Lone Star Corporate Estates is the GO TO place if you are in the military and in transition whether it be PCS season, TDY, or retirement. I was able to get more out of a townhome that was fully furnished than any hotel any day of the week. Jessie was very accommodating and amazing for my daughter and I for this temporary stay. I fully recommend anyone who wants needs a place to stay that’s fully furnished and amazing landlord to address any issue you may have…look no further.Mike

I would highly recommend staying in one of these furnished apartments. I am military and needed a temporary residence while waiting to close on my home. Jessie Vroom the owner is amazing! He is retired military, and was so accommodating for me and my family. He is very easy to work with. You can immediately tell how hard working he is and he takes excellent care of the property. Everything was SPOTLESS when I moved in. I have two young children and the fully furnished apartment truly made all the difference. It has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

First off I would like to say thank you. Jesse is a steward of his profession. I have been in the military for 15 years and have rented all over the world. I would have to say hands down this was one of the best renting experiences that I have ever had. My house sold quicker than expected and Jesse went above and beyond to help my family of 5 and 3 pets find a temporary living establishment until we left Fort Hood. I greatly appreciate everything that he did for my family.If you are looking for a fully furnished, all utilities included, military friendly, clean, great location, awesome landlord, and great staff I highly recommend Lone Star Corporate Estates

Mr. Jessie and the Lone Star Estates staff have been the best. I stayed here for a year while on a mobilization mission at Fort Hood. Great location only 6 miles from post and in a central location of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and keeps tenants fully updated. I will definitely stay here again if put on another mission here in Killeen, Texas.

Jessie was an amazing resource during a complicated time. The townhouse is fully furnished (and then some- creature comforts galore) and truly comfortable. He was very thorough and professional, which eased my worries about extended stays in this town! He went above and beyond for us in the very beginning, which was incredibly refreshing. The townhouse is spacious, has 2 designated parking spots outside, and our unit even had a fenced back yard. Overall, great experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs flexible stay options somewhere more home-like than a hotel. Pricing was fair and transparent.

Talk about the ultimate renting experience! Our house sold quicker than expected and we need to find a place to live for our family of 5 and 3 pets. Jesse went above and beyond to work with us to find a rental home before we left Fort Hood. Anything that we needed or needed to be fixed/reolaced was completed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fully furnished living solution. He is the very essence of a civil servant when it comes to being a landlord. We are grateful to have been able to rent from lone star corporate estates.

Our stay here has been a very good one. When moving here to Texas to purchase a house this townhouse was great because it was furnished the only thing we had to bring was our clothes it has everything you would need. Jessie is a very approachable person if you need anything he’s a phone call away he treats you like family. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone moving to Texas if you need a place to stay weather your here temporary for work or your needing a place until you find your forever home.

I stayed here for a month while moving into the area. The size of the townhouses are great. I stayed in the three-bedroom and it was plenty of space. The owner Jessie is great to work with, he goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. You can imagine that with high rates of turnover that some aspects of the apartments are a little dated, but nothing you couldnt live with for short term. Everything is provide for you, all the way down to bedding and towels. The fact that utilities, cable, and internet is included was great. If you are staying short term, its great to not have to worry about setting that up and moving service. Some people have complained about the area but i thought it was okay. Everyone in the area was very nice and friendly and i never felt worried about crime. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here.

SAVE SOME MONEY and use LoneStar Corporate Estates’ excellent service!!!! If you require temporary lodging or maybe an extend stay due to a PCS, business trip, moving to town, renovating your house, or a long visit to see family and friends. I highly recommend you save your self some money and utilize this exceptional service. My family and I have stayed here on two separate occasions while waiting to close on a house. Imagine staying at a hotel for two months and the bill you would rack up. Very affordable and the owner Jessie Vrooman is very helpful and professional. Fully furnished apartments with everything you need from beds, pots and pan, washer dryer, stove, towels, you name it!!!!!

I stayed here for a year and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve had and being prior military I’ve had a lot!! I rented one of the fully furnished units and the price was very affordable with everything included. Management (Mr Vrooman) was by far the easiest and most pleasant guy to deal with. Anything I needed all I had to do was ask, if there was any issue he was there at his earliest and made sure it was taken care of. Super friendly guy and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend his business to anyone coming to the area that needed a place to stay. If it wasn’t for my job moving I would still be living there and I’ll be contacting him again if and when I return to the Killeen area.

Very professional, understanding, and wonderful host. Needed a place to stay with my family and it was an emergency situation July 2019. However, the owner was super helpful and worked hard to get my family a place ready with very little notice. Because it was an emergency situation, he worked with me and was able to turn a negative into a positive quickly. Im very grateful for the service. The location is great and the place was like coming home.

Jessie is a godsend. I was just about to give up finding anything in the killeen/heights area but he went out of his way to keep me informed along the way and tried to really find something for me that worked within my time frame. Very personable, courteous, and professional. Process is painless, and he took care to make sure all of my many questions were answered. Upon leaving, he even walked to my car to meet and shake hands with my kids. Moving is tough for kids sometimes, and that was one of the personable gestures that made them and myself a little more comfortable knowing we are in good hands. I will recommend his services to anybody.Update upon moving in: We came with nothing but our clothes, and when I tell you that every comfort you would need in a home is here....down to an umbrella. Been here a little over 2 weeks so far, and couldnt be happier. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned and well maintained. We had a couple issues when we first moved in but the property manager quickly resolved them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a furnished apartment.

If youre in need of quick, temporary or long term stay in the Killeen, Fort Hood area. I would highly recommend. Everything is included in the apartment, all you need are your personal belongings. Everything is upfront and no hassles. They owner also responds quickly to maintenance issues.

Great place to stay. It is very close to fort hood, Walmart, and city park. My family had a great time staying there. Mr. Vrooman is so nice and he keeps the apartment so clean when we moved in. I will recommend everyone to stay here if you are looking for some place affordable and comfortable!!

After years of living in hotels long term for work I found Lone Star Corprorate Estates. The location was convenient for getting to work. There are restaurants and shopping close by. The townhomes are comfortably and nicely furnished and the check in and checkout process was easy.
