    Wouldve been a 5 star review if we wouldve got the room we originally booked for. On the way to the condos I received a call that the room we secured was unavailable. They didnt give any explanation just said we would have to change rooms. As we were already on our way & needed a place to stay of course I agreed. We still got a 2 bed/2 bath ocean view but the room was outdated. When looking at this place I did see this room was available but didnt book b/c you could clearly tell it wasnt renovated like some of the others. Eventhough that was a big disappointment the condo was clean & large. The kitchen had everything you could need the couch & recliners were comfy. There were two balconies w/ ocean views which were unobstructed & on the large side. Shower pressure was great & bathrooms clean. The beds were very hard however & pillows thin. The main issue, really the only issue other then not getting the room we reserved was the ac did not work good at all. We made sure to cut it up to 75-76 when we left for the day b/c it would freeze up & not work but it never cooled below 73. Its set to not go below 70 but it would freeze up & nights were miserable. We bought 2 fans & I always bring my travel fan but even then it was hot. The location of the condos is amazing! Just a short 2 min walk & youre at the beach. There is an elevator which was a plus. Ample parking & close to town. Even w/ the issues we had I would definitely satay again & recommend to others.

    Beautiful oceanfront condominium complex with beach access and nice pool and hot tub area. Casas office staff was friendly, helpful, available throughout the day, and everything seemed to run smoothly. Far enough from downtown for a more relaxed residential feel and close to Palmilla golf resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony unit on the fifth floor with amazing oceanfront views and beautiful sunrises.

    The rooms are clean, well insulated for sound, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, and the ac gets cold. The employees went above and beyond when the starter on our car stopped working when we were trying to leave. They were willing to get us a room if the car wasnt going to be ready and allowed us to stay in the breakroom, not out in the heat, until we knew we were going to be able to go home. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

    2nd time weve stayed here, absolutely love it, theres no better place to stay in port aransas, we LOVE the girls that work in the office as well, theyre just wonderful and were so sweet to my little boy, I forget the name of the pretty brunette girl in the office but she is so sweet and friendly, waved at my little one every time we got on the elevator! Weve stayed in the same beautiful room 309 both years and will continue to, keep up the good work yall!

    Best little unit in Port A, Unit 208. cute as can be, all new and clean. King bed and a Cindy Crawford queen fold out couch and plenty of seating. The oven can also be an air fryer and theres a second tv for the kiddos so they can bring their headphones and do their thing. Right on the beach steps away, and theres a heated pool and a hot tub. Perfect, well be back!

    Great service and easy to navigate. Short walk from the beach. Was told it was ocean front view but our view faced construction and the bay/rigs. Make sure to ask more about which way your room faces.

    We stayed in #206 and it was perfect for our family of 3. Had everything we need. The beach was just a few steps away and it was nice with showers before you came back. Next time we come Ill want to stay either facing beach or first floor for my daughter to step out to pool! Highly recommend this condo!

    Our unit was very nice, a few upgrades were made. TV was a great size and thanks for the cable! Bed and couch were super comfy. Room is small, perfect for a couple. Everything we needed and plenty of towels. Pool and hot tub areas need some TLC. Beach access is awesome! Elevator available if you dont want to take stairs to your floor. All in all, Id return for another stay!

    Decent location, was clean, air conditioner worked, pool and hit tub were nice. The elevator was not working unfortunately. Beach access is not the greatest if you are trying to take a campsite, but just a small cooler and a couple of chairs would be great.

    Great place to stay in Port A. The staff was very nice and the other tenants were very friendly. The room was updated and very clean. It wasnt too crowded so that was a positive for the pool area and beach. Would recommend for anyone needing a place to stay.

Their efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail made the check-in process a breeze. Its evident that the staff is dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests, and their genuine smiles made me feel immediately welcome.I had the opportunity to interact with the general manager during my stay, and his commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly commendable. His presence was felt throughout the hotel, and its clear that he lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence.The accommodations were impeccable, with a room that was not only tastefully decorated but also meticulously clean.     It was easy enough to check in, the room was clean although there were still dishes in the dishwasher. The pool was down the day we got there but it was fixed the next day and then it was filled with kids most of the time. The hot tub was relaxing in the evening. The walk to the beach was short and that was nice and it was also filled with people. I had a great time during my stay.

    My family and I stayed in room 208. What a nice getaway we had! The room was neat and clean, with lots of room for the four of us. The pool was heated and the kids loved swimming in it. The beach is just behind the building within a 5 minute walk. Port Aransas is only 10 miles away. The kitchen was very up to date and well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, silverware and bowls. The bed was super comfortable, and the pullout couch was easy to handle. We loved staying here and will stay here again on our next trip to the coast.

    I just checked out of Casa Condominiums and I have to say the staff and room were awesome!!!! Although the pool was closed for a resurfacing issue which was not their fault. When I went to the front desk after spending two days at the beach and just wanted our last day to be relaxing in and by a pool, I mentioned this to Emily, at the front desk, and she said, Let me call our sister properties and see if they are good with you spending the day at one of their pools. Within 15 minutes Emily called me to let me know the manager at Seagull Condominiums, Kat, said we were welcome to spend the day at their pool, and it was an amazing last day of our vacation. Thank you so much, Emily, Kat, Casa and Seagull Condominiums for making our vacation perfect!!!!

    This place does have location, location, location going for it. We were very happy with the condo. We had the closest unit to the beach right from our sliding doors. The only things missing were a good skillet, a pitcher, hand mixer and a vacuum. We ate all meals in and did fine with the equipment that was stocked in #102 and the room #100 my parents rented. We were a lot disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance, as hanging out poolside and barbecuing was definitely in our evening plans. Hopefully, this will be rectified before our next stay. The staff made up for this disappointment of no pool, as they were completely hospitable and on top of everything that may be needed. The on-site maintenance guy helped immediately when our breaker flipped and put our microwave and toaster out of commision. With the pool working Casa on the Beach will be a 5 🌟.

    Stayed in unit 109. it was exactly as advertised. Right on the pool, updated decor.Very Close proximity to the beach.Couple of hacks. To get to the beach, you have to go up and down steps. Difficult with a wagon. Also the final stretch to the beach, the sand is very soft and gets VERY hot. Just be aware.Overall very good little get away.

    Newly remodeled complex offering clean, well appointed condos. Has direct beach access, a pool courtyard, fully stocked kitchens, and excellent office staff. Will definitely rent from them again!

    Great service, very courteous workers. Beach is literally in the back yard! Room was well kept in outstanding conditions. Ample space for my family. We stayed 1 week and kids felt like they were home. Kitchen was equipped with pots, plates, utensils and even dish detergent but bring your own sponge or dishwasher soap. Bring laundry soap if you want to use the coin laundry located on each floor. Overall we loved our stay.

    We loved our stay at Casa. The condo was very clean and it was comfortable. The small kitchen made it easy to stay in and eat. Also having its own beach access was great for when we are done on the beach. Made easy to go to and from the beach. Especially with a kid. We would definitely be making this a annual apot for vacation.

    Like brand new. Nice comfortable. Great pool. Beautiful little condo. Kitchen a tad sparse if you cook. Knifes are only searrated. Happy with only 100 yards from beach. Beach pass 12.00 a year to park. 11.00 for 1 day fishing license all at the Stipes on the corner.

    This is our home away from home. We have never been disappointed. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Wouldnt think about going anywhere else. As a matter of fact we are headed there this weekend. We have been coming to this property for the last 7 years. We have probably stayed on every floor.

    Had a wonderful time with the family at Casa! The condo was nice, clean, and spacious enough for what we needed. The beach and pool was never over crowded. Would def. Come back!

    Although this place is great, there was some problems in the 302 room. First thing, the Master bedrooms light was out. Showers were also very difficult to manage and use. But in all, I rate this place 4/5. Worth it.

    What the heck! Fussing about the beach and natural wildlife??? To the above poster, go to Disney World next time where everything is perfect. Gripe about the beach will ya, no way can Casa or even a Westin could please you!
