    The master suite was open to the living room in 605. That was our only complaint. The unit was very clean and well stocked for cooking utensils and all the dishes and glasses you would ever need. Located right off the elevator. Very quiet and rel axing.

    Great location, bottom floor rentals highly recommend because its easy access to the beach board walk. Room had just about everything a family would need, and a fan. Photos true to room. Very relaxing & beautiful location. A little hard to see the road and drive to get to it at night, other wise really nice.

    I thought this was a great place to stay! It was family friendly, quiet, & everyone respected each others space during social distancing. Staff was super helpful & friendly! It had great views from every room, was right on the beach, had 2 very clean pools, & 2 outdoor shower stations when returning from the beach to get the sand off. I would DEFINITELY recommend if you want a quiet relaxing stay or have a family.

    Nice room...friendly and efficient staff. Only negative is they charged an $150.00 to your credit and no credit is given after bill is paid. Said takes awhile. Other Hotels dont do this and a credit should be issued as soon as Bill is adjudicated. Buffet on Easter was AWESOME

    Everything was fabulous! The entire condo was spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. Sea Vista is on the beach and fully stocked with everything you need. We usually stay at a different condo every year but we will be staying at Sea Vista here on out. I highly recommend Sea Vista.

    Great view if the beach. Our visit was in the off season.During our visit, the dishwasher was not working and the commode in the master bath was malfunctioning. The bath towels in the master bath had human hairs on them ( I washed the towels). There wasn’t cleaning products other than dish and dishwasher soap.They had the cleaning crew right at our door at 9:45 ready to cleaning. So they are serious about the check out time.The view was Spectacular. Quick walk to the semi private beach. The kitchen was stocked with eating utensils and clean. The area was safe. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Everyone was friendly. There are grocery stores close so you can eat in during these COVID times. The bed was comfortable. The internet was reliable.

    The condos are right at the end of the hotel strip which left the beach very open to nearly private if you were ready to walk about 100 feet. The room we stayed had one opening into an inner courtyard area where a pool/hot tub (there are two pool/hot tub areas) are and one on the other side that opened facing the beach. The property is right off the beach, maybe 100 yards or so from the water. There were essentially three bedrooms and still a living and kitchen area with washer and dryer. We used air b&b to book, so check what your occupancy rules allow, but without restrictions ours could have easily slept 10 + comfortably. The condos are gated and also have codes needed to enter the buildings to prevent other beach goers from accessing the property.

    Excellent condos right on the water. Far less crowded on the south end of the beach where this is located and almost nobody on the beach in front of the property. Super windy makes for some decent waves. Bring tent for shade with anchors! Wind destroys small umbrellas when its bad.

    This place was very well taken care of and the beach was very very very clean. I recommend staying here and going to the water park next door. They have shlitterbahn resort right next door that they basically share with the sea Vista. Theres a restaurant overlooking the beach at the resort next door and it is a view let me tell you. The restaurant opens for breakfast lunch and dinner.

    Great Place, stunning views, good security and well appointed condo (606)staff were very accommodating and condo owner took care of the smallest details. recommended for families as all the facilities are great and you are right next to Schlitterbahn water park.

    2017: Best condo ever! This is our (me, hubby and daughter) third time staying in 107. The owners, Omar and Mari Von Waggoner, are fabulous and their condo, which is on the first floor and steps directly out to the beach (well a small dune is right in front of the beach but it literally takes less than 2 min to walk across the very short walkway to the beach). #107 is beautiful, well taken care of, totally up to date, and provides everything you could need for your beach trip. The master bedroom is huge with floor to ceiling windows and the extra bedroom (I love how it’s decorated!) has 2 queen beds and a built in cabinet full of movies and games with a large flatscreen. The owners have their own WiFi too....so much better than the extremely poor WiFi connection offered by the condominiums. Just a little bonus: the Margaritaville Margarita Machine is awesome! 😉 I love that we deal directly with the owners and not a management company. I think Mari is great and she is so on top of things! We will be back again - the 12 hour drive is worth it!2020: We are going back! Again! Have so missed this place! Awesome vacay here we come!

    Our rental unit was extremely nice and well kept with all the amenities of home. The walk to the beach was about five minutes and location of the complex was well within walking distance to several shops and eateries. 👍👍😎

    Cozy condos steps from the beach with balcony views of the ocean. Tends to be heavy with monster mosquitoes after the island gets a lot of rain. Come prepared.
