Las Brisas Bayfront Condominiums were very well kept inside and outside. Management was very nice and helpful answered any questions we had. -

Our family does a beach trip every year, there is about 12 of us, and we all agree this was our favorite place. Last year was our 1st time and we booked again this year. We get 2 condos, one that sleeps 8 and one that sleeps 6. The places are very reasonably priced, big, nicely decorated and very clean. Its great if you love fishing and only about a 5 min drive to the beach. -

Older and quiet great bay view in our condo. It was a little updated but wasnt modern for sure. Some of the condos are not Waterfront they have a big pool -

Love watching the sunsets off the dock and the tranquility of the bay. We have enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and tennis courts. The condos are tucked away from busy street yet close enough to walk to the beach. -

I love staying here. Its extremely well-maintained. I like to windsurf so the sail racks and places for gear storage are great. When the wind isnt blowing I swim, play tennis, and fish off the docks. The docks are set up with fish cleaning stations. At night, I take the kid to the docks with a net and a bucket and catch sea horse, needle fish, baby flounder, crab, hermit crabs, ghost shrimp, all sorts of weird little arthropods, piggy perch, inkfish/spanish dancers, ... theres no end to the variety. My little girl loves it. We put everything back after we photograph it and look at it.Some things that arent advertised:- paperback library- tennis equip you can borrow- on site laundry facilities- most units have TVs in all of the bedrooms as well as the living rooms- couch folds out to queen size bed- its at the north end of the island so its quieter, unlike some other areas next to the beach where there is a little too much people traffic for my tastes- beach is only 4 blocks away -

Most every year I visited Padre, we would reside here due to the convenience of boat docks and fish cleaning stations. It is relatively quiet and most people who stay here are family-oriented and genuinely friendly. -

Private, peaceful, well-maintained, secure, older Bayfront condos. Great view and good fishing from the back deck. They could add the newer green floodlights rather than the old HPS white/yellow spectrum lights they have. I was just a guest though and things like that are up to the homeowners to decide. The Saucedas unit #213 is available through VRBO I imagine. Its lovely and the guest book was full of nothing but glowing reviews and many repeat visitors. -
