MOTM has been a phenomenal apartment complex since my husband and I have lived here. Their maintenance staff is impeccable and their leasing staff is superb. They have been one of THE best apartments my husband and I have ever lived at and it is bittersweet we are moving out in a week, because we finally bought our first home and our renting era is coming to a close. We are so thankful they are our last landlords. The process of ending our lease with them has been such a breeze and we are going to miss their marvelous service! Thank you MOTM!

So this is my second time living here at Madison on the Meadow. My first time I would have rated it 4 stars in the beginning because I saw roaches but then the came and did pest control and that was quickly resolved so I would have bumped them up to 5 stars. Well this go around I am starting off with 5 stars because the service the office manger has given me has been A1. Worked late to get my paper situated before moving in and I couldn’t get into the portal and she had it fixed before she left even though I sent the email super late. I will come back and up date as time goes on just like I did at Concord at GulfGate

The office staff at Madison on the Meadow are professional, approachable and inviting…….aka awesome. Sahara was my leasing agent and she did a phenomenal job explaining and assisting with my questions as well as keeping me on task with my move-in check list once I made a decision. The other two ladies (Skylar and Wykenya) were always there to assist if Sahara wasn’t in the office. They really give me “Open door policy” vibes. Keep up the great work!!

Sahara, who is our assistant property manager, is amazing! She is an all around people person. Very kind, professional, and vibrant. Her smiles are contagious throughout our community towards both adults and children. Any problem that is brought to her she handles it without a question. I have lived at Madison on the Meadow for 4 years now.The property has always been very well kept up. The apartments are spacious and are very nice. The grounds and area around the units are maintained on a regular basis. The management staff is awesome. The property manager, Danielle and her staff are very friendly and take care of any problems that may arise on a very prompt basis. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The residents are friendly. The security is very good. I would highly recommend this property and very much enjoy living here.

Also on my move date, I had the pleasure of meeting Peyton, he was very helpful in making sure everything was up to par. His pleasant attitude and prompt service was to be commended. Im so happy my family chose Madison on the Meadow as our new home.

My family has lived here for almost 6 months and weve had a wonderful experience with the staff and other residents. The staff are terrific, kind, and attentive, and handle maintenance requests quickly. Out apartment is well-designed and in excellent condition. Parking can be a challenge for visitors at times because visitor parking is limited, but there are usually spaces available somewhere though that can mean parking a distance away. The complex does a very good job making sure residents have a place to park. Many residents have pets and in my experience they have been well-behaved and their owners clean up after them. I definitely recommend Madison on the Meadow.

My boyfriend has lived here for 2 years, before we moved in together this year. We have never had a problem. Now visitor parking does get filled fast. You just have to know when and what times to come. I was never towed the whole 2 years we where dating. He was towed because, he forgot to get his parking pass. Other than that no problems. Maintenance always gets the job done swiftly.

Been living here for over 3 years. Its been a good experience for the most part. Within the last few months, safety has been a concern, but it seems that may be an issue across Houston overall. Other than that, property grounds are kept clean, the community is pretty quiet (despite my upstairs neighbors occasional disruptions), and the maintenance team is very responsive. One maintenance team member I would like to acknowledge is Payton Dennis. Hes courteous, professional, and efficient. He goes above and beyond to get the job done while keeping a smile on his face.

Agent Sahara is very accomodating in giving us a tour for a 2-bedroom floorplan and I love the concept. Unfortunately, i was not able to see a 1-bedroom floorplan which I prefer. Hopefully, am able to rent a 1-bedroom soon/later.

This apartment is lovely property. The staff is friendly and very professional. Especially Bobby, the Maintenance Supervisor. He is very knowledgeable about his job and always thinking outside of the box to get the job done. He maintains his professionalism no matter how difficult/frustrating the task may be. Overall he is a great addition to this property.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this apt. Dont be ticked off by the low rating, if you read the reviews, youll find out that the low rating is due to the folks who got their cars towed. Obviously if you park incorrectly, you will get towed, but thats not a reflection of the apartment quality/standards. Staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance is fast. Theyve went beyond their ways to help me track down when USPS lost a package of mine. Its not a super luxury apartment, but definitely got high standards compared to others for the price. I have seen far worse apartments for the same price and far expensive for the same quality. Youd be paying atleast ~300/month more for the same quality elsewhere. Its the best value for money Ive seen.It couldve been much better if the stairways were serviced/maintained properly. Youll find stains here and there

Moving from state to state can be very stressful and I have to say Jennifer from Madison on the Meadow helped me and my family tremendously and she made it less stressful. Any questions we had she was able to assist us with and guide us through the process just in time to move in once My husband and I arrived from California. The Property itself is gorgeous and we definitely fell in love with the 3 bedroom unit that became available with all the necessary appliances, washer & dryer in unit, large walk in closets! Thank you Jennifer for helping us and welcoming us!

These apartments are beautiful and very well kept. My family and I have lived here for several years with NO ISSUES. The complex is very quiet and clean and reporting defects they are handled very quickly. We have never waited a full 24 hours to have something fixed, maintenance is swift and thorough. My daughter has even lost her key a few times and they have been kind enough to call me and advise they let her in. I have 0 complaints and NEVER, have I EVER heard heads or tales about a break in, and I leave things in my car faithfully, to my husbands dismay. #LOVEITHERE

The time is upon me again where I have to make a decision to renew my lease. I can happily say that living at the Maddison feels like home, so its easy to yes to the address again for me and my family. I don’t have any parking issues, the property is very clean and my unit anytime there is a maintenance request, there are always answered promptly. The office staff is beyond courteous and always greet me and address any concerns I have. I would highly recommend anyone to tour this property and make this there home. Year # 4 with no complaints. Thanks Maddison team you guys are awesome and thank you for making me continue to feel at home.

Theres nothing negative I can say about my stay in Madison. Nic is very outgoing, shes personable & always checked on my fiancé while I was at work when she was pregnant. Danielle is a great manager whos friendly & goes above & beyond to insure your stay is comfortable at Madison. You may not be able to park in front of your unit every night but there will be a spot for you to park in the apartments. If u want guaranteed parking, pay for a garage or covered parking.
