Been a resident for almost 4 years. My experience has been awesome.I love that we are able to make on line payments. Maintenance response is great. Mrs. Paula Bush is awesome, made things happen for my family and me. Just had my flooring redone in my kitchen and restroom. Beautiful job!!! I have to add I love the area the homes they provide and the service is excellent. Keep up the good work Catalyst and Paula!!!!

Catalyst sold my home for $5000 more than asking price. Other realtors took the lazy way of searching comps for the sale. Catalyst took into the extras the house had that truly added value and educated the potential buyer on the added value. Looking forward to them managing my rental with the same quality and attention.

The leasing staff was very helpful and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They helped me pick the perfect floor plan for my new 2 bedroom apartment. They also assured me that all onsite amenities are going to be cleaned regularly and sanitized.

Pros and cons,Pros - Management is responsive, the properties are decent, and maintenance takes maybe 1 to 7 days at max so farCons - Cant pay online yet, and my neighbors incense smells faintly like cinnamon and Im more of a vanilla kind of guy.Havent yet had an actual problem.

Ive been renting from this company for about 1 yr and have had nothing but good experiences from them there very responsive and helpful. Work orders get done in a timely manner and there always someone available when you need them 24/7 definitely would recommend renting from this company!
