second refrigerator, so it wasnt too big of a problem. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would definitely visit again

We stayed at the turquoise home. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and lots of rooms. Walking distance to the beach and its beach access. Checking in and checking out was very easy. We had a problem with the pool filter but they sent someone to fix it. Will definitely be returning

We stayed at 120 E Huisache St BIt was a beautiful home and had everything we needed! The prop manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again in future trips to the amazing padre island!Highly recommend!
