    Just moved in a little over a week ago, very easy move-in and excellent customer service from the leasing office on answering any questions. I’ve heard a lot about the changes/renovations that are to come, and I’ve already noticed a couple of changes! Very excited to see what’s to come in the future!

    I got a tour of the facility recently since I am considering moving here and the property is beautiful to say the least! The staff were super friendly and attentive, Amanda especially! I love the location, it’s close to a lot of necessities! The amenities are great as well, I got to see the pool, gym, and game room (there’s even a tanning room). It is pet friendly as well, which is a must for me. Definitely check this place out!

    Amazing Place to Live!Ive been living at Mockingbird Flats for a while now, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. The location is unbeatable—right next to Mockingbird Station, SMU, and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Plus, being close to the DART station makes it so easy to get around Dallas without worrying about traffic.The apartments are modern and stylish, with high-end finishes like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The amenities are top-notch too—especially the resort-style pool and the fitness center, which I use regularly. Its also super pet-friendly, with a dog park and pet grooming stations, which is a huge plus for me!The management team is responsive and friendly, and they really go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. They also host community events, which are a great way to meet people and build a sense of community.If youre looking for luxury apartment living in Dallas with an amazing location, Mockingbird Flats is the place to be!

    6 months in and loving my experience so far. I haven’t had the best apartment experiences so it’s been refreshing to live somewhere I could see myself renewing for another year when the time comes. It’s nice to also know every time I come into the office or call about anything, they are helpful… and they actually answer the phone here! Thx!

    Ever since the management has changed, living here has been so much easier and better. The team has great customer service and they’re revamping the place. The location is convenient too bc there so many restaurants within walking distance. Saves gas and eco friendly which we all love lol! It went from belclaire to bel air vibes

    This is a beautiful property. I have lived in several apartment complexes and this one feels like home more so than another. It has wonderful amenities and the staff is very friendly and are always will to help you out. Highly recommended.

    Robin was SO helpful when touring! She toured with me by myself and then another time with my roommate also. Also incredibly personable, she always treats you like a person and not just a number towards a quota or whatever. Even tho she’s always in the office by herself (she need an assistant or something!!), she’s gracious while you’re waiting and it never feels like she’s rushing you.Loved getting to meet some neighbors at the pool party she planned! I really appreciate how many resident update emails she sends out cause it makes it impossible to forget what’s going on. Her flyers are super cute too!Been living here 3 months and of course it’s not perfect but nowhere is and loving it so far and Robin is a HUGE part of that. She deserves a raise.

    Robin was an extreme pleasure to work with! She heard all my wants/concerns and helped me with every last request. The dog park in the complex is perfect for my dog and the splash pad area is great for my 4 year old son to run and play around in! I am very pleased with my unit and even more so with my experience! Great place to live and friendly staff! Make sure to ask for Robin if you are interested in moving here!

    The communication with the office is highly efficient! Robin is the best. We have to take the lease remotely, it went smoothly with Robin and quickly. Recommend for SMU students!

    I don’t personally live here so I cannot speak about how the property is managed. However the times that I visited I can say that the Trash valet service was very good. The Trash valet is the only reason for the 5 stars.

    My son lived here while he was in college. Its a great location, central to everything. Property management is top notch. Amanda and Geoffrey are always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Mockingbird Flats for convenience, location and management. My son says he would make the same choice if he had to do it all over again.

    I am moving , but i want to say this is the best apartments ive ever in my life lived in . no complaints everything is amazing . Every time i had an issue literally always fixed less than 24 hours . I hate that i have to move because thats the last thing i want to do . i have never lived at any apartment complexes such as these. The staff and everyone are just nice . they are very understanding but maybe another year or two ill find my way back into these apartments ❤️ bless you all *

    I turn my keys in today. Its a bittersweet moment for me. This was my first apartment in Dallas after moving back since I left for college in 2006. I have absolutely LOVED living here. I had the best neighbors and everyone on my floor was pretty friendly. Heck even people in the elevator were friendly. Everyone has their own experiences but mine was pretty great. I moved here with my 6 year old and she loved it too. We would spend a lot of time playing pool in the summer with her dad. Sadly were moving because after having my 2nd baby the apartment I wanted was just too much outside of my budget. I really wish I could have stayed. I love that I never had to fight for parking. The basement is always damn near empty. Diana and Bridget are awesome! They showed me some of the 2 bedrooms that were in my budget but I really wanted something a little bigger. They are so friendly and are always smiling. :) I never had an issue with getting things fixed either. The whole year i was here i had to put in a maintenance request only 3x for minor things all of which got fixed very quick. I lived in building 2 towards the back and never heard any commotion from the bars, especially on the weekends when it gets packed. Im going to miss the little events they put together for the residents but Im definitely going to miss the monthly Sunday brunches!!! They always order the yummiest food!! Thanks so much for an awesome living experience Mockingbird Flats!! Im going to miss you!

    I lived at Mockingbird Flats for 2 years, and I have to say the leasing office is the best Ive ever experienced. If youve ever experienced a crappy leasing office you know how much it can make your life hell, but this group is fantastic at what they do and really care about your wellbeing.The complex itself definitely has its issues.. Elevators always seem like theyre screwed up (theres actually a legitimate reason behind this - ask the office), the grills dont always work, and the buildings are organized in an awkward way. With all of that being said the location is amazing, the maintenance crew is very helpful and courteous, and the leasing office will take care of you.The pros very much outweigh the cons of this place. Thanks to everyone at the office that took care of me for 2 years!!

    I went on a guided tour of the complex, which I am considering moving to in the near future. Miss Larryssa was a very friendly and easygoing young lady who answered my questions gladly, and the amenities looked rather nice.     I guess management did an awful work here in the past but I dont know about that... I moved here 3 months ago and hadnt have a problem so far... there are areas of improvement of course but nothing major at least from my experience... the apartments are nice, the appliances are new and nice as well.My apartment came without a dryer and they got me one in no time so that showed good customer service.Sure the elevator I use has been down for about 3 days total of the 100+ days Ive been here so thats not a big deal, they make sure fix it as soon as possible.I read a lot of the reviews before moving but I also came and check the place for myself and liked it, its close to the dart, has amazing restaurants around it and its even close to the katy trail so its a nice place to live.

    I loved living at Mockingbird for the last two years and sad to leave it. You really cant beat the location, amenities and quality of the apartments. If I had any issues, management was quick to respond and send someone to my apartment. There was a major change when the new management took over- theyre doing a fantastic job. I would highly recommend living there!

    Great complex for the price of rental. The outdoor and common areas are always super clean. Maintenance is on top of it, and will get emergency things like ac fixed within the same day of letting them know.

    Update: 9/27/16: I am still living here. I have read some of the comments and it sounds just fake. They take care of my maintenance requests within the same business day, always. There are no office people working by some of the names given recently so it makes me wonder if that person got the right apartments. I am still happy and safe here. I still always have a parking spot. This place is so safe that I forgot to lock my front door several times and nothing has happened. If you are a female and looking for a safe place in Dallas, this is it. The staff here takes care of all of my needs and suggestions. They ROCK!October 2015: The location is fabulous. I love the apartment layout, the gym and tanning beds (saves you money on memberships other places). The coffee machine is an added touch. Plus, you get a discount in all of the restaurants downstairs. The parking garage has plenty of places to park and the guests have their own parking garage and so there is plenty of places for your guests to park. The new management is really fixing up the place and they take care of maintenance requests in 24 hours or less.Safety: My mom is disabled and retired so you cant be too careful about a place where you can trust your family alone and safe. Mockingbird Flats is a really safe place. The police are sitting around here at all times. My mom can walk around on her walker and not worry about getting knocked over her head for her purse. This place is like a compound so you can even take a nap outside in the grass or by the pool.The BBQ pits are very nice and open year around for your use. The gym is never over crowded so you dont have to wait for a machine. It is near the DART rail and buses to places all over town. My mom likes that it is easy for her to get around without a car. This place is perfect for what me and my mom need. Oh did I mention that they have big closets and a bathtub that fits 2 nicely?Give the new Mockingbird flats a try. I promise you wont be disappointed! My mom and I are not!

    I have lived here for about 8 months and in general, I like it. I love the location. And I know that Im paying a bit more for security. They have video surveillance and patrols on weekdays from 10pm to 3 am. I also think the staff is friendly, especially Henry who always greets me a smile. They have also auctioned my maintenance request within a reasonable amount of time.The main negative is that a lot of people dont pick up aftear their dogs. I have only reported a noise complaint once.

    I have been living in the Boulevard for two years now, and I only have good things to say about my experience. The staff is always very attentive to our worries and questions, and everyone is always willing to help.I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to live near SMU and who also wants to have great nights at bars around campus.

    Ive been living at mockingbird flats for the past year and this property is so beautiful. Since lincoln property company manages it ive been amazed by everything they do to make the residents happy.They just renovated the hallways and it looks so clean. I love my apartment because the finish outs are very modern and the property is located right next to retail. i definitely recommend living here !

    Ive been here 3mos and just wanted to write what Ive experienced so far to inform future residents.Pros1.Polite and helpful staff.2.They have community events for the residents usually with free food and drinks from local places.3.Location is great! Near greenville and Mockingbird station. LOve being walking distance from Kroger and there are several bars around the complex. (tip: Greenville is a great way to get around and avoid the traffic on 75)4. Love the pool area, its what sold me!!5. Covered parking.6. You will feel safe here.7.No pest problem whatsoever.8. Maintenance has taken care of any issues within 24hrs or less.9. Ive never run out of hot water.Cons:1. The lovely clubhouse is of no use if you work during the day. Opened 10a-6p. If you want a nice cup of coffee at 8 in the morning . you wont be getting it from here.2. There are trash rooms on every floor and when the smell gets over whelming its unfortunate for anyone who has to walk by, or who shares a wall with the trash room , like my apartments does :(3. The covered parking area attracts lots of birds which means youll be cleaning bird doodoo off your car every other day. I really wish they would do something about that.4. Parking for visitors can be tricky. They may have to park at mockingbird station.5. Noise levels have been within reason. Just hope you dont end up living under anyone who stomps around. Walls are not paper thin but theyre not that thick either.6. The washer takes forever to clean clothes.7. The way the elevators and parking garage is laid out can make it tricky when moving in or out. Plus if, the power goes out I dont see how you can get in your apt since you have to take elevators to enter the building.Stair access isnt everywhere.8. It may just be my apt, but the kitchen sink is super shallow and the cabinets seem cheap.Despite some frustrations, I have been pretty happy here so far.

    It was a little hard getting to speak with someone. That could be because of the busyness of people ‘want’Ming’ to live here.     I called around to a lot of apartments in Dallas for availability and by far this place was the easiest to reach, informative, and the friendliest to interact with.     Pros:*CONVENIENT. You really cant beat this.*Its a great location from everything including uptown, Greenville and mockingbird station*The rail is down the street if you ever need to use it*Covered parking garage.*The gym is 24 hours.*You can walk to the grocery store.*Valet trash!*You can pay rent and utilities onlineCons:*Moving-in can be rough. You cant drive into the parking garage if you have a uhaul. Youll have to park outside the parking garage and hall everything to the elevator*The elevators can be slow (haha!)*The 1st floor parking garage has a ton of pigeons so dont bother washing your car! But you can always park in the basement and it shouldnt be a problem

    I love this place. Great community, top notch amenities, a staff that is prompt, kind and caring and guards the security of its tenants, and all topped off with a maintenance team that is always attentive and there when you need them. Not much more one could ask.
