Update. Wow, coming up on a year. I cant believe how its flown by. I still feel as if I live in a resort. The office staff are amazing. Thank you Dylan for always being my advocate.This is a safe enclave to get away from the city, but enjoy being close to everything.The maintenance team is great. Prompt, polite, clean, and fix it the first time!I didnt think this would be such a big deal, but I have fallen in love with the door side trash pickup! No nasty gross dumpsters, no walking a mile with leaky tearing bags of trash, just a simple place it outside my door.The new manager is kicking it getting improvements. I appreciate it, as I think of this as my home, not some ratty apartment that I call a crash pad.Update. Six months have flown by. By this point you realize all of the hidden problems of a new home. None! Quite. Great neighbors. Clean. Excellent parking. Utilities and fees lower. AC is amazing. Dylan, in the office, has been amazing. Very responsive. When I had a question he actually came to my apartment. Im truly blessed to call this home.Amazing!! I spent my first night in the apartment and fell in love. Stunning, clean, easy, staff that are beyond!! From viewing the apartment to the leasing process to the move-in, this has been a five-star experience. Last night I slept like I was in I was in a luxury resort! Dont settle for a crappy apartment, settle for luxury at an incredibly great price!

Dylan has been our agent and done a phenomenal job getting us moved in. He and Jake in the front office have been extremely communicative and available, the process to get approved and set up our utilities and insurance was super seamless and every person I spoke to through the entire process was warm and understanding. Additionally this was an urgent move over the New Year holiday during the freak snow storm, and the entire team has been wonderfully flexible and accommodating while also being very honest and setting healthy boundaries to protect the safety of their staff. Very excited to be tenants at Gramercy

I absolutely love my Gramercy property! The peace and quiet is exactly what my family needed. There are many lounge areas outside and the 24/7 gym is a plus! Cindy was my leasing agent and she made my move-in process a breeze! I only had 1 minor issue with my unit on move in day and maintenance was there the following day to fix the it so I loved that. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for high quality and peace.

I just moved in the end of July there’s been little things but nothing compared to some of the other places I’ve lived! The office staff is great and they try to make sure things get taken care of! They are trying to make the necessary changes to keep the property safe! Overall I’m very happy with my choice on living here!! My personal suggestion if you’re looking for a place experience it for yourself you never know it could end up being something great your missing out on.

I lived here for about 1.5 years. My experience was great. It is next to the dog park, which my dog loves. The apartment has new granite counter top and all new appliances. My electric bill was average. They fixed things on time. The price was very reasonable. Actually it was even lower than some old apartments near by. All neighbors was nice and friendly. The brunch once a month was also very good. I moved out for job and they did what they could based on the lease termination, which I don’t mind. I did basic cleaning and they didn’t charge me for anything like carpet cleaning or nail holes. Overall, I recommended. If I move back, I would rent here again

This is by far the BEST apartment Ive ever lived at. The move-in was a breeze, big thanks to Jamel and Leah! The staff really takes care of the residents, and the manager Matt, is awesome. They hold a lot of events for the residents, which is a great icebreaker. The deciding factor for our move was the gym. The gym is HUGE! No need for a gym membership. My husband and I have had no issues. All of our maintenance requests always get taken care of in a very timely manner. Speaking of the maintenance crew, they do a great job! We have no complaints with this place whatsoever. Theres the occasional dog feces and urine in the hallways, but thats not the staffs fault, thats the residents (shame on you for not picking up your dogs mess)! Ive actually seen someone that works (I dont know his name, but hes always cleaning) at gramercy picking up the poop from the grass. Also weve had no bug problems at all. They always spray around the perimeter of the complex, which Ive never seen any apartment complex do (unless requested). They have valet trash, which is super convenient, big plus. Anyways, if youre debating whether or not to live here, stop the debating and fill out an application. You WILL NOT regret it! Keep up the wonderful work Gramercy!!

I actually really like living here. i moved here back in March and the only con is that this is an extremely dog friendly complex which results in owners not picking up their pets poop. super super annoying. BUT, they have maintenance people who walk around the entire complex to pick up after people. the review that said they dont notify you when there are changes is totally inaccurate. they send you emails about construction, the package changes and they even host nice little events in the business center. theyve done a mimosa bar, tacos and tequila and tomorrow they will have breakfast burritos!also, the gym. wow!!! its very very nice. they recently upgraded all of the machines and added a ton of things in there. i used to spend $100 plus on a gym membership for a gym that looks very similar to the one here.the 22 acre dog park is walking distance, the pool is super nice and well kept, all of the courtyards are very scenic and lovely to sit in to have a cup of coffee, etc. i love living here!

The property is gorgeous and the apartments are very nice. I love the open floor plan. The staff is always helpful and the maintenance is fast. I feel safe at Gramercy and i would definitely recommend this complex to anyone. I also really like the 22-acre dog park next door. Its convenient and I enjoy walking to the park rather than having to get in the car and drive somewhere. The activities for tenants are great because they allow me to meet my neighbors. Lots of people and their dogs use the park, which makes running the trail that much more enjoyable.

The location is great and the new management has been wonderful. Maintenance is pretty fast to respond (especially Chris) and the new manager Julie is so nice. I love the parking garage and not worrying about my car being parked outside during the storm season. I was so disappointed in the previous management I almost did not renew my lease but now with all of the warm new faces I am glad I did!

Im impressed with this property. Overall it is safe, convenient to many locations, and the amenities are top notch. My dog has never been happier because there is a dog park right next door. My move in was easy even though I moved from out of state. Though there is traffic noise to the north, once inside there is very little outside noise. I never hear neighbors which is great for apartment dwelling. There is an amazing parking garage with ample space for a truck or SUV. The staff is great also. No regrets moving here.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! First one first though Jody in the office is the most amazing person!! I moved here from out of state & she made the process so easy!! She went above and beyond for us!!! Simply amazing!! If we ever needed anything she took care of it right away!! Not to mention that they have hosted numerous events for everyone here to come out to get to one another!! Anything from food, drinks, live bands, prizes, & events to win money off your rent!!! This place was amazing!! I haven’t had one issue since I have been here!! Everyone is amazing!!! If want a safe, comfortable, affordable, & amazing place to live this place is it!!! Gramercy on the Park has been one of the best places I have lived! My husband and I moved here from Kansas City and this complex caught our eye. When we arrived we were in an apartment that was not what we expected. Dakota was helping us and ended up finding us a new apartment that day that was exactly what we wanted! He went ABOVE & BEYOND for us! I absolutely love our new apartment and the fact that Dakota genuinely cared about getting us the perfect apartment! Not only was Dakota amazing but Jodi and Angie were so accommodating as well! Beyond pleased with how accommodating they were with our request to switch apartments! The maintenance is also incredibly quick to respond! We thank Dakota, Jodi and Angie for their kindness and making us feel at home after our move to Dallas!

Ive lived here a year and have had a great experience overall. I have not had any of the problems with break ins that a lot of the other reviews state nor have I seen any. this is a very pet friendly community so the hall ways do have accidents from time to time but overall the grounds team keeps the property in nice shape.Only complaint is the gym is dated. Mismatching weights and a-lot of the machines are worn down and have broken parts. For how big the space is you could really make it a nice gym but currently there is not much in there.I would renew my lease if I didnt need to move for work. The community is quiet and management overall has treated me well and always responded in a timely manner.

I have never lived here, or even tried to live here, but the staff at these apartments are AMAZING. My poor fur baby got loose and ran away and we couldn’t find him for over 24 hours, looking relentlessly. We got a call this evening from a resident from these apartments saying they found our fur baby yesterday and just saw our lost dog flier online. The people who found him left him with the leasing office staff while they went to work since they didn’t want to leave him alone all day. We called the leasing office and they informed me someone from maintenance took him home to care for him while they looked for his owners. They were so nice on the phone, they were telling me how sweet my pup was and giving me directions to Salvador’s (the maintenance man) house and when we picked our fur baby from Salvador’s house he was so nice!If we weren’t moving to Fort Worth when our lease was up I would definitely be moving to these apartments. I mean they went through so much trouble for someone who doesn’t even live there! Now our pup is home safe thanks to these lovely people!Thank you to the tenants of these apartments, Gramercy on the park apartments leasing staff (I believe her name was holly), and Salvador the maintenance man for helping rescue my pup!

I moved into Gramercy on the Park after a terrible leasing experience with a property I originally leased with down the street. As soon as I walked in, i knew this was a place i would love to call home. Jamel the leasing consultant was MORE THAN AMAZING, a true gem to the office. He made sure i was 100% comfortable in my decision, didnt push me, and really showed me that I wasnt just a commission to him. He genuinely cared about finding me a home. Holly, Matthew, and Brian are also VERY VERY helpful and wonderful. I love this complex sooooo much. Ive been living in a home for years and this is my first time living at an apartment in almost 10 years and I couldnt be more happy with my decision. The property is beautiful and the upkeep is outstanding for a property so large. The amenties are amazing and so clean. I love Gramercy!!!Felicia M.

I lived here for 2 years and really liked it. Its location was ideal - near malls, several grocery stores, and multiple bars and restaurants. They had great amenities such as package concierge, valet trash pick-up, and a large gym. The staff was also friendly and helpful - the maintenance staff attended to maintenance requests promptly, and the office staff organized many events to engage residents.I ended up moving out because of the hiking rent rates. In addition, my unit was right by the highway, so it was noisy at times.I definitely recommend Gramercy on the Park.

I cant speak on behalf of the property as it stands today, but before my 13 month lease ended 6 months ago, I was a pretty happy tenant. VERY pet friendly apartment, as advertised, and very helpful and prompt staff; both leasing agents and maintenance staff. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 are for a few reasons that may have been remedied since I left, but they are as follows: 1) the apartments are very nice, but the neighborhood is NOT. I vividly remember the first time I drove up there to sign the lease and could have sworn I took a wrong turn or something because it felt like I was driving into the projects. 2) Because of the lower-income neighborhood, there were quite a few break-ins. In both cars parked in the garage and parking lot, as well as a few break-ins in apartments. I personally witnessed leasing agents shooing off a lot of non-residents who were loitering by the pool and gym... made me wonder why they didnt just invest in gates around the premises. 3) Sudden change of management. This was a super stressful and complicated time for every tenant going through the random change of ownership. I loved the old owners (Billingsley) and got a very disorganized vibe from the new management (Lincoln).

There are staff who have been here since I moved in. As far as apartment complexes go, the sound level is very minimal. The location is awesome and pretty central to most everything. Ill really miss this place and have enjoyed living here.

I have lived here for 3 years. Beautiful property with resort style pool, beautiful courtyards with fountains and hammocks, outdoor electric grills, a well appointed workout facility and one of the largest dog park in Dallas. The landscaping is very well maintained. It is a very quiet community. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. The management staff is very professional and responsive as well. Finally the location is fantastic as it is near by the biggest restaurant area: Addison and off Tollway & George Bush highway. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I once lived at these apartments for 2 years. They have many social events including wine, burgers, music and more. Great place to live. I just had noisy neighbors upstairs so had to leave. My dog loved this place too because its right next to the dog park.

I came in for a tour and Holly was awesome! Really sweet and catered to my needs. A friend wanted a home as well and Sarah rocked and went above and beyond to help her find what she was looking for. The area is ideal and very well priced (Ive looked at tons of places) and Ive always loved this hidden jewel. This is a really great location if you are a pet person as well. The area is close to stores and one of my favorite malls. The guy in the front (dont know his name sorry) was also very friendly and welcoming. This staff has got it...world class customer service for sure!

I used to live here and enjoyed it. This was pre-dog park (2011), but I had a 1Bed1Bath and a big *ss balcony. There was WiFi in the courtyards. Even though it was in the armpit of two toll roads, I loved it. The office staff was helpful. I loved that my packages went to somewhere secure rather than waiting in the open when I got home.The only thing to watch out for is the 60-day notice of move-out. I missed it because Im used to a 30-day notice. When you sign your lease, make note of the date that your 60-day notice is due. Make a Google Calendar event for it, and a 1 week notification to give yourself time to figure out if youre moving or not. Heed my words cause that late notice fee is an unfortunate cost when youre moving.One more thing: I hope they re-designed and updated the renter portal because that was kind of a pain to use.

There are several things I love about living at Gramercy on the Park. I love the location, it’s close to Addison which has a lot of dinning options, the freeway and an easy drive to downtown Dallas. I love that it’s a new complex and I was the first person to ever live in my unit, I love the look of the building and breeze ways. I love that I have a huge balcony, the pool, gym and computer area. I love that the complex is well maintained, clean and fairly quiet.

Wonderful place to live, with friendly staff, security patrols, and amazing floorplans. The fitness center, courtyards, and pool are outstanding. Prices are steep, but somewhat reasonable for the location and lifestyle. But, for the price, this community really should be gated and secured better. Ghetto people, nasty unsupervised kids and shady characters from other apartments like to wander around here, through the corridors and parking garage and come to the pool scene. Which is really irritating because they obviously cant afford to live here and dont belong here to be honest. Besides that, the place is really great, steps from the Northbark Dog Park, Katie Jackson Park and Trails, and just minutes from West Plano and Addison. Not really a kid friendly place, but definitely recommended for single young professionals, empty nesters and well to do couples.

Lived in a one bedroom apartment for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Great amenities and security. Its right next to Northbark so its definitely a perfect place to live if you have dogs. Staff is always nice and helpful.

This place is pretty nice place to live. It has pros and cons. I would suggest not living on the N side of the building (along 190). The traffic noise is in sane.The front staff is really good. Good bunch of people. Cant beat them. You wont find as strong of a front office team as they have here.The good points. Love the pool! Most people are friendly, but dont wave at them. I think it hurts their feelings. j/k, The parking garage is the bomb! You can park on the 2, 3 or 4 floor and walk right to your apt! Probably my fav feature.Free coffee, weight room, computers, printer, internet. Mail and package pick up are within walking distance. People on the south side are closer to mail, but not enough to fret over.This place is centrally located to about everything on the planet, plus a mall, except for a best buy.I would like to give it 5 stars, but I think rent is high. And getting a 5 star out of me is pretty unlikely.Things that I would change. The doors have auto close hinges. So you will hear people who let their doors slam shut pretty regular. I mentioned road noise earlier. Pest control is hard to deal with. Seems they have banker hours.If you chose the 2 building, dont get on the side facing N&W. You will have a billboard, road noise and the hot evening sun to deal with. Just my 2 cents.And last, I would like to point out, for the rent, the base model appliances are a serious letdown.

We have found all of the individuals that are part of the maintenance team to be polite, accommodating, and efficient. I love living here. Everyone is super friendly, the staff is awesome and very concerned about your living experience. This is the first place that I have lived that is so involved with getting to know and appreciating the residents. No complaints from me.
