    One of my favorite places in the world is Laguna Reef! Plenty of room, great views, quiet, safe, Plenty to do, a full kitchen, King beds, Plenty of living room furniture, and an extra long pier for fishing. We look forward to our trips here all year long.

    If youre into low-key and peaceful, Im sure youll enjoy your stay. In a lot of ways this place is a gem: proximity to shops/restaurants/fishing, the VIEW 😍, the pool and hot tub, the comfort of room 312 (furniture, bed, pillows, towels, linens, patio), responsive staff (via text).Room for improvement: staff in-person vibes are less than friendly. Last one, OH MY the dizzying amount of paperwork to be signed to rent the place was on par with buying a home. I wish I was joking. Stress isnt a fun way to begin a trip. That said, Id return.Heads up: Bring bug spray. And thin walls may be an issue during peak season.

    Updater interiors, so comfortable. Loved the new warm shower. New beds, furniture, kitchen, floors, counter tops, everything. Price is reasonable - about going rates. Well built lighted fishing pier. Beautiful bay views.

    The staff in the lobby were friendly and helpful. The private pier access is awesome for fishing and the views from the room are great. Our condo 405 was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It was four of us and still two bunks that we didnt even use. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway and enjoy some fishing.

    Been staying here for years and you get a pier, pool, clean well maintained rooms with a view! Its close to shopping and wife loves walking along water. They have studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom options to accommodate your needs.

    We had an amazing time with our visit with this hotel. The room was clean, the entire hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly. We noticed by the signs that there is regular round of pest control, so no signs of bugs!The pier was also high quality, very sturdy, and structurally sound. Had a fun time fishing even though the fish just stole our bait.We didn’t get time to try the pool but it also looked very clean and maintained.Had a nitpick complaint that the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open/close but the staff was aware and I understand it’s hard to maintain stuff like that in a coastal climate. It did not ruin our experience at all.This is a phenomenal hotel and if we ever find ourselves in Rockport again we will look here first for a room. I want to thank Laguna Reef for making our quick vacation a pleasant one!

    We are not strangers to Laguna Reef; we have been several times before which was germane to our going this time. We were in #414 and it was a marvel! Lots of room, super comfortable beds and the view was great! The weather completely STUNK!!! We still had a great time. The staff were very helpful!

    Absolutely the most beautiful place. The staff was amazing the room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend if your looking for a for a romantic getaway or a family trip this is the place. Thank you to the staff and all that you do.

    The staff here is incredible!!I had a horrible experience with the disgusting Hunts Castle next door and after I got my refund these ladies were extremely accommodating and quickly got us a room. They laughed and joked and were willing to offer us info on the area!!Id come back just to stay here!

    We chose Laguna Reef because they offered us the opportunity for a one night stay right on the bay. Every other location we called had a two night minimum. We were extremely impressed with the hospitality of the staff. It often felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate any requests that we had. They made us feel like honored guests. We had a great time fishing off the sea shell peninsula. They also had a newly constructed dock off the bay. The hot tub was extra large and the water in the pool and hot tub was clean and clear. They also had wonderful shade over the poolside tables. There was also a hammock that my wife loved. Room 108 was really clean. Well most likely be back in the future.

    This was our 2nd time booking at Laguna Reef and it did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and always greeted you when they saw you. Our room was very clean and you could tell it was well kept. Overall the whole complex seemed well cared for. The fishing pier was very well kept as well and had several spots along the pier with plugs and also had lights at night.

    The only reason this is not 5 star is because the elevator to our rooms on the second floor malfunctioned 2 days before we left and was still out of commission when we did leave. Fishing pier was outstanding. Fortunately one of the custodians offered to carry our luggage (4 people for 5 days) down to our vehicles. Everything else was great, although I wish smoking were permitted on the balconies. We plan to return, but will try for 2 bedrooms/ground floor next time.

    This was an amazing experience! Thank you Norma and Amy for your hospitality. My nephew and I were so pleased with the room and overall experience couldn’t have asked to stay at a better place!     Amazing views. Very clean condo. Everything you needed to cook was available. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they always greeted with smiles. Location is great, nearby to many things. The fishing pier was awesome. Caught many trout and reds but 3 keepers. Ill take that. Spent a lot of time on the balcony cause the view, ahhhh! Thank you LR!

    This place was pretty nice. However, I have one caveat. Not every room is a condo. A few of them are basically hotel rooms. Very nice, dont get me wrong. We knew what we were booking.The pool is great. The property is clean. They have BBQ grills. They also have a private pier for fishing. A walk into town isnt arduous. All around, a good experience.

    Wonderful condo located on the bay. My family of 5 stayed in a two bed/bath. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Walking distance to lots of shops on Austin St. Our favorite part was the fishing pier! 🎣

    First trip back since the nineties. Staff up front were great and friendly. Room was very nice. View was great. Kids had a great time. I caught a ton of trout and the kids got to see dolphins from the pier. Well be back again.

    Awesome private fishing pier for some good night fishing. Slammed trout all night. Good food at local restaurants right down the street. Pool was pretty clean. Only issue was floors in the room seemed a little dirty, other than that minor issue we definitely enjoyed the hotel. Tons of like-minded nice fishing people to meet on the pier.

    MAKE SURE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT SIDE OF THE BUILDING YOURE ON. 105 PICS ARE DECEIVING. It was a nice stay but from the pictures, I expected to be facing Seaside. After reading along in the fine print once we arrived, it did say parking lot side but it was not obvious AT ALL from the stunning pics. Staff was great, Perry was very helpful. The grounds were kept immaculately, even through the storm. I was impressed.

    My wife and I love this place for a romantic getaway. Be sure to book a second floor condo with a view of Aransas Bay. The pool and spa are superb!

    This condominium is great. We stayed on the 3rd floor at Sadies place which was a beautiful 2 bedroom that has great views of the morning sunrise and a full kitchen. Every time we come out we stay for about a week and its so great. My family and I look forward to our trips out here every year.

    I stayed at Laguna Reef Condomoniums #102 on July 16th with my husband and our two toddler boys. When we checked in at the front desk, right away we were greeted by the friendly staff. The condo was on the 1st floor with a fantastic view of the water! We could walk right out to the beautiful water, small beach and pier. The pool was also very close and a great location from our room, but far enough from any noise. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were and slept very well. I would highly recommend #102 at Laguna Reef! Very clean and beautiful views. We will definitely stay here again.

    I did not book my room directly from Laguna Reef but through Air B&B. That means my room is not directly handled by Laguna Reef, but we have access to their facilities.They have a decent sized swimming pool outside that is 3-5 feet deep and a hot tub. Both have been clean and functioning properly during our stay. They offer soda machines and free ice. We havent heard our neighbors or the people above.A side note, as of April 2019 (our stay) they are still repairing the facility from Hurricane Harvey so be warned there is construction noise during the day. Also, the private pier is still being repaired but a large portion is safe and functional so fishing off the pier is still possible.The location is near local shops, close to a Walmart, HEB and restraunts (not walking distance but fast driving distance). Our room was advertised with a private beach well we havent found it yet. By the pier there is a place that might have some rocky sand when the tide is out, but I wont bring my 3 year old there to play. However, you are about 5 minutes from a local beach, but you may have to pay for beach access.If you get a room for the right price it is not bad. I personally wont be back, but that has more to do with my Air B&B and not Laguna Reef. To be honest, the front desk staff have been wonderful to us even though we are not official guests. They have helped with pool towels, giving access codes, and guidance to the facility amenities.

    Best place to stay in Rockport, hands down! Weve been once before and stayed in a one-bedroom condo, then more recently stayed with another couple in a two-bedroom condo. Its so relaxing to hang out by the pool/jacuzzi. It never seems overcrowded, and the views from the higher condos are amazing! The private pier is a nice add-on as well because fishing action is a must on the coast. The rooms are always very clean, and well stocked with anything youll need (cutlery, plates, etc). Its so close to downtown and the Rockport beach, so getting g around is very easy.

    Weve stayed at Laguna Reef 3 times and have really enjoyed our stay every time. The pier is amazing for night fishing. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Rockport beach is super close also.

    We have been pleasantly pleased. Though the place is a bit worn and some tacky surroundings. We received more service than we expected. Mozann was awesome! We were stuck inside because of rain, and flooded in a bit, but we managed. We would stay here again.

    Beautiful Condos with Beautiful Views. All the comforts of home. Beautiful rooms with a kitchen fully stocked. Just bring the food and drinks. Comfortable beds with large closets and nice clean restrooms. Large patio with chairs and table to sit out and look at the beautiful beach and pier. Nice pool and hot tub to sit in or relax.

    My husband and I stayed in the hotel rooms on the first floor in June 2015.After reading the reviews we were pleasantly surprised at what a great view our room had of the water and how clean and comfortable our King size bed was.Our room, 102 looked like it had been remodeled and we had no complaints, -especially with a great view. Laguna Reef is a nice property with a great pool and private pier where my husband caught trout and I walked on the small but cute white sand beach. Its private also.We stayed for one night and wish it had been longer. Room has a refrigerator, microwave and HBO.

    Had a wonderful time watching the sunrises from the deck in beautiful condo #305. The condo had a great ambiance, with lovely furnishings and amenities. In January, the mornings were brisk when taking mornings walks along the shoreline and watching wildlife. The air was fresh and the sounds peaceful, being located on the bay. Also, our friends also had a wonderful time and enjoyed their stay in condo 411.

    Its my sneak away spot. I think my prior review was not very recent, and rated it poorly, mostly because the person I was sneaking away from got under my skin, and that was downright childish of me. Im single since her thankfully, but I still sneak away, its clean, and the beds are other worldly. Yes, they are that good, worth the price of admission. Posting publicly reveals my spot, but I doubt any one that matters isnt reading reviews as we all live in or near town.

    Absolutely loved our stay , We used VRBO and rented #312. Wonderful people!!! The view is beautiful, the condo was relaxing, comfortable and such a visual beauty! The fishing pier was great and the amount of fish caught was increadable!! Ill never stay anywhere else! This is the sweet spot of Rockport!

    Awsome service fully equipped kitchen wine glasses everything to make my weekend my fourth of July weekend extravagant. I love the color schemes the fish the pier it could have been a little better if they would make the bottoms of it with three Flats instead of just one it would be more toddler friendly

    Love this place. Our favorite place to go every time we vacation. The only problem was once it was time to get out of the hot tub because the pool was closing. One of the staff members were very rude and went up to my husband and son and told them very rudely get out. We have never experienced this problem before there. We love this place not holding it against Laguna Reef for the rudeness of a staff member.

    The condos were right off the beach, but my husband accidentally booked an economy instead of a 1 bedroom suite. Nice views of the bay, and the dock was rebuilt to fish off of. The last day, the AC started freezing up, but relaxing few days.

Its in a beautiful area beach side,in the historical district of Rockport, Texas!! 🌊It would absolutely be a beautiful place to live!! I only have beach view photos!!     It is the cleanest, most organized, and beautiful place for couples and/or families. We usually rent along Rockport Beach but wanted to try a different place. My wife attempted to reserve at other places but the websites were acting wacky. Thank God because when we arrived at Laguna Reef, we were so excited and blown away by their appearance and accomadations. We are now going to make this our annual place for vacation.     Loved this place so much that I booked an 8 night stay for the summer the day we checked in!!! Who ever own ROOM 414- I want to thank you for giving other people an opportunity to enjoy Rockport using your place. What we love:1. View- gorgeous! I can be at the balcony while watching my husband and son fish at the beautiful pier.2. Room for everyone - 2 bedroom with beautiful furnishing.3. Super clean4. Pet friendly located at the very top floor- no one above you.5. Washing machine / dryer in the master room.6. 2 fullBathroom 7. Fast WiFi - the very reason why we decided to stay 8 nights during the summer so my husband can work remotely while enjoying the view.Looks like we found our new 2nd home.

    Hot tub! Pool! Lighted pier thats half way double railed other half only 1 side rail which is not ideal for families w children at all, but over all great experience and yes expect to see dolphins only a few feet away
